4.TermandTermination

4.BenefitstoPartyA

c)Thecost-effectivenessoftheExperimentduetotheinvolvementofPartyC.

5.违约及限制条款

5.1PartyBandPartyCshallbeliableforanybreachoftheirobligationsunderthisContract.Intheeventofabreach,PartyAshallhavetherightto:
