5.WarrantiesandLiability:

SUMMARYOFTHIRDPARTYINTERVENTIONANDPRINCIPAL'SPURPOSES:

TheinclusionoftheThirdPartyastheIntermediaryinthisAgreementservestoenhancetheBuyer'sprotectionandstreamlinethetransactionprocess.TheThirdParty'sroleistoensurethattheBuyer'sinterestsaresafeguardedthroughoutthetransactionandthatanydisputesareresolvedpromptlyandfairly.ByhavingtheThirdPartyinvolved,theBuyergainsanadditionallayerofassurancethattheSellerwillfulfillitsobligationsundertheAgreement.
