2.PrincipalAmount

3.Interest

a.TheinterestonthePrincipalAmountshallbecalculatedatanannualrateof[InterestRate]%,compoundedonamonthlybasis.

4.RepaymentSchedule

6.RepresentationsandWarranties

7.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
