商务英语基础(1)期末复习指导商务英语是中央广播电视大学英语专业(商务方向)的必修设课,分为商务英语基础(1),(2)分两个学期完成。商务英语基础(1),(2)教学时间为36周,四个学分,使用的教材是中央广播电视大学和外语教学与研究出版社联合引进,改编的多媒体教材《步入商界—商务英语初级》(StartingBusinessEnglish),全套教材含两本文字教材(主教材和学习辅导),18课时电视或录像(包括36个25分钟的节目),3盘录音带。商务英语基础(1)的学习和考试范围为教材的1-11单元。要求学生在观看电视或录像,听录音带,以及做书面作业等多样化练习的基础上,充分了解从人物介绍到公司产品介绍,从公务旅行到分析竞争对手等教材内容,重点掌握“Wordcheck”方框里的词汇,“LanguageSummary”和LanguageFocus”中的各项内容,特别是商务活动中常用的“功能英语”及重点词汇和句型的用法。本复习提要中所列举的词汇和句型,仅仅是对重点内容的说明,还应围绕教材对本学期所学内容进行全面复习。Unit1自我介绍了解在不同场合自我介绍的不同表达方式和问候语,掌握“I’ma……”和“Ireportto……”两个句型在作自我介绍时的用法;了解与陌生人初次见面和与同事见面的介绍用语;掌握“Iworkfor……”句型在谈论公司情况时的用法;通过对百博利集团组织结构(theCompanyStructure)的了解,能够说明一般公司的组织结构;掌握“fitinto”和“reportto”两个句型在介绍职务时的用法;掌握一般现在时态描绘人和事务的用法。Unit2使用电话学会使用打电话时的有关表达用语;掌握情态动词“can”和“wouldliketo”在表示有礼貌地提出请求时的用法;掌握“will”在表达意图时的用法;了解在电话表达用语中常用的形容词。Unit3确定约会时间学会约定见面时间;掌握让他人做事的礼貌表达法;掌握“at”“on”“for”等在表达时间的用法;掌握“missthedeadline”,“meetthedeadline”,“beonschedule”,“makeanappointment”,“arrangeameeting”,“askforametting”的用法;掌握说明日程安排的表达法。Unit4接待来访者学会使用接待来访者的表达用语;掌握“Ilike……”,“Ilove……”,“Ienjoy……”,“Idon’tlike……”等句型在说明好恶时的用法;掌握“Wouldyoulikesomething?”“Wouldyoulikeliketo……”等句型用于客气的询问对方及其回答的用法;掌握反意问句用于表示“核对”和“确认”时的用法;掌握现在完成时态描绘人和事物的用法。Unit5介绍公司产品了解用祈使句的否定形式表示不让某人做某事;学会使用介绍产品的表达方式与用语:用“First……,second……,andlast……”等词语列举事项;用“Ourcompany……”,“Wespecialise……”,”“Wehavesome……”,“Mostofproducts…..”等句型来介绍公司的产品;用“Wehavealargemarketshartin……”等句型来说明市场份额;用“Thisis……”,“Itis……”,“Itis……”,“Itcan……”等句型重点介绍某一产品;用“Thisdiagramshows……”,“Theredlinerepresents……”,“
