前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB20128—2006《惰性气体灭火剂》,与GB20128—2006相比,除结构调整和编辑性
改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了惰性气体灭火剂的定义(见3.1,2006年版的3.1);
b)更改了原料(组分)气体中氩气和二氧化碳的纯度技术性能要求(见4.2.1表1,2006年版的
4.2.4表6);
c)更改了原料(组分)气体中氩气和氮气的水分含量技术性能要求(见4.2.1表1,2006年版的
4.2.4表6);
d)增加了原料(组分)气体中二氧化碳的总硫化物含量技术性能要求(见4.2.1表1);
e)删除了IG⁃01惰性气体灭火剂的悬浮物或沉淀物技术性能要求(2006年版的4.2.1表1);
f)增加了IG⁃01惰性气体灭火剂的氧含量技术性能要求(见4.2.2表2);
g)更改了IG⁃100惰性气体灭火剂的氮气含量、氧含量技术性能要求(见4.2.3表3,2006年版的
4.2.2表2);
h)增加了IG⁃55惰性气体灭火剂的水分含量和氧含量技术性能要求(见4.2.4表4);
i)增加了IG⁃541惰性气体灭火剂的水分含量和氧含量技术性能要求(见4.2.5表5);
j)更改了原料(组分)气体纯度测定的试验方法(见5.1,2006年版的5.2);
k)更改了惰性气体灭火剂含量测定的试验方法(见5.2,2006年版的5.1);
l)更改了原料(组分)气体和惰性气体灭火剂水分含量测定的试验方法(见5.3,2006年版
的5.3);
m)更改了原料(组分)气体和惰性气体灭火剂氧含量测定的试验方法(见5.4.1,2006年版
的5.4);
n)删除了悬浮物或沉淀物测定的试验方法(2006年版的5.5);
o)增加了总硫化物含量测定的试验方法(见5.5);
p)更改了出厂检验项目(见6.1.1,2006年版的6.1.1);
q)更改了盛装惰性气体灭火剂气瓶的标志、充装、包装、运输和贮存的要求(见第7章,2006年
版的第7章)。
本文件参考ISO14520⁃12:2015《气体灭火系统物理性能和系统设计第12部分:IG⁃01》、
ISO14520⁃13:2015《气体灭火系统物理性能和系统设计第13部分:IG⁃100》、ISO14520⁃14:2015
《气体灭火系统物理性能和系统设计第14部分:IG⁃55》、ISO14520⁃15:2015《气体灭火系统物
理性能和系统设计第15部分:IG⁃541》起草,一致性程度为非等效。

1范围
本文件界定了惰性气体灭火剂的术语和定义,规定了惰性气体灭火剂的要求、检验规则、标志、充
装、包装、运输和贮存,描述了相应的试验方法。
本文件适用于惰性气体灭火剂产品的研发、生产和检验。
