**Confidentiality:**

ThePartiesagreetomaintaintheconfidentialityofallinformationdisclosedtothembytheotherPartyinconnectionwiththisContract.SuchinformationshallnotbedisclosedtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofthedisclosingParty.

**Termination:**
