5.Indemnification.PartyAagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlessPartyBfromandagainstanyandallclaims,liabilities,losses,ordamagesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeGiftedProperty,excepttotheextentcausedbythenegligenceorwillfulmisconductofPartyB.
