本文件确立了自然科学与技术领域科技成果评估的原则,规定了评估内容,并描述了评估方法及
流程。
本文件适用于自然科学与技术领域的基础研究类、应用研究类、技术开发和产业化类科技成果的评
估活动,其他类型的科技成果评估可参考使用。
