9.ForceMajeure

10.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

9.Seller'sRightsandObligations
9.1TheSellerhastherighttorequestthePrincipaltoprovideanynecessaryinformationordocumentsrequiredforthedeliveryandpaymentprocess.
9.2TheSellerhastherighttoterminatetheContractintheeventofamaterialbreachbythePrincipalortheThirdParty.
10.ThirdParty'sRightsandObligations
10.1TheThirdPartyhastherighttoreceiveacommissionforfacilitatingthetransactionbetweenthePrincipalandtheSeller.
10.2TheThirdPartyhastheobligationtoactingoodfaithandactinthebestinterestofthePrincipal.

13.Seller'sandThirdParty's违约及限制条款
13.1TheSellerortheThirdPartyshallbeliableforanydirectorindirectdamagescausedbytheirbreachofthisContract.
13.2TheSellerortheThirdPartyshallnotbeliableforanylossordamageresultingfromunforeseeablecircumstancesbeyondtheirreasonablecontrol.
13.3TheSellerortheThirdPartyshallnotengageinanyactivitythatmayprejudicethePrincipal'sinterestsortheintegrityoftheContract.

14.1TheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyinthisContractservestofacilitatethetransactionbetweenthePrincipalandtheSeller,ensuringsmoothcommunicationandcoordinationthroughouttheprocess.
14.2TheThirdParty'sroleistoprovideadditionalsecurityandassurancetothePrincipal,ensuringthattheirinterestsareprotected.
