if的用法1.if意为“如果”,可引导虚拟条件句。虚拟语气用来表示说话人所说的并不是事实,而是一种假设的条件。对现在的情况进行虚拟时,从句用一般过去时,主句的谓语部分用“would+动词原形”。如:IfIhadsevenmilliondollars,Iwoulddonateitformedicalresearch.如果我有700万美元,我会把它捐献用于医学研究。

if的用法2.在含有if引导的条件状语从句的复合句中,当主句和从句的动作都发生在将来,通常主句用一般将来时,从句要用一般现在时,即“主将从现”。如:Ifyoudon’thurryup,youwillmissthetrain.如果你不快点儿,你会赶不上这趟火车。IfI’mfree,I’llgotoseeyou.如果我有空,我会去看你。
