SCOPEOFWORK:

1.TheContractorshallperformalltheconstructionwork,includingbutnotlimitedtothefollowing:

a.Preparationoftheconstructionsite,includingexcavation,grading,anddrainage;

b.Constructionofthefoundation,walls,roof,andotherstructuralelements;

c.Installationofelectrical,plumbing,andHVACsystems;

d.Completionofinteriorandexteriorfinishingwork;

e.AnyotherworkasmaybespecifiedintheContractDocuments.

2.TheEmployershallprovideallnecessaryinformation,documents,andpermitsrequiredfortheconstructionoftheProject.

3.TheContractorshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andstandardsintheperformanceoftheconstructionwork.

PRICESANDPAYMENTS:

1.ThetotalcontractpricefortheconstructionoftheProjectshallbe__________(amountinwordsandfigures).

2.Thepaymentscheduleshallbeasfollows:
