爆破片设计的基本资料
1、用途:一般不适用安全阀的场合采用爆破片装置;介质粘度大或介质杂
质多的地方用爆破片。最简单的一点,安全阀可以重复使用,爆破片装置是一次
性用品。
2、定义:
2.1爆破片装置:由爆破片(或爆破片组件)和夹持器(或支撑圈)等装配
组成的压力泄放安全装置。当爆破片两侧压力差达到预定温度下的预定值时,爆
破片即可动作(破裂或脱落),泄放出压力介质。
2.2爆破片:爆破片在爆破装置中,能够因超压而迅速动作的压力敏感元件。
2.3爆破片组件:由爆破片、背压托架、加强环、保护膜等两种或两种以上
的零件组合成的组件。
3、爆破片材料
3.1常用材料:
铝(最高使用温度100。;
专艮(最高使用温度120。;
铜(最高使用温度200。;
镶Nickel200(最高使用温度400°。;
因科锲Alloy400(最高使用温度480。,
奥氏体不锈钢(最高使用温度400℃)、
镒乃尔Alloy600(最高使用温度430。;
3.2特殊材料:哈氏合金Alloy0276、4旦Tantalum
4,布置:可单独安装、可和安全阀串联使用。
