salarieshaveincreasedduetotheheight-eneddemandforR&D,Technology,AI,Cloud,DataandInnovationfunctions.

India'smanufacturingsectorplaysapivotalrole,contributingapproximately17%tothecountry'sGDP1.SinceAugust2023,the

industryhasexperiencedrobustgrowth,

markedbyanuptickinemployment.The

positivetrendisduetothelargeincreaseinforeigndirectinvestments(FDI)intoIndiafrommanufacturingfirms2.

Somekeyindustrieswhicharepoisedto

attractforeigninvestorsincluderenewableenergy,electricvehicles(EVs)andautomo-biles.TheadoptionofEVsinIndiahas
