Researchersstudieddatafrommorethan63,000menandwomeninEnglandandScotland,includingdataabouttheiractivityhabitsandrisksfordeath.Theresearchersputeachindividualinoneoffourgroups:thosewhodescribedthemselvesasinactive,thosewhoexercisedbutlessthanwhatwasrecommended,thosewhoexercisedinthe"weekendwarrior"style,andthosewhoworkedoutregularlymorethanthreedaysaweek.
