Recitals:

WHEREAS,theEmployerisengagedinthebusinessof[BusinessDescription];

WHEREAS,theEmployeeiswillingtoprovidepart-timeservicestotheEmployeronthetermsandconditionssetforthherein;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisescontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.PositionandDuties:

TheEmployeeshallserveasa[Position]fortheEmployer,reportingto[Supervisor'sName].TheEmployee'sdutiesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:

2.HoursofWork:

TheEmployeeshallwork[Number]hoursperweek,tobescheduledatthemutualagreementoftheparties.TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtotake[Number]paidtimeoffdaysperyear,tobeusedinaccordancewiththeEmployer'spolicies.

3.Compensation:

4.Benefits:

TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtothesamebenefitsasfull-timeemployees,proratedbasedonthenumberofhoursworked.Thisshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,paidtimeoff,healthinsurance,andretirementbenefits.

5.Term:

ThisAgreementshallcommenceontheEffectiveDateandshallcontinueuntilterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticegivenatleast[Number]dayspriortotheintendedterminationdate.

6.Confidentiality:

7.Non-Competition:

8.Indemnification:

9.GoverningLaw:

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

10.EntireAgreement:

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,bothwrittenandoral,betweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof.
