符合武钢中冶合同商务条款ContractInformation1.1ThisagreementisidentifiedascontractnumberAC2024003.1.2ThedateofthisagreementisAugust27,2024.1.3TheagreementisexecutedinBeijing,China.PartiesInvolved2.1Lessor:Name:______________________________Representative:______________________________Title:______________________________2.2Lessee:Name:______________________________Representative:______________________________Title:______________________________VehicleDescription3.1TheLessoragreestorentthefollowingvehicletotheLessee:Model:2023ToyotaCamryColor:WhiteType:SedanRegistrationNumber:ABC3.2Thevehiclehasanestimatedmileageofapproximately10,000kilometersatthestartoftherentalperiod.RentalPeriod4.1TherentalperiodbeginsonSeptember1,2024,andconcludesonDecember31,2024.4.2TheLesseemayrequestanextensionoftherentalperiod,whichmustbeapprovedinwritingtheLessor.RentalFeeandPaymentTerms5.1Thetotalrentalfeefortherentalperiodis¥15,000.5.2TheLesseemustpayadepositof¥3,000uponsigningthisagreement.5.3Therentalfeewillbepaidinmonthlyinstallmentsof¥3,750.5.4PaymentsmustbemadebanktransfertotheaccountdetailsprovidedtheLessor.InsuranceandMaintenance6.2TheLesseeisresponsibleforroutinemaintenanceandanydamagetothevehiclenotcoveredinsurance.6.3MajorrepairsnotcausedtheLessee’snegligencewillbecoveredtheLessor.VehicleUseandReturn7.2Thevehiclemustbereturnedinthesameconditionaswhenitwasreceived,exceptfornormalwearandtear.7.3TheLesseemustreportanyaccidents,damage,ormechanicalissuestotheLessorimmediately.DepositandRefundPolicy8.1Thedepositof¥3,000willberefundedtotheLesseeuponthereturnofthevehicle,lessanydeductionsfordamageorunpaidfees.8.2Refundswillbeprocessedwithin14daysfollowingthevehicle’sreturnandinspection.DisputeResolution9.1AnydisputesarisingfromthisagreementwillfirstbeaddressedthroughmediationbetweentheLessorandtheLessee.9.2Ifmediationdoesnotresolvethedispute,itwillbehandledthrougharbitrationinBeijing,China.9.3Thedecisionofthearbitrationwillbefinalandbindingonbothparties.ValidityofAgreement10.1Thisagreementiseffectivefromthedateofsigningandremainsvaliduntiltheendoftherentalperiod.10.2Anymodificationsoradditionaltermsmustbedocumentedinwritingandsignedbothparties.AdditionalTerms11.1AnyadditionaltermsorconditionsmustbedocumentedinwritingandagreeduponboththeLessorandtheLessee.11.2Ifanyprovisionofthisagreementisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionswillcontinuetobeeffective.LanguageandInterpretation12.1ThisagreementisdraftedinChineseandservesastheofficiallanguageforthiscontract.12.2Incaseofdiscrepanciesbetweentranslatedversions,theChineseversionwilltakeprecedence.LessorSignature:______________________________Name:______________________________Title:______________________
