**EmploymentContract**

ThisEmploymentContract(the"Contract")ismadeandenteredintoasof[InsertDate],byandbetween[InsertEmployerName]("Employer"),and[InsertEmployeeName]("Employee").

**1.PositionandDuties**

TheEmployeeisemployedbytheEmployerinthepositionof[InsertJobTitle].TheEmployeeshallperformsuchdutiesasareconsistentwiththepositionandasmaybeassignedbytheEmployerfromtimetotime.

**2.TermofEmployment**

ThetermoftheEmployee'semploymentunderthisContractshallcommenceon[InsertStartDate]andshallcontinueuntil[InsertEndDate],subjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisContract.

**3.Compensation**

**7.Termination**

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractatanytimewithorwithoutcause,uponwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Intheeventoftermination,theEmployeeshallbeentitledtoreceiveanyaccruedbutunpaidwagesandbenefits,subjecttotheEmployer'snormalpayrollpractices.

**8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction**

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[InsertJurisdiction].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[InsertJurisdiction].

**9.EntireAgreement**

ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiations,anddiscussions,whetheroralorwritten,oftheparties.
