海上固定平台总体设计规范
1范围
本文件规定了海上固定平台的总体设计要求,包括总则、总图、工艺、消防与救逃生系统、配管、机
械、电气、仪表及控制系统、通信、结构、舾装和防腐。
本文件适用于钢制固定平台新建和改扩建工程项目的各设计阶段,其他类型平台参照使用。
