前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件修改采用IEC61249⁃4⁃1:2008《印制板及其他互连结构用材料第4⁃1部分:不覆铜的预浸
料分规范多层印制电路板用限定燃烧性环氧E玻纤布粘结片》。
本文件与IEC61249⁃4⁃1:2008相比,在结构上有较多调整,两个文件之间的结构编号对照一览表
见附录A。
本文件与IEC61249⁃4⁃1:2008相比,存在较多技术差异,在所涉及的条款的外侧页边空白位置用
垂直单线(|)进行了标识。这些技术差异及其原因一览表见附录B。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
——将IEC61249⁃4⁃1:2008的第3章和第5章中的悬置段,分别移至本文件的4.1和6.1中;
——删除了第1章中错误逻辑的语句,并重新进行了表述;
——将第6章的标题由“交付状态”改为“尺寸”,使标题与内容更贴切;
——由于IEC61249⁃4⁃1:2008的4.2.4引用的IEC61189⁃2的方法2M26没有对应的国内同类标

多层印制板用环氧E玻纤布粘结片
1范围
本文件规定了E玻纤布增强双官能环氧粘结片(以下简称“粘结片”)的材料和结构、性能要求、尺
寸、质量保证及包装和标识、储存期、订单信息。
本文件适用于制造IEC62326⁃4多层印制板时用以粘结IEC61249⁃2⁃7类型的层压板,该材料可
用于粘结多层印制电路板。
本文件限定了粘结片的燃烧性(垂直燃烧试验),其阻燃效果是通过聚合物型含溴阻燃剂实现的,
层压后的玻璃化温度不低于120℃。
