中国人实行计划生育已经有很长一段时间了，因此大部分家庭只有一个

孩子。但是如今政府放松了一胎政策，越来越多的家庭有权利养育第二个

孩子。在我看来，拥有第二个孩子很多好处。

First,itisgoodfortheonlychildtohaveasisterorbrother,

sothatthechildcanlearntosharethings.Theparentsareeasily

tofocustheirallattentiontotheonlychild,theywanttogive

allthethingshewants.Butinthelongrun,theydontrealizethey

havespoiledtheirchildtobeanemperor.Selfishnesscanbefound

ontheonlychild,ifhehasapartner,thenhewillrealizethe

needtosharethingswithothers.Whatsmore,theparentscan

distracttheirattention,sotheywontspoiltheirkids.

第一，对于独生子女来说，有个兄弟姐妹是好的，这样孩子就能学会分

享东西。父母很容易会把他们的注意力集中在独生子女身上，他们想要给

予孩子所要的一切。但是长期下去，他们没有意识到已经把孩子宠溺成了

一个皇帝。独生子女很容易自私，如何他有一个伙伴，就会和别人分享东

西的需要。而且，父母也会分散他们的注意力，这样就不会宠溺孩子。

tospendtheirlaterlifeinthenursinghouse,twochildrencan

incurringdebtsandlifebecomeshard.

如今，人们可以有多种付款的方式。最初的付款方式是给现金，然后随

着网络的发展，人们可以通过网络付款。信用卡收到大部分的喜爱，因为

它能提前支付。然而一些人可能被受困于负债，生活变得困难。

friendspentthemoneyinamonth,shefeltsosatisfied,butthe

thingwasthatthebankaskedhertoreturnpartofthemoneyevery

month.Itsoundedsoterrible,shewasindebtandstruggledwith

herlifeinayear.

负债的生活真的不好过，就拿我朋友来说。我的朋友很喜欢逛街，她总

是在买衣服。但是她的微薄收入无法支持她买那么多的衣服，因此她去银

行办了张信用卡，这意味着她有一笔钱可以提前花。我的朋友在一个月内

就花光了钱，她感到了满足，但是银行要求她每个月都要还一部分的钱。

这听起来多么可怕啊，她负债了，整整一年都在挣扎着过日子。

推迟退休年龄RaisingtheRetirementAge

women.Thisnewsisbeingthehottopiconinternet.

近来，中国政府颁布一项政策，决定逐渐推迟退休年龄，男女分别是70

岁和65岁，比现有的退休年龄长了5年。这个新闻在网上成为了热门话

题。

Whywouldthishappen?Mostpeopleassumedthatitisbecauseof

theagingproblem.Sincelast80s,thepopulationandfamily

planninghadbeencarriedout,allfamilywasallowedtohaveone

childtohavethepopulationofChinacontrolled.Itdidworkfor

2decades,butasthefirst"onlychildren'7havebeengrowingup,

theirparentsgrowingold,andtheagingproblemisbecoming

increasinglyevident.Thereisnotenoughpeopleofyounggeneration

supporttheold,therefore,theproblemofburdenofthesocial

insuranceandthemedicalinsuranceisgettingworse.Sothis

raisingtheretirementageisneededinthissituation.

为什么会这样?许多人认为这是因为人口老龄化问题。自从上世纪80年

代起人口与计划生育政策实施以来，许多家庭只能生一个孩子，旨在控制

人口。这在20年里确实起了作用，但是随着第一代独生子女成长，他们

的父母年老，老龄化的问题变得日益明显。如今没有足够的年轻人来支撑

老年人，因此，社会保险和医疗保险的负担问题也会变得日益严重。所以

在这种情况下推迟退休年龄也是当务之急。
