Thepipeswhichdiameterismorethan200mmarejoinedbydoubleOtightsocket,Thenipple、mainandbranchpipesarejoinedthroughtappingorbonding.Thepipeswhichdiameterislessthan200mmarejoinedbysleevejointorbuttfelt.4.4汽机房两侧的循环水管道上侧路面为混凝土铺设的路面。Theupsideroad’ssurfaceofCWpipeonbothsidesofturbinehallisconcrete.5.0编制依据reference5.1DEP31.40.10.19《GRPpipelinesandpipingsystems》5.2GB50268-97《给排水管道工程施工及验收技术规范》GB50268-97Supplyanddrainagepipeconstructionandacceptancetechnicalspecification.5.3QC-8420-8300-0002《循环水管道安装质量检验计划》QC-8420-8300-0002Coolingwaterpipelineerectionqualityinspectionplan5.4施工图纸constructiondrawing51-8230-8100-300051-8230-8100-3002~300551-8230-8100-3006(1/2)51-8230-8100-3006(2/2)51-8230-8100-3007~301044-8320-8100-0559~056144-8320-8100-0600~06105.5CECS129:01《埋地给水排水玻璃纤维增强热固性树脂夹砂管管道工程施工及验收》Embeddedsupplyanddrainglassfiberreinforcedheathardeningresinsandpipeconstructionandacceptance5.6厂家资料《纤维缠绕玻璃钢管安装埋地手册》Manufacturerdocument:《GRPpipelayingmanual》6.0施工工艺和要求constructionprocessandrequirement6.1循环水管道安装的施工工艺流程图:flowchartforCWpipeerection运输管子、管件到现场transportpipeandfittingtosite沟槽开挖、验收trenchexcavationandacceptance施工准备constructionpreparation运输管子、管件到现场transportpipeandfittingtosite沟槽开挖、验收trenchexcavationandacceptance施工准备constructionpreparation管沟回填trenchbackfill管道安装pipeerection承插口打压试验hydraulictestforbellandsocket管沟回填trenchbackfill管道安装pipeerection承插口打压试验hydraulictestforbellandsocket管道整体打压试验overallhydraulictestforpipe路面铺砌roadpavement全部回填overallbackfill管道整体打压试验overallhydraulictestforpipe路面铺砌roadpavement全部回填overallbackfill6.2主要机具tools6.2.1主要机具:16t汽车吊、50t汽车吊、潜水泵、手动试压泵、电动试压泵。Maintools:16ttruckcrane、50ttruckcrane,submergedpump,manualpump,motorpump6.3施工准备Installationpreparation6.3.1施工前仔细审阅图纸,熟悉系统。Reviewdrawingscarefullybeforeconstruction.6.3.2了解规范和标准的要求,掌握质量要求和验收标准,签质量检验计划。Understandtherequirementofspecificationandstandard,andmasterqualityrequirementandacceptancecodeandissueI&TPlan.6.3.3对施工人员进行安全、技术交底。Makesafetyandtechnologyclarificationtotheconstructionpersonnel.6.3.4沟槽验收channelacceptance管沟截面尺寸符合图纸51-8230-810-3002。Thesectionsizeofpipechannelapplieswithdrawing51-8230-810-3002.垫层厚度符合设计要求(150mm),并夯实(夯实程度为95%SPD);垫层应平整,用水准仪每12米检测一次垫层的标高。Thepipesandbeddingmeetdesignrequirements(150mm)andramdown.(Theramextentis95%SPD).Smooththecushionandchecktheelevationofcushionatevery12metersbyusingoflevel.管沟无滑坡、积水、淤泥。由于开挖深度超过地下水位,应设置临时排水沟或集水坑。Thereisnoslipslope,seeperandsiltofthetrench.Astheexcavationdepthisoverundergroundwaterlevel,setuptemporarydrainditchandsumppit.承插口安装处的凹槽开挖完毕,凹槽尺寸符合设计要求,以便于整个管身底部放在砂垫层上,均匀受力。Theexcavationofthejointgrooveiscompletedandthegroovesizemeetsdesignrequirements.Thus,placethebottomofpipeonthesandcushiontobearforceevenly.弯头、三通、变径管、盲端、阀门等处的固定支墩充分凝固并安装完毕,符合设计要求。Thefixedpiersattheelbow,tee,reducingpipe,pipeendsideandvalveshouldbehardenedfullyandcompletederectingtomeetingdesignrequirement.6.3.5管道的运输及现场布管pipetransportationandlayingatsite装卸时须使用专用的吊装索具(纤维绳),防止碰损。运输时应垫稳、绑牢,不得相互撞击,在运输到现场过程中要有技术管理人员监护。Whenloadingandunloading,specialslingsshouldbeusedtopreventdamage.Thepipeshouldbesteadyandboundfirm.Itisnotallowedtofouleachother.Atechnicalmanagementpersonmustmonitorthetransportation.由于管道安装为逆水流方向安装,因此将管子、管道连接附件等依次沿一侧管沟摆放。特别注意应将每根管的承口朝向设计水流相反的方向。管道安装的详细顺序见附图1Asthepipeerectiondirectionisthereversecurrentdirection,thepipe,fitting,etc.shouldbeputalongonesideofthechannel.Payspecialattentiontothebelldirection.Itshouldbeexposedtotheoppositedirectionofthecurrent.Thedetailsequenceofpipeerectionseesattacheddrawing1.检查管材、管件的合格证,对管材的规格、配合尺寸、外观等进行全面检查。Checkthecertificateoftubesandpipemeterials.Finalcheckthespecification,matchingsizeandappearance.管道存放时应均匀支撑,防止管材变形、碰损。Thepipeshouldbesupportedevenlywhenplacingtopreventdeformationanddamageofthetubes.6.4管道安装pipeerection6.4.1根据施工顺序及现场情况,吊车的摆放及行走路线见附图1。Accordingtotheconstructionsequenceandsitecondition,thearrangementofthecraneandtravelingrouteseeattacheddrawing1.6.4.2根据管道布置图和管道的安装方向,将第一根要安装的管道用起重机缓慢吊入到管沟内,开始安装。Accordingtothepipearrangementdrawinganderectiondirectionofthepipe,liftthefirstpipetobeerectedslowlybycranetothetrench,thenbegintoerect.安装前应对管道进行复查,无标志、无编号或有缺陷者须查清修补后方可使用;承插口、橡胶圈应进行清理,不得有泥沙等杂物黏连。Reviewthepipebeforeerection.Thepipewithoutdesignation,numberandwithdefectcouldbeusedafterrepair.Cleanthebellandsocketandrubberring.Nosilt,etc.shouldadhere.用水准仪检查管子的标高,标高偏差值值应在+30mm与-30mm之间。Checktheelevationofthepipebywaterlevel.Thetoleranceshallbewithin+30mm/-30mm.用线坠检查管子的坐标,坐标偏差值应在+30mm与-30mm之间。Checkthecoordinateofthepipebywiregauge.Thetoleranceshallbewithin+30mm/-30mm.6.4.3然后,安装下一节管道。连接前检查承口和插口,在承口上安装打压嘴。Then,erectnextpipe.Checkthebellandsocketbeforeconnectinganderectnozzleonthebell.复查承口内是否光滑,有无纵向的沟槽或直径超过1.5mm的气泡,如发现有沟槽或直径超过1.5mm的气泡,应在厂家技术人员指导下修复。。Reviewwhetherthesurfacewithinthebellissmoothandwhetherthereisanylongitudinalditchorairbubblewithdiameterover1.5mm.Anylongitudinalditchorairbubblefoundshallberepairedunderthedirectionoftechnicianfrommanufacturer.复查插口,其外表应光滑,无突出处。“O”型圈槽的台阶及端面应无分层现象。如有则应在厂家技术人员指导下修复。Reviewwhetherthesurfaceofthesocketissmoothandwhetherthereisanyprotrusion.ThestepandendfaceofOrubberringmustnothaveanydelaminationphenomenon.Thedelaminationifanyshallberepairedunderthedirectionoftechnicianfrommanufacturer.复查“O”型橡胶圈,橡胶圈应无裂纹、气泡、疙瘩、杂质等。如有则应更换“O”型橡胶圈。Reviewwhetherthereisanycrack,airbubble,knobandforeignmatterontheOrubberring.Replacetheringifanyoftheaboveisfound.6.4.4将要连接的管段插口和承口调平、对中,清理连接区、环槽,并均匀涂上一层润滑油,然后将“O”型圈套在插口环槽内,在“O”型圈套上也均匀涂上一层润滑油。Adjustandalignthesocketandbelltobeconnected.Cleanjointingareaandringchannel.Coatalayeroflubricationevenly.PutOringtotheringchannelofthesocket.CoatalayeroflubricationonthesurfaceofOringevenly.6.4.5管道吊入管沟内后,用龙门架(龙门架制造图见附图2)和手拉葫芦等工具进行管口对接。管沟内设专人指挥将插口对准前一管的承口,调整两管在同一直线上,用两只倒链对称拉紧,将待安装的管道拽进已安装的管道承口内。Afterthepipeislifttotheditch,joinbygantryframe(seeattachmentdrawing2)andchainblock.Aspecialpersonshouldbeassignedtodirectthejoin.Adjusttwopipesonthesameline.Tightensymmetricallywithtwochainblocks.Dragthepipetobeerectedintotheerectedbell.通常在插口上画出深度限位线。安装时,只需将插口拉进到限位线即可。Generally,drawthedepthlimitinglineonthebell.Itisonlyneedtopullthesockettothelimitinglinewhenerection.检查管道的标高、坐标。Checktheelevationandcoordinateofthepipe.检查承插口接头的转角,不得大于下表中的规定:Checktheturningontheconnectionofthebellandsocket.Thevalueoftheturningshouldbenomorethanthebelow.管道直径Pipediameter(mm)许用转角Allowableturning(°)管道偏移量(mm)Pipedeviation管道曲率半径(m)Pipecurvatureradius3m6m12m3m6m12m<500315731462857115229500—900210520941986172344900--1800152105209172344688>18000.526527834468813766.4.6承插口打压试验,检查双"O"型密封圈的密封效果。Whenmakingbulgetestonthebellandsocket,checkthesealonthedoubleOsealingring.如承口上的打压嘴在管道正上方,按照下列图示连好装置,加水打压至管道设计压力的1.5倍(12bar)。Ifthebulgemoutherectedonthebellandsocketisdirectlyaboveonthepipe,erectequipmentsaccordingtotheabovedrawing.Wateringuntilthepressurereach1.5timesofthepipedesignpressure(12bar).如承口上的打压嘴不在管道正上方,按照下列图示连好装置,加水打压至管道设计压力的1.5倍(12bar)。Ifthebulgemoutherectedonthebellandsocketisnotdirectlyabovethepipe,erectequipmentsaccordingtothedrawingbelow.Wateringuntilthepressurereach1.5timesofthepipedesignpressure(12bar).试验介质采用洁净的水。Thetestmediumusecleanwater.保压10分钟,根据压降情况和泄漏情况检查承插口的压密性。Keepthepressurefor10minutes.Checkthetightnessofthebellandsocketaccordingtothepressuredropandleakage.如果承插口水压试验时不合格,须将不合格管段退出,重新进行安装、试验。退管应在厂家技术人员的指导下进行,防止退管时损坏管道承插口。Ifthebellandsocketisnotqualifiedwhenhydraulictest,dropouttheunqualifiedpipesection.Erectandtestagain.Pipewithdrawingshouldbedoneunderthemanufacturer’stechnicianinstruction.Bellandsocketofthepipeispreventedtobedamagedwhenpipewithdrawing.试验完毕进行泄压,因水量很少,直接排出少量水即可。Relievepressureaftertest.Dischargesomewaterdirectlyfortheamountofwaterisnotmuch.6.4.7试验合格后,通过承口端的锁紧棒的穿孔插入尼龙棒,通过尼龙棒的抗剪切能力来抗管道产生的轴向应力,插入前要在尼龙棒上均匀涂上润滑油,不得有泄露,通过承口上的插入孔,向内挤压尼龙棒,注意应保证尼龙棒始终沿插口的切线方向推进,在推进的过程中要均匀用力,防止尼龙棒折断。直到规定的长度完全插入。Afterthetestisqualified,insertthenylonbarthroughtheholeofthelockingrodonthebell.Usetheshearresistantabilitytoresisttheaxialstressarousedbythepipe.Thenylonbarshouldbecoatedlubricationoilevenlybeforeinsertion.Noleakageisallowed.Squeezethenylonbarthroughtheinsertholeonthebell.Payattentiontoensurethenylonbarshallbepushedalongtangentdirectionofthebell.Forceevenlywhenpushingtopreventthenylonbarbreakingtillthespecifiedlengthinsertcomplete.6.4.8上述工作完成后立即回填,承插口处应预留。管区采用分层回填,回填要求应符合GB50268-97《给排水管道工程施工及验收技术规范》及图纸51-8230-8100-3002上的要求。Backfillimmediatelyafterthecompletionoftheabovework,thesocketlshallbeobligated.Layeringbackfillshallbeadopted.BackfillrequirementsshallapplywithGB50268-97Supplyanddrainagepipeconstructionandacceptancetechnicalspecificationanddrawing51-8230-8100-3002.6.5部分主管和支管的连接采取现场开孔、粘结的连接方法,黏结处整体水压试验前不可回填,黏结工作由厂家技术人员完成,黏结时应考虑天气对黏结工作的影响,并要有防尘保护措施。胶结过程应在2小时内完成。由厂家检测黏结质量。黏结部位待整体水压试验合格后进行回填,。Theconnectionofthemainpipeandbranchusesitetappingandbonding.Nobackfillisallowedbeforeoverallhydraulictestofthebonding.Bondingworkshallbedonebytechnicianfrommanufacurer.Considertheinfluenceoftheweathertothebondinganddustprotectionmeasuresshouldbetaken.Cementingshouldbefinishedwithin2hours.Backfillaftertheoverallhydraulictestisqualified.6.6阀门的安装Erectionofvalves6.6.1阀门到货后应对阀门进行全面检查,厂家资料应齐全,表面无沙眼,操作机构灵活,水压试验合格。Carryoutanoverallinspectionafterthearrivalofvalves.Manufacturer’sdocumentshallbecomplete.Thereisn’tanyairpocketonthevalvesurfaceandtheoperationalpartshallbeflexible.6.6.2阀门搬运时不得损坏阀门,应按厂家要求储存阀门。Donothurtvalvesduringtransportation.Storethemaccordingtomanufacturerrequirements.6.6.3阀门安装根据介质流向确定其安装方向。Determinetheerectiondirectionaccordingtothemediumflowdirection.6.6.4检验阀门安装的支撑,确定牢固后进行阀门的安装,阀门的安装位置应准确无误。Inspectthesupportofvalveerectionandmakesureitisfirm.Theerectionpositionofthevalveshouldbecorrect.6.6.5阀门的垫片应平整,表面光滑,如表面有气泡、沟槽,应更换合格垫片。Thevalvegasketshallbeflatandsmooth.Anygasketwithairbubbleorditchchannelonthesurfaceshallbereplaced.6.6.6阀门安装前应清理干净,自然连接,无强力连接。Beforeerection,valvesshallbecleanedupandtheconnectionshallbenaturely,withoutanyforcedconnection.6.6.7将安装上的阀门进行调整,调整合适后将底角螺栓进行浇灌,固定阀门。Adjusttheerectedvalvesandthenpourthebaseboltstoanchorvalves.6.6.8检查阀门的操作机构,操作机构应灵活准确,无卡涩现象。Inspecttheoperationalpartofvalve.Makesureitisflexiblyandprecise.Noblockandunsmoothexist.6.6.9转矩限制机构的保护动作准确、可靠。开度指示机构指示位置应正确。Protectionactionoftorquelimitmechanismshallbecorrectandreliable.Thedenotingpositionoftheopeningdenotingmechnismshallbecorrect.6.7过路管的安装erectionofthepipecrossingroad6.7.1管道过路采用C20混凝土包层对玻璃钢管道进行保护。GRPpipeshouldbeprotectedbyC20concretecladwhenthepipeiscrossingtheroad.6.7.2安装过路管时,须在玻璃钢管外表面缠上橡胶板或垫板作保护材料,同时在路的另一侧设置一固定钢支架,将倒链或紧绳器将玻璃钢管从混凝土包层内拉出,然后按正常连接方法将管道连接。Whenerectingthepipecrossingtheroad,twistrubberplateorbackplateontheoutsidesurfaceoftheGRPpipeasprotectionmaterial.Atthesametime,setafixedsteelsupportontheothersideoftheroad.DrawtheGRPpipefromtheconcretecladusingchainblockoreuphroe.Thenconnectthepipeusingthenormalconnectingmethod.6.7.3管道和混凝土包层间应采用水泥砂浆进行填充,填充时的最大灌浆压力不得大于0.54bar。Fillthespacebetweenthepipeandtheconcretecladusingcementmortar.Themaximumgroutingpressureshouldbenomorethan0.54barwhenfilling.6.8 管道法兰安装erectionofpipeflange6.8.1法兰安装前,应检查法兰的压力等级、规格、尺寸等参数是否符合设计要求,厂家资料应齐全。Checkwhetherthepressureclass,specificationandsizeoftheflangemeetthedesignrequirementbeforeerection.Manufacturer’sdocumentshallbeallcomplete.6.8.2 对检查法兰的密封面及密封垫片进行外观检验,不得有影响密封性能的缺陷存在。Checkthesealingsurfaceandsealinggasketoftheflangevisually.Nodefectaffectingsealingperformanceexists.6.8.3检查法兰端面的垂直度,偏差不大于1mm。Checktheverticalityoftheflangeend.Thedeviationshouldbenomorethan1mm.6.8.4搬运法兰不得碰坏法兰的接触面,应按生产厂家的要求进行存放。Theflangeinterfacemustnotbecollidedduringtransportation.Flangestorageshallmeetthemanufacturer’srequirements.6.8.5法兰连接应保持同轴,并使用同一规格螺栓、螺母,安装方向应一致,紧力均匀,并应露出2~3扣,螺纹处涂二硫化钼。Theflangeconnectionshouldkeeponthesameaxleandusetheboltwithsamespecificationandsameerectiondirection.Tightensymmetricallyandevenly.Theextrusionlengthofthescrewshouldbe2-3timesofthepitch.Supramolyshallbecoatedonthescrewthread. 现场水压试验hydraulictestonsite管道在试验前应具备下列条件:Thefollowingconditionsshouldbeavailablebeforetest:管道的坐标、标高、坡度检查合格,除黏结处及承插口处露外,回填完毕。Thecoordinate,elevationandslopeofthepipeshouldbecheckedqualified.Backfillcompleteexceptthebondingconnectionandtheexposurepartofsocket.所有支管设置好堵板。Closureplateshallbeequippedforallbranchpipes.管道内部杂物清理干净。Cleantheinnersundriesinsidethepipe.管道系统上不参与试压的设备、仪表、阀门等隔开,不得有安全阀、水锤消除器等附件。Blockofftheequipment,instrumentandvalvewhicharenotinvolvedinthetest.Noattachment,suchassafetyvalve,waterhammerandsilencerexist.试验用临时管道、阀门及压力表等安装完成,试验用压力表采用Y-150型,精度不低于1.5级,使用前应校正。Theerectionoftemporarypipe,valveandmanometerfortestarecomplete.UsethepressureguageofY-150.Theprecisionofthemanometerisnolessthan1.5degree.Adjustitbeforeuse.试验段两端封闭完成,不得采用闸阀作为堵板。临时排水管道完成。Afterthebothendsofthetestsectionarefinished,itisnotallowedtousewedgevalveasplug.Temporarydrainagepipeiscomplete.管件的支墩、锚固设计已经达到设计强度,未设支墩及锚固设施的管件,应采取加固措施。Thepierandanchorofthepipeisuptothedesignstrength.Reinforcementmeasuresshouldbetakenforthepipewithoutpierandanchor.注入试验用水:waterfortestfilling试验用水用Ф100的软管从距试验点最近的水源取水。ThewaterfortestisgotfromthenearestwatersourcefromthetestpointbyФ100hose.充水时为防止水锤冲击,应缓慢充水,充水速度约为0.6m/s,最大不超过1.8m/s。此时,应打开管道高处的排气阀1,待水灌满后,关闭排气阀和进水阀。Fillslowlytopreventwaterhammerstrikingduringwaterfilling.Thefillingspeedisabout0.6m/sandnotover1.8m/s.Atthistime,openeachhighventvalveonthepipe,Closetheventvalveandinletvalvewhenthewaterisfilledfull.将管道进行充分浸泡,浸润时间为24小时。Soakthepipecompletelyfor24hours.用电动试压泵试压,压力逐渐升高,加压到一定数值时,停下来对管道进行检查,无问题时继续加压,升至试验压力的时间不得小于1小时,以减少冲击力。水压试验用于检验管道的强度,试验压力为1.5倍的设计压力(12bar)。Testthepressurebymanualhydraulictestpumpormotortestpump.Thepressurewillbeincreasedgradually.Whenthepressurereachesacertainvalue,stopandcheckthepipe.Ifthereisnoproblem,increasethepressurecontinually.Thetimeforpressureincreasingtothetestpressureisnolessthan1hourthustodecreasetheimpactforce.Thehydraulictestisusedtotestthestrengthofthepipe.Thetestpressureis1.5timesofthedesignpressure(12bar).用泵加压至工作压力(4.64bar)时,暂停打压,检查管道有无泄漏。如无泄漏,继续升压到试验压力,保压30分钟,检查接口、管身及压力表等部件无破损及漏水现象时,如在试验温度下观察10分钟,下降压力值不超过0.05Mpa,可认为合格。特别是三通、四通等现场粘结的附件,应检查位置是否偏移、有无超过验收标准规定的可见缺陷。Whenthepressureisincreasedtotheworkingpressurebypump(4.64bar),stopandchecktheleakageofthepipe.Ifthereisnoleakage,increasethepressurecontinuallytothetestpressure.Keepthepressurefor30minutes.Checktheconnection,pipebodyandmanometer.Ifitisobservedfor10minundertesttemperatureandthepressurereduceiswithin0.05Mpa,thenitisconsideredeligible.Whencheckingtheteeandcross,checktheobviousdefects,suchasdeviationandoverthestatementoftheacceptancestandard.水压试验合格后,可进行管道严密性试验,用于检验管道的严密性。Afterthehydraulictestisqualified,makeleakagetestofthepipetochecktheleakage.严密性试验压力为1.1倍的设计压力Thepressureforleakagetestis1.1timesofthedesignpressure.保压时间不少于24小时,符合渗水量的标准可认为合格。渗水量标准见下表:Thetimeforkeepingthepressureshouldbenolessthan24hours.Itcannotbeconsideredeligibleuntiltheseepagestandardreaches.Theseepagestandardseethebelow:渗水量试验管径(mm)pipediameterforseepagequantitytest管道水压试验允许渗水量(L/min•Km)Allowableseepageforpipehydraulictest检验方法和器具Checkmethodandinstrument1001.40按GB50268进行。Accordingtothearticle64inGB502682001.986003.448003.9610004.4215005.0020006.26试验过程中,每30分钟记录一次管道压力。Recordthepipepressureevery30minutesduringtest.6.9.5水压试验完毕后,将进水管上阀门关闭,打压用水不再排出。Afterthehydraulictestiscomplete,closethevalveontheinletpipe.Thewaterforthehydraulictestwillnotbedrained.6.9.6水压试验时,用专用堵头封住试压段的两端,并和支撑贴紧,以防止打压时管道沿轴向位移。Closethebothendsofthehydraulicsectionwithspecialplugwhenhydraulictestingandkeepclosetothesupporttopreventthepipedisplacingalongtheaxialdirection.6.9.7如果进行严密性试验时,试验压力下降,那么可以采用下列方法决定管道是否严密:Ifthetestpressuredropswhenmakealeakagetest,determinewhetherthepipeistightusingthefollowingmethod:试验段打压至试验压力(1.1倍的设计压力)后,每个小时记录试验压力。如果压力下降,采用补充水后重新加压至试验压力。这样通过补水重新打压的方法保持24小时。Afterthepressureofthetestsectionreachesthetestpressure(1.1timesofthedesignpressure),recordthetestpressureeachhour.Ifthepressuredrops,increasethepressureagaintothetestpressurebyrefillingwater.Thismethodshouldbeusedwithin24hours.如果发现的每小时补水数量逐渐减少,应观察补水量是否符合以上规定,如符合,那么就可以认为管道严密;如果不符合,那么可以认定管道不严密。Ifitisfoundthatthequantityofrefillingwaterisdecreasinggradually,observewhetherthequantityofrefillingwatermeettheabovestatement.Ifso,thepipeisconsideredtight.Ifnot,thepipeisconsiderednottight.6.9.8水压试验合格后进行整体回填并夯实,发现问题应及时处理,处理完毕重新进行试验,只到水压试验合格为止。Afterthehydraulictestisqualified,makeanoverallbackfillandramdown.Treatwiththeproblemfoundintime.Thenmakeahydraulictestagaintillthetestisqualified.7.0附图。Attacheddrawing8.0工作安全分析(JSA)附后。JSAisattachedbelow.DrawingDrawing:1附图:1UNIT:mm单位:mm15000InstallOrderFromWestToEast安装顺序由东向西15000150001500015000InstallOrderFromWestToEast安装顺序由西向东15000CraneTravelAndPutLine吊车行走及摆放路线CraneTravelAndPutLine吊车行走及摆放路线constructioninceptdrop施工起始点CraneTravelAndPutLine吊车行走及摆放路线InstallOrderFromNorthToSouth安装顺序由北向南InstallOrderFromSouthtoNorth安装顺序由南向北UNIT:mm单位:mm15000InstallOrderFromWestToEast安装顺序由东向西15000150001500015000InstallOrderFromWestToEast安装顺序由西向东15000CraneTravelAndPutLine吊车行走及摆放路线CraneTravelAndPutLine吊车行走及摆放路线constru
