1.when是疑问副词,意为“什么时候,何时”,用于对日期(某年、某月、某日)提问。eg:WhenareyougoingtoleaveShanghai?你们打算何时离开上海?Whenwereyouborn?你何时出生的?2.当询问某年某月某日的上午、下午、晚上等某个具体时刻钟点时,用whattime。当泛指“做某事的时间”时,when和whattime一般可互换。3.when还表示“当……的时候”,而whattime无此意思。eg:Iwasreadingabookwhenmymothergothome.妈妈到家时我在读书。4.whattime用来对某个时间提问,希望知道的时间比when更具体。eg:—Whattimedoyougetupinthemorning?你早上几点起床?—Aboutsix.大约6点。Whattimedoestheshopopen?这个商店几点开门?When/Whattime区别:表什么时候,具体时间(钟点)两者都可用。年份,月份,日期等非钟点性时间只能用when不能用whattimeWhen具体时间、

—They'reeighty.他们八十岁了。Howoldisthirteen(yearsold)HowoldareHowmuch的使用方式1.用来询问事物的价格,意思为“多少钱”(1)询问单数物品:Howmuchisthe/this+单数名词?回答:It’s+数额.如:—HowmuchistheredT-shirt?这件红色的T恤衫多少钱?—It'stendollars.十美元。注意:dollar与yuan的区别“元”译成英文时,无论单复数,都为yuan,而dollar前数字要是大于1,需加­s。Howmuch的使用方式(2)询问复数物品:Howmucharethe/these/those+复数名词?回答:They’re+数额.如:—Howmucharetheblackshoes?这双黑鞋多少钱?—They'reeightdollars.八美元。注意:名词socks短袜,shoes鞋子,trousers长裤,shorts短裤,glasses眼镜等都是不可分割的两部分组成一个物品,通常以复数形式出现。当这些名词等作主语时,谓语动词用复数。Howmuch的使用方式2.Howmuch还可以用来用来询问事物的数量,后接不可数名词如:—Howmuchmilkisthereintheglass?杯子里还有多少牛奶?—Onlyalittle.只有一点儿。注意:提问可数名词数量的多少,使用“howmany”。如:—Howmanystudentsarethereintheclassroom?教室里有多少个学生?—Thereareseventy.有70名。3)howmuch还可以用来询问程度的深浅。如:Howmuchdoyouloveyourschool?你多么热爱你的学校?Howmany的使用方式howmany提问可数名词的量,后面接可数名词的复数形式;howmuch提问不可数名词的量,后面接不可数名词。例如:—Howmanydancingclassesdoyouhaveeveryweek?你每周有多少节舞蹈课?—Ihavetwo.我有两节。—Howmuchmilkdoyouneed?你需要多少牛奶?—Alittle.一点点。◆注意介词at,in,on+时间名词具体区别:1.at+具体时刻:

巧记歌诀序数词用法它的作用相当于名词或形容词,可作主语、宾语、定语或表语。序数词用法:1.序数词要加定冠词the。但当序数词前有物主代词(his,her…)、指示代词(this,that…)等修饰时,则不必再用the。如:Marchisthethirdmonthofayear.三月是一年中的第三个月份。Mymotherismyfirstteacher.我的妈妈是我的第一位老师。2.序数词常用缩写形式,即“阿拉伯数字+个位序数词的后两个字母”。(注意21st,22nd,23rd...)
