适用范围ApplicationScope本手册就海斯坦普金属成型(武汉)有限公司(以下简称“海斯坦普武汉公司”或公司)的劳动条件及公司员工(以下简称“员工”)的工作职责做出规定。其他未在本手册里规定的事宜应按照海斯坦普武汉公司和员工签订的书面劳动合同合约的条约条款执行。海斯坦普武汉公司的员工应遵守本手册。ThisEmployeeManualregulatestheemploymentconditionsandjobresponsibilitiesofemployeesofGestampMetalForming(Wuhan)Ltd.("GMFWUHAN"or"Company"forshort).TheEmployeeManualisthebasisofemploymentatGMFWUHAN.AdditionalandindividualconditionsareagreeduponinhewrittenlaborcontractsignedbetweentheCompanyandeveryemployee.AllemployeesofGMFWUHANmustobeytheserules.

雇佣程序Employment根据中国法律规定,海斯坦普武汉公司作为一家外商独资企业拥有其相关的管理管控权限。公司有权按中国劳动法自行聘用和解雇员工或终止劳动合同合约。AccordingtorelevantChineseLegislation,asawholly-foreignownedenterprise,GMFWUHANenjoyscertainmanagementrights.TheCompanyhastherighttoemployanddismissemployeesorterminatetheirlaborcontracts,restrictedonlybytheChineselaborlaw.公司员工数及其任职要求由公司根据公司业务发展需要决定。Accordingtothe.pany’sbusinessanddevelopment,themanagementdeterminesthenumberofemployeesandtheirrequiredqualifications.试用期Probationperiod试用期根据具体情况为1-6个月(根据劳动合同合约约定)。试用期届满,由员工上级完成试用期回顾并给予反馈。Theprobationperiodis1to6months,accordingtotheindividualsituation(Basedonlaborcontract).Attheendoftheprobationperiod,thesuperiorofthisemployeewillreviewtheprobationdevelopmentandprovidefeedback.公司应与每位员工签订个人劳动合同合约。TheCompanysignsanindividuallaborcontractwitheveryemployee.公司每年将免费给员工提供一次健康体检服务。TheCompanywillprovidetheemployeeafreemedicalcheckeveryyear.员工需在上岗第一天提交下列文件的复印件一份;同时需查验原件。如果没有原件,需要提交经证明核准的复印件。EmployeesmustsubmitthefollowingitemstoGMFWUHANatthe1stdayofwork.Documentsmustbepresentedinoriginaland1copy.Incaseswhereoriginaldocumentsarenotonhand,certifiedcopiesmustbepresented.a)与先前公司解除劳动合同合约的文件;Adocumentconfirmingtheterminationofthelaborcontractwiththeprevious.pany;b)下列证书原件及复印件:学位证书、毕业证书、职业资格证书、特殊工种的操作证书、技术等级证书、外语等级证书、前公司公积金证明等;公司有权对证书进行核实;Certificatesanditscertifiedcopiesofthefollowingdocuments:educationorgraduationcertificates,employmentcertificates,specificmachineoperatingcertificatesandtechnicalskillscertificates,foreignlanguagecertificates,housingfundinformation;TheCompanyhasrighttochecktheauthenticityofthesecertificates.c)一份身份证或护照复印件;ApassportorIDcardphotocopy;d)体检报告Healthreport;e)在海斯坦普武汉公司任职时或在海斯坦普武汉公司任职前,海斯坦普武汉公司可能要求的其他信息或文件。GMFWUHANmayrequestanyothermessagesanddocumentsbeforeorduringtheemploymentoftheemployee.f)根据需要将人事档案转到“武汉光谷人才服务中心”的公司人事代理专户下。Transfertheofficial"personnelregistrationrecord"to"WuhanEastLakeHRServiceCentre"withthesupportoftheCompany'sHRDeptifnecessary.海斯坦普武汉公司会根据个人数据保护规定及公司员工个人档案管理管控的有关规定来负责收集、保持、处理和使用员工的个人资料。个人数据的收集权限于合法的以及与员工的聘用相关的目的,直接主管、部门经理、总经理有权了解这些资料。海斯坦普武汉公司将采取一切实际可行的措施以保证员工个人资料的安全性,并防止未经授权的人员接触,销毁或使用这些资料。GMFWUHANwillfile,keep,handleandusetheemployee'spersonalinformationaccordingtothedocumentmanagementrulesandprivacyprotectionregulation.Therightto.pileindividualstatisticsisrestrictedbythelawandcanonlybeforpurposesrelatedtoemployment.DirectSupervisors,DepartmentManagersandtheGeneralManagerhavetherighttoseesomeofthosedocuments.GMFWUHANtakesallthenecessarymeasurestoprotectindividualinformationandpreventsunauthorizedpersonsfromaccessing,removingorusingthisinformation.本手册将提供给员工每人一份。Acopyofthismanualishandedtoeveryemployee.每位员工应将下列任何事项的变动,提交书面证明文件给人力资源部以更新员工信息:Incaseanyofthefollowingconditionschange,theemployeeshouldinformHRdepartmentofthechangebysubmittingrelevantdocuments:a)合法送达地址;Legalcontactaddress;b)教育程度、资历证明;Levelofeducationandqualification;c)姓名;Surnameandgivenname;d)婚姻状况;Marriagestatus;e)其它重要个人资料或事宜。Otherimportantpersonalissues.

员工辞职(退)程序ProcedureofleavingtheCompany3.1员工提出离职,须提前三十日以书面形式通知公司。试用期内的员工提出离职,须提前三日以书面形式通知公司。Anemployeemayterminatehisemploymentcontractupon30days’priorwrittennoticetothe.pany.Duringhisprobationperiod,anEmployeemayterminatehisemploymentcontractbygivingthe.panythreedays’priornotice.3.2如果员工离职,无论任何原因(劳动合同合约到期、员工提出或公司提出解除劳动合同合约)都必须履行正常的离职手续,包括把与工作相关的文件(含电子文件)上交给他/她的上司,归还公司的物品(手机、电脑、文具、洗净的工作服、劳保用品、工具等),并向他/她的上司或被上司指定的同事说明工作的进展状况。离职前确保所有交接工作完成,在完成程序的同时,填写《离职流程表》,取得相关人员及经理的签字同意,公司才为其办理其他离职手续。IfanemployeeleavestheCompany,nomatterforwhatreason(e.g.expirationoflaborcontract,noticebytheemployeeorbytheCompanytoterminatethecontract),heorshehasto.pletetheproperleavingprocedures.Theseincludehandingoverallwork-relateddocuments(includingelectronicdocuments)tohisorhersuperior,returningallCompanyobjectsthatheorshemayhaveusedduringwork(e.g.mobilephone,.puter,stationary,thewashedworkuniform,safetyitems,toolsetc.),andexplainingthestatusofhisorherworktohisorhersuperiororacolleaguedesignatedbythesuperior.Aproperand.pletehandovertoacolleagueorsuperiorisanimportantmatterwhenterminatingtheemployment.After.pletingalltheseprocedures,theemployeeshouldfillinandsignthe"LeavingEmployeeChecklist"andsubmititforapprovalbysignaturetohissuperiorandrelevantmanager.ThenCompanycandealwiththeleavingprocedures.

劳动合同合约LaborContract本手册任何一条规定,如果与员工和海斯坦普武汉公司之间劳动合同合约不一致或有冲突,所涉及的员工的事宜应该遵照或服从劳动合同合约的条约条款执行。IfthereisaconflictbetweenanyoftheserulesinthismanualandthelaborcontractsignedbetweenGMFWUHANandtheemployee,theissueshallbehandledaccordingtotheindividuallaborcontract.

公司规定CompanyRegulations员工必须遵守海斯坦普武汉公司的规定,听从上级管理管控人员的工作要求,尽职尽责。Theemployeesmustobeythe.panyregulations,followtheinstructionsandordersoftheirsuperiors,andfulfilltheirdutiesandresponsibilitiesasbesttheycan.上级管理管控人员必须正直地履行他们的职责,以宽厚和指导的方式领导其下属。Superiorsmustfulfilltheirresponsibilitiesinafairmanner,managetheirsubordinatesinanhonestandkindwayandprovideguidancetothem.

遵守职责Responsibilitiesofemployees所有员工有同样的义务遵守本手册规定。Allemployeeshavethesamedutytoobeytherulesinthismanual.员工必须遵守下列事宜并且尽职尽责:Theemployeesmustfulfilltheirdutiesandresponsibilitiesandactaccordingtothefollowingarrangements:仪表端庄,注意个人卫生,注意安全,保持工作服的整洁,并按规定穿戴劳保用品。Beorderlyandcorrectintheirwork,takecareofpersonalhygieneandsafety,keeptheworkuniformclean,andmustwearPPEaccordingtotherelevantregulations.劳保用品PPE防护目的Protectionpurpose穿戴区域WearingArea安全眼镜SafetyGlasses防止飞溅物、强光、化学液体及粉尘等对眼镜之侵害Defendtheeyefromdamagebyspreading,stronglight,chemicalliquid,dust车间内任何区域Anyplaceintheworkshop安全鞋SafetyShoes防止脚部受压、砸、刺伤Defendthefeetfromsqueeze,spur,squash车间内任何区域Anyplaceintheworkshop耳塞Earplug防止85分贝以上的噪音危害Defendtheheadfromhitbynoiseabove85dB车间内任何区域Anyplaceintheworkshop安全帽SafetyHammer防止头部受到外来的坠落或飞行物面等撞击,防止电击危险等Defendtheheadfromhitbyfailingorflyingbodiesandelectricity登高作业、行车吊装Forclimbingandcraneoperation口罩Mask防止粉尘及有害气体等污染物进入呼吸系统Preventtheharmfulairordustfrombreathin打磨作业、手工焊、喷蜡、抛丸操作等Forgrindingmanualwelding,waxingoperation,shotblasting手套Gloves防止机械与物料的刺/割伤害,化学品腐蚀伤害及触电伤害Defendthehandfromcut,spur,hurtbymachines,parts,chemicalsandelectricity冲压作业(防穿刺手套)、焊接作业(焊工手套)、化学品接触作业(防水手套等)SpurdefendforpressingHeatdefendforwelding,waterdefendforchemicaltouch安全带Safetybelt防止坠落Defendthebodyfromfailing离地2米以上登高Climbingabove2meters围裙Apron防止焊接飞溅溅到身上或金属零件割伤身体Defendtheweldingsplashandsharpworkpiecefrombehut冲压车间、焊接车间手工焊岗位Pressandmanualweldingposition工作服Uniform车间任何区域Anyplaceintheworkshop正确有效地履行职责,并且一直尽力提高其工作效率,保持积极的工作态度。在履行职责时,员工必须努力为公司的发展做出贡献,个人利益服从公司利益。Carryouttheirdutiesinaproperandefficientwayandconstantlyaimtoincreaseworkefficiency,haveanactiveworkattitude.Whenfulfillingtheirduties,theemployeesmustworkdiligentlyinordertomakecontributionstothedevelopmentoftheCompany.Personalbenefit.esaftertheCompany'sbenefit.在履行职责时,员工应尊重海斯坦普武汉公司的政策,相互协作,积极努力推动业务顺利进行。Whencarryingouttheirduties,employeesshouldrespectGMFWUHAN'spolicy,supporteachother,anddotheirbesttofacilitatethesuccessfuldevelopmentofthebusiness.不要做有损海斯坦普武汉公司的荣誉和信誉的事情。NotdoanythingthatmightdamagethereputationandcreditofGMFWUHAN.不要在授权之外武断专行。每位员工的授权范围在其工作范围及核准的技能中做了界定。Notdoanythingtheyarenotauthorizedtodo.Theauthorizationscopeofeveryemployeeisdescribedinhisjobscopeandapprovedskilllevel.每位员工应遵守商业事务绝对保密的规定。合同合约、图纸等只可以在相关上级管理管控人员允许的情况下复印。不要透露公司商业机密或任何可能损害海斯坦普武汉公司的其他事情。Everyemployeeshallrespecttherulethatbusinessissuesarestrictlyconfidential.Documentssuchascontractsanddrawingsmayonlybecopiedwiththerelevantsuperior'spermission.DonotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationontheCompanyoranythingthatmightharmGMFWUHAN.除非与海斯坦普武汉公司的工作有关,否则在私人交易中不许使用海斯坦普武汉公司的名字。ApartfromcarryingoutofficialGMFWUHANwork,theemployeeisnotallowedtouseGMFWUHAN'snameforpersonalfinancialtransactions.未经海斯坦普武汉公司允许,不得从海斯坦普武汉公司的商业联系人处接受金钱或向他们借钱;对于礼物,必须拒绝或退回,除非价值很小,不影响员工遵从海斯坦普的经营目标及道德标准WithoutthepermissionofGMFWUHAN,theemployeeisnotallowedtoacceptmonetarygiftsorborrowmoneyfrombusinesscontactpeopleofGMFWUHAN.Theemployeehastorejectorreturnpresents,exceptwhentheyareofsmallvalueanddonotharmtheemployeesloyaltytoGestamp’sbusinessgoalsandethicalstandard.未经上级管理管控人员批准,不许在工作时间离开工作场所。Exceptwiththepermissionofthesuperior,theemployeeisnotallowedtoleavetheworkplaceduringworkinghours.未经海斯坦普武汉公司的允许不得以雇员、承包商、管理管控人员或董事的名义为其它公司工作,也不允许从事可能影响海斯坦普武汉公司利益的私人业务。只有在公司事先允许的情况下,员工才能从事私人业务,第二份职业,或任何形式的其他业务。WithoutthepermissionofGMFWUHAN,theemployeemustnotworkforother.paniespretendingtoactonbehalfofbusinesspartners,contractors,themanagementordirectorsofGMFWUHAN.TheemployeemustnotengageinpersonalbusinessthatmighthaveanimpactonGMFWUHAN'sbenefits.Anemployeeisonlyallowedtohaveaprivatebusiness,secondaryemploymentorownershipofanykindinanotherbusinessifithasbeenpermittedbythe.pany.保持工作场所整洁有序,尽力防止偷盗、火灾或其它损失,遵守有关卫生安全规定。Theworkplacehastobekeptcleanandtidy.Theutmosthastobedonetopreventtheft,fire,orotherdamages.Thehygieneandsafetyregulationshavetoberespected.保护好设施和装备以及其它海斯坦普武汉公司的财产、节约用水、电和文具用品等。Protectthefacilities,equipmentandotherpossessionsofGMFWUHAN.Donotwastewater,powerorstationaryetc.雇员不得在工作场所饮酒或滥用其他药物;并不得在醉酒或处于任何其它药物控制情况下开展工作。操作员工不允许在工位因个人目的使用手机。Employeesarenotpermittedtoconsumealcoholorabuseothersubstancesattheworkplace,andmustnotcarryouttheirtaskswhentheyaredrunkorundertheinfluenceofanyotherdrug/substance.Thepersonaluseofmobilephoneisforbiddeninshopfloorworkstation.员工有什么抱怨,可以向上级管理管控人员或海斯坦普武汉公司总经理申述。Ifemployeeshaveany.plaints,theycanappealtotheirsuperiorortheGeneralManagerofGMFWUHAN.任何盗窃,损害公司财产,工作场所使用暴力,参与暴动的行为都需要承担相应的损失赔偿,严禁未经允许进行大规模集会,违反将可能导致其雇佣关系的终止。Theft,damageof.panyproperty,engaginginphysicalviolence,participatinginriots,organizinglargemeetinginthe.panywithoutpermit,willtrigger.pensationclaimsandpossibledismissal.
