concerned,

sectorhadthehighest

from
almost
200,000
employees
in56
world
countries
toquestionsregarding
satisfactionwith
theircurrent
employer.
Thisreport
analyzestheoutcome
of
thissurvey,
focusingon
theshare
ofrespondents
sosatisfied
withtheiremployer
thattheywould
recommend
ittoafriend
or
relative,
compared
totheshare
of
respondents
who
would
not
recommend
theiremployer.
Thedifference
between
these
twogroupsof
employees
iscalled
thenetpromoterscore
(NPS).•

groups

notshow
remarkable
differencesinratingthe
importance
ofthefivedifferent
satisfaction
factors,country-specifictrendsaremore
clearly
