两个地方直接告诉了。一个是题目说明的第一句话,另一个是正文的

标题。从这两个地方就可以看出全文探讨的是公司未来接班人——也

就是潜力股——的培养问题。

A段讲了TLRG这个贯穿全文的研究组织诞生的原因:现行的研究

满足不了需要,于是大多数公司只能自己探索发掘接班人的模式;(即第

五题的答案)

B段讲了直属经理(linemanagers)对于发掘接班人的重要性(真是

干什么都要从基层抓起),以及经理们的一些疑虑;

C段讲的是接班人问题对公司的重要性,并且应该让院线经理们

明白这种重要性

D段是针对前面列出的问题,提出的解决建议,什么专家协助等

等。

整篇文章分为四个部分,层层递进,有很强的逻辑性。拿这样的

文章来做阅读材料应该是相对容易把握的。

商务英语(BEC)高级阅读应试技巧

第一部分到第三部分主要是考对文章整体理解,难度比较大,也

比较花时间,所以这三部分可以花半个小时到40分钟的时间。第四部

分到第六部分主要考语法、固定搭配和用词,是很基础的东西,而且

文章比较短,所以大概6分钟一篇也可以完成。

a)第一部分,文段中的某些内容可能会在8个句子中提到,但是

句子的用词会比较简单。首先认真阅读前面8个句子,画出关键词,

然后看文段,把相关的词语画出来,每看完一个文段就找对应的句子,

把文段中相关信息标上对应句子的序号,方便检查。过程中会出现很

混乱的情况,因为有些答案很隐蔽,也会有很多干扰信息,所以必须

很认真地阅读。需要多练习找感觉,要很有耐心,一般后两个文段的

对应句子多点。

b)第二部分,考查对文章结构的把握和整体理解,抽出来的句子
