标题。从这两个地方就可以看出全文探讨的是公司未来接班人——也

就是潜力股——的培养问题。

A段讲了TLRG这个贯穿全文的研究组织诞生的原因：现行的研究

满足不了需要，于是大多数公司只能自己探索发掘接班人的模式;（即第

五题的答案）

B段讲了直属经理（linemanagers）对于发掘接班人的重要性（真是

干什么都要从基层抓起）,以及经理们的一些疑虑；

C段讲的是接班人问题对公司的重要性，并且应该让院线经理们

第一部分到第三部分主要是考对文章整体理解，难度比较大，也

比较花时间，所以这三部分可以花半个小时到40分钟的时间。第四部

分到第六部分主要考语法、固定搭配和用词，是很基础的东西，而且

文章比较短，所以大概6分钟一篇也可以完成。

a）第一部分，文段中的某些内容可能会在8个句子中提到，但是

句子的用词会比较简单。首先认真阅读前面8个句子，画出关键词，

然后看文段，把相关的词语画出来，每看完一个文段就找对应的句子,

把文段中相关信息标上对应句子的序号，方便检查。过程中会出现很

混乱的情况，因为有些答案很隐蔽，也会有很多干扰信息，所以必须

很认真地阅读。需要多练习找感觉，要很有耐心，一般后两个文段的

对应句子多点。

b）第二部分，考查对文章结构的把握和整体理解，抽出来的句子
