Internetaswellasreal-timeconversationswithpeople.ItIeamstomimicthegrammarand

structureofthewritingandreflectsfrequently-usedphrases.Butitisn,talwaysaccurate:its

sourcesaren,tfact-checked,anditreliesonhumanfeedbacktoimproveitsaccuracy.

OpenAIdevelopedChatGPTaspartofastrategytobuildAisoftwarethatwillhelpthe

companyturnaprofit.InJanuary,Microsoft,itsstrategicpartner,announcedafresh

multibillion-dollarinvestmentinOpenAIandsaiditplanstointegrateChatGPTintoitsBing

searchappandotherproducts.GoogleandBaiduarealsopushingtolaunchsimilartools.
