1Introduction2CharacteristicsofHEV’sstructure3AnalysisofSourcesofHEV’sNVH4ControllingMeasuresofSourcesofHEV’sNVH5Conclusions2HEV(HybridElectricVehicle)isanewdevelopmentbranchofautomobileindustryinrecentyears,anditsdevelopmentishighlyemphasizedbytheworld.However,littlestudyonHEV’sNVHhasbeencarriedonatpresent.IntroductionThispaperfocusonthechangesofHEV’sstructureandcomponentscomparedwithsinglefuelvehicles,whichresultinthechangesofsourcesandcharacteristicsofitsvibrationandnoise,andthemethodsofcontrollingitsvibrationandnoisearealsoputforward.Solvingthenoise,virbrationandharshnessissuesofaconventionalinternalcombustionarecomplex.Theissuesmultiwhenyouaredealingwithahybirdpowertrain.3CharacteristicsofHEV’sstructureComparedwithsinglefuelvehicle,HEV’sstructureismorecomplex,accordingtotheabovefigures,power-splitdevice、electromotorandstoragebatteryareadded.TraditionalvehicleSerieshybridelectricvehicleParallelhybridelectricvehiclePriushybridelectricvehicleAnalysisofSourcesofHEV’sVibrationandNoise4Althoughtheengine’svibrationandnoiseisdecreasedgreatly,itisstillthemainsourceofHEV’svibrationandnoise.EngineGeneratorWhenHEVspeedsup,electromotorworksasauxiliarypower,whenHEVdecelerates,generatorworksasrecyclingbrakingenergythatisstoredinthestoragebattery.Thevehiclescanruninpureelectricmodeorbepoweredbytheengine.Theycanswitchbetweenthetwoorruninacombinedmode.5DynamicCouplingDeviceAnalysisofSourcesofHEV'sNVHHEVisdrivenbybothengineandelectromotorwhenitacceleratesorclimbs,theequipmentthatisresponsibleforthesynthesisofthetwokindsofpoweriscalleddynamiccouplingdevice.Energyproducedbyenginecanbestoredpartiallyorentirelyinthebatterythroughthegenerator,resultinginproblemofpowerswitching,anditwillcausevibrationandnoiseduringtheprocessofswitch.ThemainnewNVHsourceistheelectricmotor.Itproduceshightorqueatlowspeeds,whichaffectsvariousaspectsofNVH'soptimisation.Electromotor6
ControllingMeasuresofSourcesofHEV’sNVHEnginethermalefficiencyisinefficientwhenHEVrunsatalowspeedinthecity;toimprovefueleconomy,enginemuststart/stopfrequently.PerformanceofdynamiccouplingdevicehasagreatimpactonNVHduringtheprocessofpowerconversion.Ontheonehandwecanoptimizecontrolalgorithmofdynamiccouplingdevice;ontheotherhandwecanincreaseitsdynamicperformancebyusingsimulationsoftwaretooptimizemechanicalstructuralcomponents.Wecanoptimizethedifferentdrivingmodes.7TostudycharacteristicsofvibrationandnoiseofHEVandcopewiththenewproblemsofvibrationandnoisecausedbyHEVisofgreatimportanceforitsdevelopment.ConclusionsWecantakeoldmeasurestocontrolvibrationandnoisewhosereasonsarethesameassinglefuelvehicle;however,asforthearising
