第六章需求一览表序号名称主要参数单位数量交货日期交货地点备注1132kv电容式电压互感器132/√3:0.1/√3:0.1/√3kVsinglephaseNo.9GANDA2132kv电容式电压互感器132/√3:0.1/√3:0.1/√3kVsinglephaseNo.6WOINANTA3132kv电容式电压互感器132/√3:0.1/√3:0.1/√3kVsinglephaseNo.3YIRGALEMII规定的备品备件1132kv电容式电压互感器132/√3:0.1/√3:0.1/√3kVsinglephaseNo.50GANDA2132kv电容式电压互感器132/√3:0.1/√3:0.1/√3kVsinglephaseNo.1WOINANTA3注:规定备品备件及专用工具有卖方填写,卖方必须推荐设备正式投产运行1年内备品备件及专用工具,并推荐3年运行所需的消耗件或增加的备品备件供买方选购。第七章技术规范一般规定1总则(1)本技术规范所使用的标准如与卖方所执行的标准不一致时,按较高标准执行。(2)本技术规范提出的是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术细节做出规定,也未充分引述有关标准的条文,卖方应提供符合本规范和有关最新工业标准的优质产品。(3)卖方应参加供货产品在现场的调试运行。试运行中如出现质量问题应负责及时处理。(4)如未对本规范书提出偏差,将认为卖方提供的设备符合规范书和标准的要求。偏差(无论多少)都必须清楚地表示在投标文件中的“差异表”中。(5)合同签订后,卖方应指定负责本工程的项目经理,负责协调卖方在工程中的各项工作,如设计图纸、工程进度、设备制造、现场安装、调试验收等。(6)本技术规范未尽事宜由买卖双方与设计单位共同协商解决,卖方设计完毕即通知用户召开设计联络会。2工作内容卖方的工作内容包括供货产品的设计及供货范围内所有设备元件的选择、设计、制造、提供图纸资料、试验(包括型式试验、出厂试验、交接试验)、供货、包装、运输、现场指导安装、现场调试指导、参加试验运行和协助交接验收等。以上工作内容除应满足本技术规范外,还应满足当地相关规范、现场条件及商务合同等相关要求。供货范围3供货范围和界面供货列表不作为最终供货范围,为实现设备完整功能及需方所要功能的所有文字描述均为供货方的供货范围和服务义务,如因供货清单中所列项目不全造成供货范围和服务义务缺失的,则供货方应无偿免费补足所缺。供货产品及必备附件、备品备件、专用工具等(需卖方详细列出清单)。4.1、工程概况项目中文名称:埃塞AGRO工业园输变电项目项目英文名称:ProcurementofDesign,Manufacture,Test,Supply,ErectionandcommissioningofLOT-3A:

Design,Manufacture,Test,Supply,ErectionandCommissioningof132kvsubstationforWeynentaAgroIndustryParkPowerTransmissionProject.项目供货范围:新建132kVGanda变电站设备材料供货,包括2个132kV变压器间隔,2个132kV线路间隔和1个132kV母联间隔。升级改造132kVShasemene变电站设备材料供货,升级改造132kVAdamitulu变电站设备材料供货新建132kVWeynenta变电站设备材料供货,包括2个132kV变压器间隔,1个132kV线路间隔和1个132kV母联间隔。升级改造132kVYirgalem-II变电站设备材料供货,包括1个132kV线路间隔。业主单位:埃塞电力公司(EthiopianElectricPower)设计单位:杭州沛森科技有限公司合同工期:12个月CVTB2.7VOLTAGETRANSFORMERSB2.7.1GENERALVoltagetransformersshallbesuitablefortheoperationofprotectivegear,synchronisingequipment,voltageregulatingequipment,instrumentsand/ormeteringandshallbeoftheelectromagneticandcapacitivetypeasspecified.CapacitorvoltagetransformersshallbeprovidedwithprovisionforcouplingfacilitiesforusewithH.Fpowerlinecarrierequipmentandwherespecifiedwithprovisionbeingmadeforthemountingoflinetraps.Capacitorvoltagetransformersshallbedesignedtominimizethepossibilityofferroresonanceoccurring.VoltagetransformersshallbeinaccordancewithIECstandards60044-2witharatedvoltagefactorof1.2andClass1.0accuracy.TransformersforprotectivedutyshallbeaccuracyClass3p.Allvoltagetransformersshallhaveanoutputratingadequatetocaterfortheburdensconnectedtothemandshallbecapableofcarryingcontinuouslywithoutinjuriousheating50%burdenabovetheirratedburden.Electromagneticvoltagetransformersshallbecapableofdischargingthecapacitanceofline,cablesandswitchgearwhichmayremainconnectedtothemduringswitchingoperations.TheContractorshalldeclareanylimitationsoftheequipmentforthisduty.Forsinglephasevoltagetransformers,bothendsofeachsecondarywindingshallbebroughtouttoinsulatedlinks.Forsinglephaseunitsseparateearthlinksforeachsecondarywindingshallbeprovided.Wheresinglephaseunitsareusedasthreephasesets,eachoftheneutralleadsshallbeconnectedtogetheratasinglepointandearthedascloseaspossibletothevoltagetransformer.Theratioandphaseangleerrorsofvoltagetransformersshallnotexceedthepermissiblelimitsprescribedintherelevantstandardandshallbecapableofmeetingthefollowingadditionalrequirementsfrom5%ratedprimaryvoltageto90%ratedprimaryvoltage:•Voltageerror-notexceed+3%•Phaseangleerror-notexceeding+120minutes.Forinstallationatanaltitudehigherthan1000m,thearchingdistanceunderthestandardizedreferenceatmosphericconditionsshallbedeterminedbymultiplyingthewithstandvoltagesrequiredattheservicelocationbyaltitudecorrectionfactorinaccordancewithfigure1ofIEC60044-2,page77.B2.7.2TYPE500kV,400kV,230kV,132kVand66kVvoltagetransformersshallbethecapacitivevoltage(CVT)type.UnlessotherwisespecifiedtheyshallbeinaccordancewithIECstandards60044-2inalltheircomponents.TheCVTshallbesuitedtosupportawavetrapontopofitbymeansofapedestalandshallbesuitableforcouplingwithpowerlinecarriercircuit.TheyshallbesuppliedwithconnectionsbetweenterminalblockandHFterminalssuitedtoconnecttogroundtheimpedancetuningfilterunitofthetelecommunicationequipment,andadampingcircuitagainstFerroresonancephenomena.Theearthconnectionshallbeviaadedicatedearthrod.TheCVTshallbeprotectedbymeansofavariableresistancesurgearrestorlocatedinthesameterminalbox.Thedielectricmaterialshallbemadeofeitherpaperoroilpaperandpolypropyleneinalternatesheets.Theimpregnatingliquidshallbebiodegradable.Polychloribiphenylisnottobeusedaswindingimpregnate.The15and33kVvoltagetransformersshallbeofEpoxyresintype.Theyshallbesuitableforindoorinstallationandphasetogroundconnection.TheContractorshalldeterminetheirratedburden.Constructionofthevoltagetransformersshouldbesuchthattheyaremoisture-proofandsuitableformountinginthe15and33kVmetalcladswitchboards.Thesupplyshallincludesecondarycircuitprotectionminiaturecircuitbreakerswithnormallyclosedandopencontactstosignalvoltagefailure.B2.7.3RATINGThe500kV,400kV,230kV,132kV,66kV,33kVand15kVvoltagetransformersshallcomplywiththefollowingcharacteristics.Note:TheLightningimpulseWithstandVoltage,SwitchingimpulseWithstandVoltageandtheOneminutepowerfrequencywithstandvoltageareallsitevaluesforthegivenHighestSystemVoltageasperIECB2.7.4CONSTRUCTIONThe500kV,400kV,230kV,132kVand66kVcapacitivevoltagetransformers(CVT)shallincludeaweather-proofmetal-cladboxmountedonthesupportstructureandequippedwithappropriatesecondarycircuitprotectionminiaturecircuitbreakers,heaters,lighting,linkswhichshallbeaccessiblefromgroundlevel,terminalblocks,etc.Theminiaturecircuitbreakerstobesuppliedshallhavenormallyclosedcontactstosignalvoltagefailure.Associatedwiththeminiaturecircuitbreakers,devicesshallbeprovidedtopreventdistancerelayoperationbyunderimpedancestartingowingtothetrippingoftheminiaturecircuitbreakers.Allintermediatewiringaswellasrelaystosupervisethepresenceofvoltageonthebusbarandsignalvoltagefailureshallbeinstalledintheweatherproofbox.Cableconnectionsshallbewatertightandthecablesshallbeledthroughsteelconduitsuntillaidincabletrenches.B2.7.5SUPPORTSTRUCTURESGalvanisedsteelsupportstructuresshallbesuppliedforalloutdoorCVT'sasshownontheplansandsectiondrawingsoftheswitchyard.Thecompletestructureshallbedesignedandconstructedtowithstand0.1gacceleratingforceinanydirectionduetoearthquake.B2.7.6TESTSThetestsshallbecarriedouti
