Alright,seriouslyspeaking,whatIamtalkingaboutis“theartofbreathing”,andit’saboutbreathinginaYogaway:peacefullyandalwaysundercontrol.Whatitrevealsistherealessenceofperseverance,“Inordertoachieve,sometimes,youneedtowait.”Andwhenitcomestothingsyoureallywantinlife,itisashardasitcouldpossiblybe.
