首先，文明礼仪体现在每个人的言行举止中。我们要注意说话要有礼貌，不说粗话，不讲脏话，不进行人身攻击。用文明友善的语言与他人交流，表示尊重和关心。在公共场所，要注意音量控制，不要大声喧哗。另外，我们还应当尊重老师和学长学姐，不插队、不抢座、不推搡。在公共交通工具上，要遵守乘车秩序，不占座，不踩踏，不乱扔垃圾，并主动让座给有需要的人。

其次，文明礼仪体现在参与集体活动中。在班级、学校的集会和演出上，我们要遵守规则，不闹腾，不火药味太浓，保证活动秩序良好进行。在体育比赛中，我们要尊重裁判的判决，不进行恶意犯规、吹哨时不再绊脚、不偷手、不拉人，团结友好比赛。在参观、出游等活动中，要保持队形整齐，不随意离队，不乱扔垃圾，爱护环境。

再次，文明礼仪体现在对待他人的态度上。我们要友善待人，乐于助人。帮助他人，不计较回报，使我们的世界更加和谐。对待老人要尊敬有礼，让座、搀扶、关心他们的身体。对待同学要包容理解，不嘲笑、不排挤，帮助他们解决困难，共同进步。对待师长要尊重，不耍小聪明、不对抗，听从老师的教导和指挥。

最后，文明礼仪体现在网络社交中。在网络时代，我们要合理利用网络资源，不沉迷于游戏、不传播不良信息、不网络欺凌。在网络交流中，我们要文明用语，不辱骂、不恶搞、不人肉搜索，保持网络秩序。我们可以用网络来交流学习经验，分享有价值的信息，帮助他人解决问题，共同进步。

同学们，文明礼仪不仅是我们做人的基本道德，更是我们走向成功的重要条件。面对未来的竞争，一个有良好礼仪的人更容易得到别人的认可和接纳。在家庭、学校、社会的各个场合，我们都要时刻保持一颗敬礼之心，尽量做到有礼有节，彰显中学生的风采。
