1.Basicknowledgeofgearbox

caseTheaxlegearboxisthelastlinkofthepowertraveltransmissionsystem.Itsfunctionistodrivethewheelsettorotateafterthepowertransmittedbythedriveshaftreducesthespeedandincreasesthetorque.Theaxlegearboxesonthe1stand2ndaxlesofthefrontbogieoftheturnouttampingcar,transmitpowerthroughthemduringhighandlowspeedtraveling,andtransmitpowerwhentravelingathighspeed,soitiscalledthemaindriveaxlegearbox.Therunningforceofthe4axlesoftherearbogieisahydraulicmotor,whichonlytransmitspowerwhentheworkisrunningatlowspeed,soitiscalledanauxiliarydriveaxlegearbox.DCL-32AxlegearboxThemaindriveaxlegearboxisaone-stagespiralbevelgearreductiongearbox.ItsstructureisshowninFigureNextpage.Itconsistsofaboxbody,asmallarc-toothbevelgearinputshaft,alargearc-toothbevelgearandbearings,etc.Composition,thetransmissionratiois1:3.73.Thefrontendoftheinputshaftofthesmallarc-toothbevelgearisconnectedtotheflangethroughaspline,andtheflangeisconnectedtotheoutputshaftofthetransfercasethroughthetran
