Althoughpopularbeliefsregardingemotionalintelligencerunfaraheadofwhat
researchcanreasonablysupport,theoveralleffectsofthepublicityhavebeen
more
beneficialthanharmful.Themostpositiveaspectofthispopularizationisanewand
muchneededemphasis(重视)onemotionbyemployers,educatorsandothers
interestedinpromotingsocialwell-being.Thepopularizationofemotional
intelligencehashelpedboththepublicandresearchersre-evaluatethe
