东关小学期中考试总结

我校期中考试在全体老师的共同努力下，已经圆满地结

束。各位教师也已经按照学校的要求对学科教学进行了分析

和总结，找差距，找不足，以便在今后的教学中进行修正和

改进。教师、学生和家长对期中考试也很看重。教师要了解

自己的教学情况；学生想知道自己学得怎样，家长渴望了解

孩子的在校学习状况。通过这次考试，很多同学学习态度进

一步端正，学习作风更加刻苦了，学习的主动性和积极性进

一步提高了，期中考试过后，我们看到全校绝大部分同学的

就期中考试的前后工作进行总结与反思：

一、准备工作

根据学校要求，考前一周，召开了全体教师会，要求

思想上高度重视，工作中积极主动，主要做了如下工作：①

强化学生书写训练，强调试卷的书写与条理占5%②强调激

励评价机制，不但发学习成绩奖，还发学习进步奖。③振奋

精神，鼓舞士气，优秀生写决心书，中下生写挑战书，班主

任要点评。④严肃考风考纪，严禁作弊。⑤营造考试氛围,

精心安排考场，非本班任课教师2人监场。

二、考试工作

本次考试监考情况较好，学校对有关监考工作提出了

明确、细致、

操作性强的要求。通过这些工作，整个考试过程得以

顺利开展，取得了较好的效果。监考教师恪尽职守，认真履

行监考职责，严格按照考试要求，按时领取、检查和发放试

卷；无教师缺席迟到。学生认真考试，考风考纪良好，考试

工作井然有序，一、二年级学生使用铅笔答卷，三、四年级

学生使用蓝色中性笔答卷，无一例外。学校专人专橱保密试

题，一科一发，严格执行市局考试时间，不提前、不错后。

三、阅卷工作

本次阅卷采用教师集中、流水作业的方式进行，由校

长负责，教导处统一安排。随考随阅，考试结束后，学校按

照事先安排，组织和督促教师立即阅卷，在阅卷过程中，各

位老师都能服从分配，毫无怨言，本着对学校负责，对学生

负责的态度，认真出色地完成任务，大大提高了考试的可信

度，实效性，保证了考试的公平、公正，真正达到了阶段性

评价教学的目的。总得说来，阅卷质量较好，信度较高，统

分、登分几乎无差错，圆满地完成了期中阅卷工作。

四、考后工作

考试结束后，我们主要做了如下工作：①学校及时计

算出教师成绩，上发至教管中心邮箱，②教师写出了所教学

科试卷分析，③学生开展了试卷纠错比提高活动，教师进行

了复批，优秀试卷全班展评。④11月X日，学校召开了学生

表彰会，对期中考试中成绩突出的和进步幅度大的学生发放

了奖状及奖品，并合影留念，以示鼓励。

五、反思建议

有许多教师、同学在期中考试后，往往只是关注于考

试成绩而忽略了更为重要的考后反思工作，我以为：无论考

试成绩优或劣，考试

后都要认真地进行总结，因为只有这样，师生才能找

到考好或是考得不好的原因。找到了问题的根结，在今后的

教、学中就会更有利于自己发挥优点，改正缺点，从而在之

后的考试中发挥出优异水平，所以说考后自我反省的意义一

点都不亚于考试本身。

期中考毕竟只是一次阶段性的诊断测试，不能将其结

果“夸大化”和“绝对化”，家长和老师应该帮助学生剖析期中

考试成败的原因。建议同学们，在期中考试后，向自己

提出三个问题：①名次、成绩跟以往相比是上升还是下滑？

②如果上升，是因为考试题目适合你（有些同学遇到比较难的

题目反而成绩会比较好，有些则反之），还是其他同学出现了

失误，还是自己的真实水平的确上升了？③如果在班级里的

名次下滑，问题又出在哪里?

针对这次的期中考试成绩以及近期的学习状态如此进

行反思，同学们就能从整体上把握住此次期中考试成败的关

键因素和自己所面临的处境，以及所要努力的方向了。

六、今后工作展望

1.加强教学质量的管理力度，进一步扭转教师的教育

观念。

2.教师的教学质量评价奖惩方案，还要进一步探索

并加以完善。

3.“提高课堂效率活动”应更广泛更有效些，这一活动

刚起步，今后要深入持久的开展下去。

4.教学的研究应更深入透彻些，使我们的教师真正

走进新课程、我们的教学更能适应新课程。针对毕业班当前

的实际情况，应采取一些行之有效的特别措施，如召开优生

会议，差生会议等，全面提

升毕业班成绩。

5.转差工作落到实处。争取我校更好的口碑。给学困

生“一份关爱”，给学困生“一个尺度”，给学困生“一股压力”,

给学困生“一次机会”，给学困生“一种迁移”，给学困生“一句

称赞“。学生没有绝对的好坏，他们是可以相互转化的，只要

20xx年x月x日，学校进行了期中考试。此次考试试

题由联校统一制卷。全校师生对此次考试都极为重视，学校

握生字词语等基础知识方面，完成的还是比较好的。短文阅

读方面，学生们相对还是一个能力的弱项，需要教师在平时

的语文课中，有针对性的进行指导和训练。经语文组共同探

讨决定今后充分利用学校图书馆资源，发动学生积累优美的

词语，精彩的语段来提高学生的阅读量及写作能力。学完课

文后要让学生写读后体会，上好语文课扩大知识量。数学学

科内容相对比较全面，从基础知识、思维训练和解决实际问

题等方面对学生进行的考查。思维训练方面题目的考查，如

填空、选择，不单单看学生对基础知识的掌握，还要看学生

灵活应用知识的情况如何。没有得高分的许多学生还是在这

个方面失分比较多。学生在计算、口算和简算知识方面的方

法掌握比较好，大多数学生都能够过关，但不少学生在计算

方面粗心大意，失分较多，存在问题，所以数学组共同研究

今后每天布置十道计算题以提高学生的计算能力。

二、利用考试结果组织召开全校家长会，有各班主任

和任课老师组织，也是对学生家长

的一次教学成果反馈会，对半学期以来的教学成果作

以鉴定，制定以后的教学目标。在4月x日全校召开了家长

会，到会家长达95%,没有到会的家长表示会抽时间和教师

进行沟通，在家长会中，气氛热烈，家长提出了各自的观点,

并对学校和教师提出自己的期望，并留下宝贵的意见，并愿

意配合教师使学生的成绩更上一层楼。

三、召开期中考试工作大会。对本次考试中涌现出的

学生进行表彰奖励。对本学期前一

阶段做工作小结，并宣布了期中考试优秀进步的同学

名单。以及在行为习惯各方面表现突出进步的同学名单，为

获奖学生颁发荣誉称号。希望其他同学以这些同学为榜样，
