ApplicationsforEECtype-approvalinrespectofluggageracks,skiracksorradioreceivingortransmittingaerialsconsideredtobeseparatetechnicalunitswithinthemeaningofArticle9aofDirective70/156/EECshallbesubmittedbythevehiclemanufacturerorthemanufactureroftheaforementionedseparatetechnicalunits,orbytheirauthorizedrepresentative.3.2.2.Foreverytypeofanyoneofthedevicesreferredtoinitem3.2.1above,theapplicationshallbeaccompaniedbythefollowing:3.2.2.1.triplicatecopiesofdocumentsspecifyingthetechnicalcharacteristicsoftheseparatetechnicalunitandtheassemblyinstructionstobesuppliedwitheveryseparatetechnicalunitsold;共48页第13页1975L0483——2004年5月1M12.8车身外表面凸出物零件尺寸是指根据附件II第2项中规定方法测定之尺寸。2.9车身板件标定线是指按附件II第2.2项之方法，用球体对车身某一板件表面测量时，通过最初和最后位置的两球心的连线。3.申请欧共体型式认证3.1与车辆外部凸出物有关的车辆外型的欧共体型式认证申请3.1.1与车辆外部凸出物有关的车辆外型欧共体型式认证申请应由汽车制造商或其授权代表提出。3.1.2提出申请的同时应提交一式三份的以下文件：3.1.2.1在30°、45°及垂直正中面拍摄的汽车正面、后面及侧面照片。3.1.2.2汽车保险杠图纸。3.1.2.3适当提供某些外部凸出物的图纸，必要时提供6.9.1项中提到的外表面某些部分的图纸。3.1.3需向负责型式认证的技术部门提交待认证车型的样品。如技术部门需要，需提交指定的零件或材料样品。3.2与被认为是单独技术设备的行李架、雪橇架或无线电收发天线有关的车辆外型欧共体型式认证申请3.2.1与在70/156/EEC指令第9a条含义中被认为是单独技术设备的行李架、雪橇架或无线电收发天线有关的车辆外型欧共体型式认证的申请，应由汽车制造商或无线电收发天线制造商或其授权代表提交。3.2.2对于3.2.1项中提到的任何设施，其申请需同时提供以下文件：3.2.2.1与所出售的每台单独的技术设备一起提供的技术特征及组装说明，一式三份；共48页第14页1974L0483—N—1.5.2004—005M13.2.2.2.aspecimenofthetypeofseparatetechnicalunit.Shouldtheresponsibleauthorityconsideritnecessary,itmayrequestafurtherspecimen.ThespecimensshallbeclearlyandindeliblyinscribedwiththemarkspecifiedinArticle9a(3)ofDirective70/156/EEC.Asfarasluggageracksandskiracksareconcerned,provisionshallbemadeforthesubsequentcompulsorydisplayoftheEECtype-approvalnumber.Thetype-approvalnumbershallbeprecededbytheinternationalregistrationletter(s)ofthecountrygrantingsuchapproval►A1(1).◄4.
