ove.Thefront,whichcaneasilybeprotected,isyinwhiletheexposedbackisyang.Theinternalorgans,whichareenclosedandprotected,areyinrelativetothesurfaceofskinandmusclewhichareyang.Inaddition,theinternalorganscanbefurtherdifferentiatedinto

(yang),whicharethe"hollow"organsthatareinvolvedwithdigestionandelimination,andzang

(yin)whichareinvolvedinassimilationandstorage.Each
