abighousewhenshelivedinthatsmallhouse.当她住在那所小房子里的时候经常梦想着能拥有一所大房子。2.Ioftensangwithmyhairbrushasmymicrophone.我经常会用我的梳子当作麦克风来演唱。3.teachoneselflearnbyoneselfstudybyoneself自学ItaughtmyselfEnglishwhenIwasinthecountrymanyyearsago.很多年前当我在农村的时候我自学英语。—Whotaughtyoutoswim?谁教你游泳的?—Nobody.Ilearneditbymyself.没人教我。我自学的。4.MaybeI’mnotgoodenoughtobeasinger.也许我唱得没那么好,成不了一名歌手。enough可作形容词、副词、代词等,总结如下:Hewalksslowlyenough.他走得够慢了。Thisreportisdifficultenoughtowrite.这篇报告够难写的了。⑴enough作副词,可以修饰形容词或副词,但必须后置。⑵enough作代词,既可代表可数名词,也可代表不可数名词。—Doyouneedmorechairs?你们还要椅子吗?—No.Ithinkthereareenough.不要了,我想够用了。⑶enough作形容词作定语时,可修饰复数可数名词或不可数名词,常常放在被修饰的名词前(也可放在名词后)Thereareenoughseatsforthemall.有足够的座位让他们都坐下。Ihaveenoughtime(timeenough)tofinishthework.我有足够的时间来完成这项工作。5.Yourvoicesoundsbeautiful.你的嗓音听起来很美。noise,sound,voice的区别noise指较大的声音,噪音sound可以指任何声音voice指人的嗓音Therewastoomuchnoiseinthehouse.屋子里太吵闹。Shewentandturnedthesounddown.她走过去把音量调小了。Shesaidtomeinalowvoice.她低声跟我说话。sound作系动词,表示“听起来”,后接形容词,构成系表结构,表示一种状态,常用的系动词还有look,smell,taste,feel等。Shelookshappy.她看起来很高兴。Itsmellsterrible.它闻起来很难闻。Cottonfeelssoft.棉花摸起来很柔软。6.Believeinyourself.相信你自己。believein相信,信任;信仰Wedonotbelieveinghosts.我们不信鬼神。Doyoubelievehisreports?你相信他的报告吗?believe表示“相信”Icouldhardlybelievemyeyes.我几乎不相信自己的眼睛。believe表示“相信”试比较下列两个句子的不同涵义:Ibelievehim.(=Ibelievewhathesays.)我相信他(的话)。Ibelieveinhim.(=Itrusthim.)我相信他是一个可以信得过的人。(即:我信任他)7.Ifeltmyheartbeatingsofast!我感觉我心脏跳得很快。feelsb.doingsth.强调过程feelsb.dosth.强调结果beating做heart的宾语补足语,doing做宾语补足语表示动作正在发生。感官动词hear,listento,watch,notice,see等词也可以这样用。IsawhercryingwhenIopenedthedoor.当我打开门的时候,看见她正在哭。Canyouhearthebirdsinging?你能听到小鸟在唱歌吗?Listentothepassageandtickthecorrectanswers.LiYunlikedtoplay____whenshewasyoung.onthebeachinthehills2.LiYunlikedto____thebirds.singalongwithlistento3.LiYun’sdreamisto____.beasingerbecomeateacherMakesentencesusingthegiveninformation.ExampleA:Myteacherencouragedmetotakepartintheshow.Dr.Lin/XiaoFeng/joinaclubandmakenewfriends(advise…to)
