闭环控制是以实现稳流控制为目的。稳流控制是通过调节整流机组的饱和电抗器和有载开关使得在电解槽负荷增加、网压波动和产生阳极效应时能使设定值电流与测量值电流一致。

闭环控制按照现在的说法,一般分为大闭环控制和小闭环控制。(或者叫N+1控制,N是整流机组的数量(每台机组配置一个小闭环控制),1是大闭环控制总调PLC)

大闭环控制由总调PLC完成,综合所有整流机组的工艺条件和阳极工况以实现稳流控制,一般分为总调控制和分调控制。

小闭环控制一般为就地控制,调节饱和电抗器,平衡A、B柜直流输出,采集整流柜本体信号,以及整流柜的本体保护。西门子
