闭环控制是以实现稳流控制为目的。稳流控制是通过调节整流机组的饱和电抗器和有载开关使得在电解槽负荷增加、网压波动和产生阳极效应时能使设定值电流与测量值电流一致。
闭环控制按照现在的说法,一般分为大闭环控制和小闭环控制。(或者叫N+1控制,N是整流机组的数量(每台机组配置一个小闭环控制),1是大闭环控制总调PLC)
大闭环控制由总调PLC完成,综合所有整流机组的工艺条件和阳极工况以实现稳流控制,一般分为总调控制和分调控制。
小闭环控制一般为就地控制,调节饱和电抗器,平衡A、B柜直流输出,采集整流柜本体信号,以及整流柜的本体保护。西门子
PLC教程S7-200/S7-300闭环控制从工业控制的角度可以理解为连续控制和逻辑控制。
连续控制是对饱和电抗器的控制(包括控制绕组和偏移绕组),为4-20mA电流信号或1-5V电压信号输出,由PID调节器实现(比例积分微分控制)。
逻辑控制是综合判断在连续控制调节饱和电抗器无法满足稳流控制要求时,如何升降有载开关。同时包括档位闭锁控制、最大需量控制、恒安时控制、切除机组控制、开启机组控制等。PID调节器—设定值反馈值输出1.
