鉴于甲方需购买乙方生产的原木，为双方的合作与利益，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》的相关规定，甲乙双方经友好协商，就原木的供应和购买事宜达成以下合同：

第一条合同目的

1.1乙方同意向甲方供应原木，并由甲方购买。

第二条原木规格

2.1乙方将按照甲方提供的要求，供应以下原木规格：

2.2甲方保证所提供的原木规格是真实准确的。

第三条质量标准

第五条货物交付

5.3在运输过程中，如发生损坏、丢失或其他问题，责任由损坏或丢失责任方承担。

第六条违约责任

6.1如因乙方原因导致无法按照合同约定交付原木，乙方应向甲方承担违约责任，并支付相应的违约金。

第七条其他事项

7.1本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效，至双方履行完毕各自在合同中规定的义务为止。

第八条合同的解除和终止

-经双方协商一致；

第九条争议解决
