AccordingtotherequirementsofDocumentJIANBIAO〔2013〕No.169issuedbyTheMinistryof

HousingandUrban-RuralDevelopment(MOHURD)-"NoticeonPrintingandDistributingthe

DevelopmentandRevisionPlanofNationalEngineeringConstructionStandardsin2014",thiscodeis

revisedbytheTianjinCementIndustryDesignandResearchInstituteCo.,Ltdandtherelevantunits.

Duringtherevisionprocessofthiscode,thepreparationteamhasgonethroughextensiveinvestigation

andresearch,conscientiouslysummarizedpracticalexperiences,aswellasreferredtorelevantdomesticand

internationaladvancedstandards.Onthebasisofextensivecomments,thecodewasfinallysubmittedtothe

MOHURDforexaminationandfinalization.

Thiscodeconsistsof7chapters,covering:Generalprovisions,EnergysavingofgeneralLayoutand

building,Energysavingofprocessdesign,Energysavingofpowersystem,Energysavingofmine

engineering,Energysavingofutilities,andEnergymetering.

Therehavebeensomesignificantchangesinthisnationalstandardinthefollowingaspects:

1.AddedEnglishContents.专用

2.Deletedthe"Terms".

3.Modifiedtheenergyconsumptiondesignindex.

4.Increasedtheconceptof"Energyconservationforwasteco-processingsystemofcementkilns".

helpstoutilizeenergyefficientlyandrationally.

ofcementplant.

Theselectedequipmentshallbeenergysavingproductorwater-savingproduct.

Inadditiontotherequirementsstipulatedinthisstandard,theenergyconservationdesignofcement

2.1GeneralLayout

2.1.1

Inadditiontomeetingtherequirementsofprocessflow,thegenerallayoutshallbewithreasonable

useoftopography,cleardivisionandcompactarrangement.

2.1.2

Theclinkerproductionlineshouldbesetnearbythelimestonemine.Thecementgrindinglineshall

beclosetotheproductmarketandthesourceofadditivematerial,andshallbelocatedoutsidetheblasting

securityline.

2.2Building

2.2.1

Buildingsofthecementplantshallbeclassifiedaccordingtotheirpurposes,functionsandenergy-

savingrequirements,andshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Intheplant,theOfficeBuilding,CentralControlRoom,Laboratory,individualofficesfor

workshops,ComplexBuildingandpublicbuildingssuchastheDiningRoom,BathHouseandGuardRoom

shallbeclassifiedasClassA.专用

Intheplant,theresidentialbuildingssuchasthestaffdormitoryshallbeclassifiedasClassB.

Productionbuildingswithheatingorairconditioning,andauxiliarybuildingswithlowtemperature

heatingsuchasindividualsubstations,WaterPumpingStation,WaterTreatmentRoom,CompressedAir

Station,Garage,ServiceShopetc.,shallbeclassifiedasClassC.

AuxiliaryindustrialbuildingsrequiringheatingorairconditioningsuchasDutyRoom,Checkout

Room,ControlRoominsidetheworkshopswithoutheatingorairconditioningshallbeclassifiedasclassD.

2.2.2

TheopensizeofexternalwindowsofClassCandDbuildingsofacementplantlocatedinnon-

heatingregionsshouldbeenlargedfornaturalventilation.Mechanicalventilationfacilitiesshallbeinstalled

ifopenablecasementscannotbeadopted.

2.2.3

AporchorothermeasuresshallbeadoptedforClassCbuildingsinseverecoldregionssoasto

preventcoldair.

2.2.4

ExternalwindowsofClassCandDbuildingsinseverecoldandcoldregionsmaybeselected

accordingtothosespecifiedinTable2.2.4.TheAirpermeabilitylevelofexternalwindowsshallnotbe

adoptedatthesametime.Theexteriorsurfaceofpartitionwallsoftheroomswithheatinginsidethenon-

heatingworkshopsshalladoptexteriorthermalinsulationmeasuresforexternalwalls.

3.3ClinkerBurningSystem

3.3.1Withoutco-processingincementkilnorby-pass,theenergyconsumptionindexesofkiln

burningsystemshallbeinaccordancewiththosespecifiedinTable3.3.1.
