BIM技术在工程项目成本核算中的应用研究AbstractBuildingInformationModeling(BIM)technologyisincreasinglyadoptedintheconstructionindustryasitprovidesefficienttoolsforthedesign,construction,andmanagementofbuildings.TheintegrationofBIMtechnologyincostaccountingprocesseshasbeengainingattentionduetoitspotentialtoreduceconstructioncosts,improveprojectdeliverytime,andenhanceriskmanagement.ThisresearchpaperaimstoinvestigatetheapplicationofBIMtechnologyincostestimatingandcostmanagementinconstructionprojects.ItprovidesareviewofthetheoreticalbackgroundofBIMtechnologyanditspotentialbenefitsincostaccounting.TheresearchalsopresentscasestudiesofBIMapplicationsincostestimatingandcostmanagement,highlightingtheadvantagesandchallengesofusingBIMtechnologyintheseprocesses.ThepaperconcludeswithadiscussionofthechallengesandopportunitiesofusingBIMtechnologyincostaccountingandsuggestsareasforfutureresearch.Keywords:BuildingInformationModeling,BIM,costestimating,costmanagement,constructionprojects.IntroductionTheconstructionindustryisoneofthemostcriticalsectorsoftheglobaleconomy,accountingforasignificantproportionofthegrossdomesticproduct(GDP).However,theconstructionindustryisalsoknownforitslowproductivity,inefficiencies,andhighcosts.Costmanagementisanessentialaspectofconstructionprojectsasitaffectsprojectdeliverytime,constructionquality,andprofitability.Costaccountinginvolvesseveralprocesses,includingcostestimating,costcontrol,andcostmonitoring,whichrequireaccurateandreliabledata.Traditionalcostaccountingmethodsaremanualandinvolvealotofpaperwork,whichispronetoerrorsanddelays.TheintegrationofBIMtechnologyincostaccountingprocesseshasbeengainingattentionduetoitspotentialtoimproveaccuracy,efficiency,andproductivity.BuildingInformationModeling(BIM)isadigitalrepresentationofabuilding'sphysicalandfunctionalcharacteristicsthatprovidesavirtualplatformforcollaborationamongthedifferentstakeholdersinaconstructionproject.BIMtechnologyprovidessignificantbenefitsincostaccounting,includingimprovedaccuracy,efficiency,accessibility,andvisualization.TheoreticalBackgroundBIMtechnologyhasbeendefinedindifferentwaysbyvariousscholars.AccordingtoSuccar(2009),BIMisadigitalmodelthatrepresentsandmanagesallthephysicalandfunctionalcharacteristicsofabuilding.TheBIMmodelcanbeusedthroughouttheprojectlifecycle,fromdesigntoconstruction,andmaintenance.TheBIMmodelisanintelligent,data-rich,and3Dmodelthatenablestheintegration,sharing,andmanipulationofdataamongthedifferentstakeholdersinaconstructionproject.BIMtechnologyprovidesavirtualplatformforcollaborationamongthearchitects,engineers,contractors,subcontractors,andotherstakeholdersinvolvedinaconstructionproject.BIMtechnologyprovidesseveralbenefitsincostaccounting,includingimprovedaccuracy,efficiency,accessibility,andvisualization.BIMtechnologyenablesthegenerationofmoreaccuratecostestimatesbyprovidinga3Dmodelthatincludesallthephysicalandfunctionalcharacteristicsofthebuilding.BIMtechnologyalsoprovidestoolsforcostmanagement,includingcostcontrolandcostmonitoring,whicharecriticalaspectsofprojectmanagement.BIMtechnologyfacilitatestheexchangeofinformationamongthedifferentstakeholdersinaconstructionproject,enablingbettercommunicationandcollaboration.CaseStudiesBIMtechnologyhasbeenwidelyadoptedintheconstructionindustryforvariousapplications,includingcostestimatingandcostmanagement.ThefollowingcasestudiesillustratetheapplicationofBIMtechnologyincostestimatingandcostmanagement.CaseStudy1:TheuseofBIMtechnologyincostestimatingTheuseofBIMtechnologyincostestimatinghasbeenshowntoimproveaccuracy,efficiency,andproductivity.BIMtechnologyenablesthegenerationofmoreaccuratecostestimatesbyprovidinga3Dmodelthatincludesallthephysicalandfunctionalcharacteristicsofthebuilding.TheuseofBIMtechnologyalsofacilitatestheintegrationofcostdatawithotherprojectdata,enablingmoreaccurateandtimelycostestimates.CaseStudy2:TheuseofBIMtechnologyincostmanagementTheuseofBIMtechnologyincostmanagementhasbeenshowntoimproveaccuracy,efficiency,andproductivity.BIMtechnologyprovidestoolsforcostcontrolandcostmonitoring,whicharecriticalaspectsofprojectmanagement.BIMtechnologyenablestheintegrationofcostdatawithotherprojectdata,enablingbettercommunicationandcollaborationamongthedifferentstakeholders.BIMtechnologyalsoenablesreal-timemonitoringofprojectcosts,enablingearlydetectionofcostoverrunsandbetterriskmanagement.AdvantagesandChallengesThemainadvantagesofusingBIMtechnologyincostaccountingincludeimprovedaccuracy,efficiency,accessibility,andvisualization.TheintegrationofBIMtechnologyincostaccountingprocessesenablesthegenerationofmoreaccuratecostestimates,bettercostcontrol,andcostmonitoring.BIMtechnologyalsoimprovescommunicationandcollaborationamongthedifferentstakeholdersinaconstructionproject.ThemainchallengesofusingBIMtechnologyincostaccountingincludethehighcostofsoftwareandhardware,theneedforspecializedtraining,andthelackofstandardization.BIMtechnologyrequiresspecializedsoftwareandhardware,whichcanbeexpensive.BIMtechnologyalsorequiresspecializedtraining,whichcanbetime-consumingandcostly.The
