LDRSpinehasimplementedandmaintainsaqualitysystem.Thesystemshallbemaintainedanditseffectivenessmonitored

inaccordaneewiththe ' Regulations

'StandardsLDR.Spinehas:

Identifiedtheprocessesneededforthequalitysystemandtheirapplicationthroughouttheorganization

Determinedthesequeneeandinteractionoftheseprocesses

Determinedcriteria andmethodsneededtoen surethat boththe operationandcontrol ofthese processesareeffective

Ensuredtheavailability ofresourcesandinformation necessary tosupporttheoperationandmonitori ngofthese

820.20Managementresponsibility

Qualitypolicy

ThequalitypolicyisthedefiningstatementofthecommitmenttoLDRSpine(includingmanagementwithexecutiveresponsibility)tomeetitscustomerrequirementsandtocomplywithallregulatoryrequirements.LDRSpinehasestablishedthefollowingqualitypolicy:

LDRSpineshallprovidesafeandeffectivedevicesthatimprovethequalityofspinecareandmeetcustomer®ulatoryrequirements

Managementwithexecutiveresponsibilityshallensurethatthequalitypolicyisunderstood,implemented,andmaintainedatalllevelsoftheorganization.

Organization

LDRSpinehasestablishedandmaintainsanadequateorganizationstructuretoensurethatdevicesaredesig

ned,produced,accepted,anddistributedinaccordaneewiththeregulatoryrequirements.
