2.2现场概况正在进行桩基工程施工。2.3施工目标2.3.1工期目标开工日期为9月20日(暂定日期),编制的总进度计划可根据暂定日期与实际开工日期相差天数相应的调整。地下室结构在2月6日完成;裙房主体结构4月7日;主楼主体结构6月5日;裙房二次结构5月11日完成;主楼二次结构7月8日完成;整体工程竣工9月19日。2.3.2质量目标达到《工程施工质量验收规范》合格标准2.3.3安全文明施工目标施工现场安全文明施工符合”安全文明工地”;2.4工程的重点及难点本工程施工重点及难点为(1)基坑开挖支护,地下室开挖最深处-8.7m。具体施工质量控制详见专项施工方案。(2)地下室底板混凝土施工质量控制。地下室及主楼部分地下室承台厚度分别为0.8m、1m、1.4m等几种,底板厚度0.4m,0.45m,为大致积混凝土施工。(3)现场施工场地有限,施工现场组织协调难度大。(4)地下室施工工序多,制约因素多,工期紧,组织难度大。(5)各专业穿插施工较多,界面复杂,专业之间制约因素多,总承包管理难度大。
第三章施工组织机构与施工部署3.1施工组织管理机构本工程将按照国际工程施工惯例实施项目法施工,实行项目经理负责制,项目经理部由资深工程师组成,全面负责本工程的施工、技术、质量、安全、核算的管理工作。行使计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制、监督六项基本职能。项目部将本着科学管理、优质高速、开拓敬业的原则,以塑造精品、争创优质工程为目标,发挥企业集团优势,对工程施工进行综合的管理、组织、协调和控制,确保本工程实现一流的承包管理、一流的文明施工、一流的工程质量和一流的施工速度。我公司有大量熟练的专业施工技术工人作为施工作业层,能够熟练地施工大型、复杂的公共及民用建筑。经过管理层和作业层的精心挑选和合理组建,确保本工程的工期、质量、成本、安全生产、文明施工五项控制目标和各项经济技术指标得以实现。3.1.1项目组织机构设置图

3.3.4施工段划分及施工安排根据设计图纸结构的特点及各部分工程量的大小,以建筑物间的伸缩缝或后浇带进行施工段的划分,地下室结构施工阶段以后浇带划分三个施工段,两个施工组,其中A区,B区为一个施工班组,C区为一个施工班组;见下图主体结构施工段划分按主楼裙楼进行划分,进行流水施工。3.5分包单位组织及协调 对指定分包,我们将根据施工总进度的要求,协助业主提前筛选确定,签订分包合同并纳入总包管理之中,对指定分包的进度、质量、安全和文明施工提出明确要求,并监督实施。每周至少召开一次协调会,协商解决多专业之间施工交叉的有关问题。为保证分包施工的顺利进行,我们将提供方便和各类服务。3.4施工总平面布置3.4.1现场当前现状本工程正在进行桩基施工,周边施工围墙已围蔽。3.4.2施工总平面布置依据本工程施工总平面图布置依据上海申丝凯乐现代物流总部级管理中心工程施工招标有关要求及施工图纸,现场界线、水源、电源位置、周围道路情况以及现场勘察结果,总进度计划要求及资源需用量计划,总体施工部署,主要施工方案及安全文明施工和环境保护要求。3.4.3施工总平面说明施工总平面布置按照经济适用、合理方便的原则,在保证场内交通运输畅通和满足施工对材料要求的前提下,最大限度地减少场内二次运输;符合施工现场卫生及安全技术要求和防火规范、满足施工生产和文明施工的需要。工程能否顺利进行,在很大程度上取决于合理的施工总平面布置,保持、优化施工现场各施工机械设备的布局,保证施工现场道路的畅通将是至关重要的。由于整个施工场地狭窄,四周均存在临街道路和拟建的建筑物,我项目部经过研究对工地现场进行科学、合理地布置施工平面图,按照总体施工部署,结合现场条件,整个施工过程分为三个施工阶段。具体详见基础结构施工阶段施工总平面布置图、主体结构施工阶段施工总平面布置图及装修阶段施工总平面布置图。对总平面管理首先建立总平面管理责任制,绘制施工平面分段图,具体责任到人;其次严格施工平面和道路交通管理,各种作业场地、机具、材料都按划定的区域和地点操作或堆放,车辆进场路线也要规划安排,避免混乱。基础结构施工时布置一台施工塔吊。二次砌筑时设置两台施工电梯,并根据进度需要,随时配置搅拌机。由于现场场地狭窄,在施工现场只布置管理人员办公室,管理人员及工人无生活区布置场地,根据业主指定位置进行搭设。3.4.4施工平面布置管理(1)管理原则根据施工总平面布置及各阶段布置,以充分保障阶段性施工重点,保证进度计划的顺利实施为目的。在工程实施前,制订详细的大型机具使用及进退场计划,主材及周转材料生产、加工、堆放、运输计划,同时制订以上计划的具体实施方案,严格执行、奖惩分明,实施科学文明管理。(2)平面管理体系由项目经理部工程部负责施工现场总平面的使用管理,由项目执行经理统一协调指挥。建立健全调度制度,根据工程进度及施工需要对总平面的使用进行协调和管理,并由工程部对总平面的使用负责日常管理工作。(3)管理计划的制定施工平面科学管理的关键是科学的规划和周密详细的具体计划,在工程进度网络计划的基础上形成主材、机械、劳动力的进退场、垂直运输等计划,以确保工程进度,充分均衡利用平面空间为目标,制订出切合实际的平面管理实施计划。并将计划输入微机电脑,进行有效的动态管理。(4)管理计划的实施根据工程进度计划的实施调整情况,分阶段发布平面管理实施计划,包含时间计划表、责任人、执行标准、奖罚条例,在计划执行中不定期召开生产调度会,经充分协调确定后,发布计划调整书。工程部负责组织阶段性的定期检查监督,确保平面管理计划的实施。其重点保证项目是:安全用电、场区内外环卫场区道路,给排水系统,垂直运输、料具堆放场地管理调整,机具、机械进退场情况,以及施工作业区域管理等。3.4.5施工总平面附图1.施工总平面布置图施工平面布置图三维视图
施工平面布置图俯视图2.临时道路布置场内的临时道路主要用于场内运输和规划车路线设置主干道,同时按照工程施工需要敷设临时施工便道。场内道路布设为南侧和东侧为5m,西侧和北侧因场地限制,布设为4m;路基为300mm厚毛石,100mm碎石上铺设200mm厚C20混凝土,临时道路剖面图如下图所示:3.现场临时水电水平布置1)现场临时水管采用φ65的PE管,布置在排水沟外侧,每隔约100m设置一个室外消防栓,每隔约50m设置一个临时用水接驳点。2)从业主提供的现场变压器就近接总配电箱,分配电箱沿临时道路放置,临时配电主要用于现场机械施工,现场临时照明,水泵等用电。3)临时水电水平布置图见总平布置图4.现场临时用水竖向布置给水总管设置规格为DN65,每层接出DN20支管,分别用于施工用水和楼层厕所冲洗用水。给水泵采用±0.000层手动控制,给水泵在正常运行时由设置在水箱内的电接点液位器或浮球阀自动控制;临时施工用水竖向布置见下图:现场施工用水竖向布置图5.现场临时用电竖向布置1)主楼和裙房楼由0#电箱接出4-5个一级配电箱,再由一级配电箱分出4-5路至每个楼层的二级配电箱2)为了防止施工工地上电缆损坏,所有主干线电缆均采用钢带或钢丝铠装电缆。3)垂直敷设的临时主干线每隔2米做一个固定支架固定敷设电缆;临时施工用电竖向布置见下图:现场临时用电竖向布置图6.材料临时堆场及集中加工场现场沿建筑物北侧设置钢筋堆场及模板堆场,钢筋堆场为20m*15m,模板堆场为30m*10m。材料堆场采用C15混凝土硬化。7.现场办公室现场办公室沿西侧围墙边布置,办公室采用两层彩钢板房,不燃和阻燃的碳素钢材料。办公室功能划分:业主及监理办公室5间,技术质量部、施工管理部、商务合约部、物资设备部、安全管理部以及会议室,配有空调及适当照明。
第四章施工准备4.1施工准备概述施工准备是工程建设的重要保证,也是施工过程中的一个重要环节和阶段。施工准备工作是为创造有利的施工条件,保证施工项目目标实现而进行的从技术上、组织上和人力、物力、财力的准备,必须根据工程特点、施工条件要求全面考虑,保证开工和施工活动的顺利进行。工程开工前所进行的一系列施工准备工作主要包括:外部环境方面的施工现场规划、人员、机械、物资调配,办理与桩基施工单位的交接手续。内部环境方面的技术准备、施工计划准备、施工劳动力准备、主要物资材料计划,以及临时设施施工准备等工作。工程开工前,由项目总工组织项目经理部有关技术人员认真熟悉图纸,参加由建设单位组织召开的设计交底、图纸会审和轴线桩交接、施工临时水电交接、施工现场勘察;根据施工现场的实际情况和建设单位的统一要求布置现场临时设施;施工技术部门根据投标方案大纲编制实施性的施工组织设计和分项工程施工方案并向施工工长和专业施工队进行技术交底和岗前培训,同时按照施工总进度计划的总体安排编制材料进场计划、设备进场计划、人员进场计划。上海申丝凯乐现代物流总部级管理中心工程施工准备工作内容一览表序号工作内容执行人员1图纸学习、会审、技术交底、编制施工组织设计工程师、技术员2基础、主体、装饰工程施工预算预算员3根据交接的基准点进行施工放线测量员4施工图纸翻样、报材料计划各专业施工员5临建搭设钢筋车间、水泥库房、试验室各专业施工员发电机房、木工车间施工员、电工班长生活用房、临时围墙各专业施工员道路和绿化各专业施工员6施工供电施工现场以外电源电工班长施工现场以内电源电工班长7施工供水管网铺设施工员、水工班长8木工机械、钢筋加工机械安装施工员、机械队长9塔吊安装钢筋混凝土基础施工专业施工员塔吊安装、验收机械队队长10砂浆搅拌机安装机械队队长11劳动力进场教育安全员、项目总工、各工长12上报开工报告项目经理4.2现场交接准备进入现场后,即着手对现场情况进行交接。对现场的平面控制网点进入交接,并根据需要进行导线点加密;对已完的基础桩基工程轴线、标高与设计要求是否相符进行复验,并办理相应的手续;对现场的水源、电源及排水设施进入踏勘、交接。进场后,搞好施工平面布置,注意排水与消防工作,根据现场实际情况,布置塔吊、及现场办公室以利施工;规划好料具堆放和加工场地,实行部分场地硬地化,做好文明施工。4.3技术准备(1)熟悉和审查施工图纸。由项目总工程师组织项目经理部技术人员尽快熟悉图纸,提出图纸问题及在施工中所要解决的问题和合理化建议等,进行图纸会审。(2)修改和完善施工组织设计。按设计图纸要求,根据工程特点结合地质构造、现场环境和本标段工程具体情况,进一步修改和完善已编制好的施工组织设计,确保工程好、快、省、安全地完成。(3)制定各分项工程专项施工方案1、混凝土工程施工方案:根据现场实际情况和招标文件规定,采用商品混凝土进行浇注,浇筑采用泵送工艺。由于墙柱混凝土强度等级与梁板不一致,施工时将分别浇筑,即先浇柱墙砼,再绑扎梁板钢筋和浇筑梁板砼。2、模板工程方案:模板将主要使用九夹板、木龙骨、外钢管龙骨,支撑主要采用扣件式钢管。3、钢筋工程方案:钢筋水平接头采用闪光对接焊、竖向用电渣压力焊和绑扎搭接4、垂直运输和脚手架方案:垂直运输采用1台塔吊和2台人货两用电梯,脚手架用双排扣件钢管脚手架,一到五层采用落地式脚手架,从第六层开始使用悬挑式脚手架,每四层悬挑一次,悬挑高度18m。(4)编制施工图预算和施工预算。由项目部预算人员根据施工图纸所确定的工程量、施工组织设计拟定的施工方法和进度计划、建筑工程预算定额和有关费用定额,进行施工图预算的编制。向材料部门提供详细的材料计划,并作好劳动力、材料及机械台班需用量分析。(5)进行施工技术交底。工程开工前由项目总工组织施工人员、质安人员、班组长进行交底,针对施工的关键部位、施工难点、质量和安全要求、操作要点及注意事项等进行全面的交底,各个班组长接受交底后组织操作工人认真学习,并要求落实在各个施工环节之上。(6)资料准备:施工中严格按国家和行业现行质量检验评定标准和施工技术验收规范进行施工和检查,且遵照上海市质量监督站的有关规定,开工前准备好各种资料样表,施工中及时填写整理,分册保管,待工程竣工后装订成册。4.4试验准备选定建设单位指定的并经上海市建委认证的工程质量检测有限公司。建立现场小型试验室,配备相应的试验器材,按国家现行有关标准对各项器材设备进行安装、调试及检测。施工前提前做好砂浆级配(混凝土采用商品混凝土),组织各种进场材料的检验及钢筋焊接试验工作,准备好各种砼试模,各种测量工具提前送检报验。4.5劳动力准备人员调配主要是对劳动力的调配,即对其实施有效的监督和管理,作好有关劳动力的计划、决策、组织、指挥、监督、协调等项的工作,达到最有效、最合理组织劳动力,以确保工期、质量、安全目标的实现。(1)劳动力的选择进行劳动力的选择时应考虑以下因素:劳动力素质的优化性选择。由于本工程工期紧、劳动强度大,对操作人员的技术水平、熟练程度要求较高。为此,需要选用素质较高、有类似工程施工经验的劳动力,并经过现场短期的培训不断提高劳动力的综合素质。劳动力数量的优化性选择。根据工程的规模和施工技术特性,按比例配备一定数量的劳动力,以避免窝工,又不出现缺人现象,使得现有劳动力得以充分利用。劳动力组织形式的优化性选择。建立适合于本工程特点的精干、高效的劳动力组织形式,本工程的劳动力组织形式拟采用结合项目两制实施的专业工种包清工形式,该种方式具有管理到位、人员调动灵活、降低管理费用等优点。根据本工程的特点结合我单位的实际情况,调遣具有较高施工技术水平和丰富施工经验的施工队,作为该工程的作业层,作业层包括钢筋施工队、模板施工队、混凝土施工队、瓦工施工队、防水施工队、装饰工程施工队(栏杆、涂料、外墙饰面砖)等。各专业施工队伍,根据施工进度与工程状况按计划、分阶段进退场,并保证人员的稳定和工程的顺利展开。根据本工程的施工合同内容规模与施工进度,劳务层的劳动力(土建)用量高峰期约为800人左右。按照施工合同文件施工进度计划的安排、月度工程量的大小、施工作业段的划分、工种的安排、工程质量的要求,本工程劳动力安排如下表:(2)保证劳动力及时供应的措施1、编制劳动力需用量计划施工前根据施工进度计划、施工阶段的划分、各个专业工种的需要,编制切实可行的劳动力需用量计划,并根据工程实际进展情况,由项目经理部负责对各施工队劳动力进退场时间、数量提出指导性计划并及时调整,避免劳动力资源的浪费。2、根据本工程分项工程的特殊要求,做好现场岗位技术培训,提高劳动者的操作技能,加强质量意识教育,组织学习国家有关规范、标准、规程、进行施工组织设计的总设计交底,使施工人员了解该工程的特点,以熟练规范的要求,高质量地完成额定任务,确保计划用量,满足施工生产需要。3、在本工程范围内根据施工进度的需要对各个施工队进行必要的调节,实行动态管理,使之合理流动,达到最佳劳动效率。4、制定合理可行的激励机制,充分调动广大职工的积极性、创造性,为工程成本的降低尽力。4.6施工机具准备4.6.1施工机械投入情况本工程基础施工期间投入1台ST5015型塔吊;主体施工期间按投入1台塔吊,同基础施工阶段;装修施工期间投入1台施工电梯。各种中小型机具根据工程具体情况和进度要求进行布置。具体详见基础施工阶段总平面布置图、主体结构施工阶段总平面布置图、二次结构及装修施工阶段总平面布置图。主要施工机械及检验、测量和试验设备详见下表中所示。4.6.2保证机械设备供应的措施(1)编制合理的机械设备供应计划,在时间、数量、性能方面满足施工生产的需要。合理安排各类机械设备在各个施工队(组)间和各个施工阶段在时间和空间上的合理搭配,以提高机械设备的使用效率及产出水平,从而提高设备的经济效益。(2)根据供应计划作好供应准备工作,编制大型机械设备运输、进场方案,保证按时、安全地组织进场。上海申丝凯乐现代物流总部级管理中心工程主要施工机械配备表序号设备名称型号规格数量国别产地制造日期用于施工部位备注1塔吊ST50151中国全场良好2三轴搅拌桩PAS-200VAR1中国基坑围护良好3垂直升降机Q6010中国外墙装饰,屋面施工良好4汽车吊QY-252徐州材料、设备倒运良好5汽车吊QY-502徐州材料、设备倒运良好6挖掘机CAT2006徐州土方施工良好7载重汽车JNJ508t12长春土方运输良好8水泵KXJ-8055兖州排水良好9电锯电刨MIBZ-904国产模板良好10钢筋调直机JT4-122天津钢筋良好11钢筋切断机GQ402沧州钢筋良好12钢筋弯曲机GW402天津钢筋良好13木工圆锯机MJ2252咸阳模板良好14交流电焊机NC5002沧州钢筋良好15插入式振捣棒ZN1.54安阳混凝土良好16磨光机1502浙江混凝土良好17蛙式打夯机HW-2010河北场地、地坪良好18砂轮切割机J35G2-400-1006河北安装良好19手枪式电钻GBM1012上海安装良好20电动套丝机7Q-1003河北安装良好21砂轮磨光机Z512-2A-100A4河北安装良好22冲击电锤Æ6~2510上海安装良好23空压机WW-0.9/7型1北京钢筋模板良好24电空压机ZV-0.5/10-A1山东钢筋模板良好25直流电焊机ZX-4005南京钢筋良好26砂轮切割机Ф4005北京机电良好27CO2焊机500A1北京钢筋良好28手砂轮φ1005北京机电良好29手砂轮φ1505北京机电良好30切割锯Φ6002南京模板良好31砂轮锯J3G2-40025浙江模板良好32手电钻J22210浙江模板良好33电锤φ8-φ3/815浙江基础良好34稳压电源WD-2412北京全场良好35开孔器ZG-3X3212河北机电良好36对讲机MOTOROLA32北京全场良好主要检验、测量和试验设备配备表序号名称规格型号单位数量备注1全站仪TS-802N台2合格2水准仪DZS3-1台1合格3经纬仪DJD2台1合格3游标卡尺200mm,0.02mm只2合格4百分表10mm只1合格5焊缝检验尺0-60只4合格6钢板尺1000mm只3合格7直角尺500×250只6合格8钢卷尺50m只2合格9钢卷尺20m只1合格10钢卷尺5m只12合格11塞尺0.5-10mm只6合格12磁力线坠5m只6合格13压力表0-10Mpa块4合格13万用表U-201块1合格14接地摇表ZC-8块1合格15绝缘摇表1000V块1合格16转速表30-1200rpm块1合格4.7周转材料准备由于本工程前期主要施工项目为钢筋混凝土结构。为保证工期,我公司在主体结构施工时将采取流水的方法进行施工,土建工程周转工具较多,主要周转工具数量如下:覆膜九夹板8800m2,木方19000条,Φ48钢管300t,扣件16200套。4.8临时水电准备4.8.1临时用电根据施工程序安排,本工程主要用电负荷为基础及主体结构钢筋混凝土工程施工期间的各种机械设备以及钢筋加工和混凝土施工时的各种机具设备。装饰施工阶段的用电负荷相对结构施工要小,为此,本方案用电量计算主要依据基础及主体结构施工阶段进行施工用电负荷验算。(1)总用电量负荷计算施工区域各种机具设备用电量统计见一览表序号用电设备名称型号及铭牌技术数据数量设备覆盖区域总功率1塔吊ST5015,40KW,380V,Jc=15%(东侧,余同此)140B、C区2施工电梯SCD200/200,46kW,380V,cosφ=0.7146C区3砂浆搅拌机WJ350,7.5KW,380V,cosφ=0.83,η=0.8215A、B、C区4插入式振动器HZ-50,1.5KW,380V,csφ=0.85,η=0.8557.5A、B、C区5钢筋弯曲机GWB40,4KW,380V,cosφ=0.83,η=0.85416A、B、C区6钢筋切断机QJ40-1,5.5KW,380V,cosφ=0.82,η=0.85316.5A、B、C区7闪光对焊机DN125,125KW,380V,cosφ=0.87,JC=65%2250A、B、C区8交、
