本资料仅限于申辉焊接论坛发布、使用,禁止在其它网站发布本资料仅限于申辉焊接论坛发布、使用,禁止在其它网站发布#theprogressofwelding.Thematerialandtechnologyofindicationtemperatureshouldnotblightthebasematerial.5.6.4.3局部预热时,预热区域应伸出焊缝每侧至少25mm。Preheatareashouldspreadweldinglineoutatleast25mmeverysidewhenpartpreheat.5.6.5焊接:焊缝经由取得国家认可资质并经过技能测试合格的焊工施焊,具体工艺参照“WPS”焊接工艺指导书。Welding:Weldingmustbemadebythewelderwhoacquirednationalqualificationandpassskilltest.Thedetailsaboutprocedureshouldreferto“WPS”.5.6.5.1焊接位置只能在批准的焊接程序规范指定的位置进行焊接。WeldingshallbeperformedonlyinthepositionsspecifiedintheapprovedWPS.5.6.5.2施焊过程中应控制层间温度不超过规定的范围。当焊件需要预热时,焊件在整个焊接过程中应不低于预热温度。Theprocessofweldingshouldcontroltheinterpasstemperaturenottoexcesstherangeofprovsion.Itmustlowinpreheattemperaturealltheweldingprocesswhenweldmaterialneedtopreheat.5.6.5.3每条焊缝应尽可能一次焊接完。若焊接中断,在恢复焊接前应进行WPS中规定的预热。Exerteveryefforttoaccomplisheachweldinglineonetime.ItshouldpreheatbasisWPSqulifacationbeforeweldingifweldinginterrupt.5.6.5.4对P-No4、P-No5A的合金钢焊缝中间热处理应在焊后立即进行,若焊后立即进行热处理则可不做中间热处理。WeldofP-No4、P-No5Aalloysteelshouldintermediateheattreatmentimmediatelyafterwelding,itcannottointermediateheattreatmentifheattreatmentimmediatelyafterwelding.◊P-No4、P-No5A的合金钢焊缝在焊接完成后不能立刻进行PWHT,焊缝从焊接温度开始冷却前先进行中间热处理。厚度介于10mm--30mm,中间热处理将按如下执行。IffinalPWHTisnotcarriedoutimmediatelyaftercompletionofwelding,anintermediateheattreatmentshallbeperformedpriortoallowingtheweldtocoolfromweldingtemperature.Forthicknessbetween10and30mm,intermediateheattreatmentshallbeperformedasfollows.PlateThickness(mm)150°C(hr)200°C(hr)250°C(hr)300°C(hr)10-206321.520-3010753◊厚度超过30mm,焊缝在冷却到环境温度前先按600—620°C进行中间热处理,保温时间1hr/25mm以实际厚度为准。Forthicknessover30mm,anintermediateheattreatmentshallbeperformedat600-620°Cfor1hr/25mmofnominalthicknesspriortocoolingtoambienttemperature.焊后检验postweldinspection5.6.6.1焊工焊接过程和焊口完成之后都应对自己所焊的焊缝进行自检,消除层间缺陷及清理防碍检查的渣皮,飞溅物,接受焊接检查员的外观检查。DuringWeldingandpostweldingline,theweldersshouldself-inspectweldingcrackandeliminatedefectsamonglayersandcleanspatterstogetherwiththevisualinspectionofweldinginspector.5.6.6.2焊缝外观检查应按照ASMEB31.3,表K341.3.2规定的焊缝验收准则(附录2)。焊缝外表面在允许高度以及与母材连接方面都应是合格的。角焊缝的尺寸应如有关图纸所示的那样。假如是承插接头,则不能熔融承口的边缘。WeldingvisualinspectionshallconformtoweldingacceptancerulesasspecifiedinK341.3.2ofASMEB31.3(Attashment2).Weldexteriorwithintheallowedheightaswellastheaspectofconnectingwithbasematerialmustbeaccepted.Thedimensionoffilletweldingshallconformtodrawings.Itisotallowedtofusetheedgeofsocketifsocketjointsareused.焊缝完成之后,焊接检查员和施工班组应在探伤前在距焊缝边缘50mm处及时的标明焊缝编号和焊工代号,并由焊接检查员核对焊接位置,做好工作记录。Followingthecompletionofwelding,weldinginspectorandconstrucionteamshalltimelymarkweldNo.andwelderNo.Onthepointsthatanyfromtheedgeofweldswith50mm,priortoradiographictest,thentheinspectorshallcheckweldingpositionanddowelltherecords.焊后热处理Post-weldheattreatment(PWHT)5.6.7.1不同的管道级别持有不同的PWHT温度,同ASMEB31.3规定范围一致。PipeclasseshavingastatedrangeoftemperatureinthePWHTcolumnshallbeheattreatedinaccordancewithASMEB31.3atthestatedrange.◊管道级别为P-No1的碳钢管道,焊缝厚度>19mm,PWHT温度为593-649°C,分/mm。P-Number1carbonsteelPipeClassesannotatedwith"PWHT”shallbeheattreatedwhentheweldthickness>19at593-649°Cfor2.4minutes/mm.◊所有的P-No4的低合金钢管道(1.25Cr-0.5Mo)热处理温度704-746°C,2.4分/mm。AllP-Number4lowalloysteel(1.25Cr-0.5Mo)shallbeheattreatedat704-746°Cfor2.4minutes/mm.◊所有的P-No5A的低合金钢管道(2.25Cr-1Mo)热处理温度704-760°C,2.4分/mm。AllP-Number5Alowalloysteel(2.25Cr-1Mo)shallbeheattreatedat704-760°Cfor2.4minutes/mm.5.6.7.2提供焊后热处理操作的时间一温度图(焊后热处理图)Time-temperaturecharts(Postweldheattreatmentcharts)ofeachpostweldheat-treatingoperationshallbeprovide.5.6.7.3焊后热处理(PWHT)应按照承包商通用焊接标准及批准的适用焊接程序中的规范进行。焊接后热处理之后进行的修复焊缝需要重新进行焊后热处理,不得对焊缝进行两次以上的PWHT。Heattreatment(PWHT)shallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththecontractorsGeneralWeldingstandard,andwithintherangestatedontheapplicableapprovedWPS.WeldsrepairedafterPWHT.WeldsshallnotbePWHTmorethantwice.5.6.8焊缝的无损探伤:包括液体渗透、磁粉探伤、射线照相,检查的具体要求按图纸和规定要求。Non-destructivetestforwelding:includeliquidpenetranttest,magneticparticletest,rayradiographytest,thedetailsareasperdrawingsandstipulations.5.6.8.1抽查位置由我公司焊接质检员确定。Thespot-checkpositionshouldbedirectedbyourqualityinspector5.6.9返修:进行无损探伤的焊缝其不合格部位必须返修,返修后,按原规定进行检验。同一部位返修次数不能超过两次。Repair:therejectedpartsofweldsafterperformingNDTmustberepairedfollowingwhichtheinspectionshallbeinitiatedasperformerstipulation.Therepairingratesforthesamepartshouldnotexceedtwotimes.5.6.10复验:同前次检验相同。Re-inspection:thesametothelastinspection5.6.11最终检查:应符合本方案5.6.6相同。Finalinspection:itshouldinconformancewith5.6.6ofthisprogram工艺要求procedurerequirements5.7.1焊接时,应保证焊接区不受恶劣天气的影响,手工电弧焊风速不大于8米/秒,钨极氩弧焊不大于2米/秒,下雨等,应采取适当保护措施,例如搭棚、防潮等,如果不能搭棚、防潮得暂时停止焊接。ToassureweldingareapreventfromadverseweatherManualArcWeldingwindspeedcannotexceed8mm,Gastungstenarcweldingcannotbeyond2meter/minute.incaseofrain,theprecautionsmustbetaken,suchasbuildshed,dampproof.Theweldingmustbetemporarilysuspendedifcannotbuildshedanddampproof.5.7.2如果接头表面潮湿,要求通过加热喷灯、批准的溶剂、预热设备或其他设计批准的方法进行干燥。Ifthesurfaceofjointsishumid,dryingitasrequiredbyheatingblowtorch,approvedsolvent,pre-heatequipmentorotherapproveddesignapproaches.5.7.3焊接组对时,用点固焊及固定卡具焊接的焊缝,选用的焊接材料及工艺应与正式相同。Whilefittingup,theweldsthatusetackweldandfixedcliptoweldingchoosethesameweldingmaterialsaswellasprocedureastheformalone.5.7.4不得随意在焊件表面引弧,以避免电弧擦伤等缺陷。对于出现的电弧擦伤,应及时采用打磨、焊补等方法修补。必要时,可做一下渗透检查。Arcstrikesoutsideoftheweldarenotpermitted.Incaseofarcstrikesappear,itmustbeimmediatelygrindedrepaired,andthepenetrationtest,ifnecessary.6焊工管理weldermanagement焊工资格认证Welderqualification焊工资格认定测试应依据施工程序PR-8710-0000-0026执行。焊工通过承包商现场资格认证测试后,将指定给每个承包商焊工一个唯一的个人身份识别号(ID),用于标识焊工进行的所有焊接。WelderqualificationtestingwillbeconductedinaccordancewithconstructionprocedurePR-8710-0000-0026.Followingsuccessfulqualificationatthecontractorssitetestingfacility,eachcontractorwelderwillbeassignedauniquepersonalidentificationnumber(ID),whichshallbeusedtoidentifyallweldsmadebythewelder.焊接程序weldingprocedure-焊工应有责任知道对他分派的焊接作业所采用的程序。任何焊工不得采用未考核通过的焊接工艺。Itisthewelder’sresponsibilitytoknowtheproceduretobeusedonthewelder(s)heisassignedtomake.Nowelderispermittedtoweldwithaprocedureheisnotfullyqualifiedtouse.接头装配jointfit-up确保正确清洁接头并将其对准。如果由于任何原因而未正确装配接头,未经焊接工程师同意,不得进行焊接。Besurethatthejointtobeweldedisproperlycleanedandcorrectlyaligned.Ifanyreasonthejointisnotproperlyfit-up,donotattempttowelditwithoutpriorapprovalfromtheweldingengineer.焊工资格认证Welderqualification控制焊料的领取,确保将正确的焊料用于焊接指定的接头。损坏、潮湿或未经确认的焊料应立即返还给焊接工程师或工长。Disbursalofweldingfillermetalhasbeencontrolledtoassurethatthecorrectfillermetalwillbeusedtoweldanygivenjoint.Damaged,wet,orunidentifiedfillermetalshallbeimmediatelyreturnedtotheweldingengineerofforeman.预热温度和层间温度preheatandinterpasstemperature焊接程序规定最低预热温度和层间温度。焊工应有责任知道这些温度要求并确保遵循这些要求。Weldingprocedurespecifiespreheatminimumsandinterpasstempraturemaximums.Itisthewelder’sresponsibilitytoknowthesetemperaturerequirementsandassurethattheyarebeingfollowed.临时点焊tackwelding临时点焊应整洁有效。点焊应有足够距离以防止焊缝间距的闭合。应去除有缺陷的点焊并重新进行合格的点焊。Alltackweldingshallbedoneinaneatandeffectivemanner.Tackweldsshallbeofsufficientlengthtopreventclosingoftheweldspacing.Faultytackweldsshallberemovedandreplacedwithacceptabletackwelds.焊接完成(结束)weldout对每个连续焊层均应进行视觉缺陷检查。继续焊接之前,应去除发现的任何缺陷。应将母材再现的裂缝、分层及孔眼等缺陷情况报告给焊接工程师。Eachsuccessiveweldpassshallbecheckedforvisibledefects.Anydefectsnotedshallberemovedbeforecontinuingtheweld.Defectsappearinginthebasematerial,cracks,laminationsandholes,etc.shallbebroughttheattentionoftheweldingengineer.电弧损伤arcstrikes母材上焊接区的电弧损伤可能引起应力集中,从而导致材料失效。因此,严禁在焊接坡口外引燃电弧。电弧必须在焊接坡口内引燃。Arcstrikesonthebasemetaloutsidetheweldzonemaycausestressconcentrationswhichcouldresultinmaterialfailure,therefore,arcstrikesoutsideoftheweldgroovearenotpermitted.Thearcmustbestruckwithintheweldgroove.承插焊接socketwelds确保管道和承窝之间有适当的距离(1/16英寸1/18英寸间距)。承插接缝上至少要有两个焊层。第二层的起点应与第一层的起点或终点错开。Assurethatthecorrectspaceisusedbetweenthepipeendandsocketbase(1/16in,1/8-inchgap).Asaminimumtwopassesarerequiredonsocketjoints.Thestartingpointforthesecondpassshallbestaggeredfromthestartingorendingpointofthefirstpass.最终清洁finalcleaning焊工焊好焊缝之后,应将所有焊接作业,包括管道、支撑件、吊架、结构组件等上的焊渣彻底清除,并进行缺陷目视检查,如:表面气孔、咬边、余高不足或过高等。Allweldsincludingpipe,supports,hangers,structuralmembers,etc.shallbethoroughlycleanedofslagandvisuallycheckedfordefects,suchas:pinhole,undercut,insufficientorexcessivereinforcement,etc.beforeawelderleavesthejoint.焊工标识welderidentification每个焊工负责标记自己的作业不论是部分焊接还是完整焊接。作业完成之时,焊工应立即将指定的符号标记在焊接件上,现场焊接工程师将指导在何处以及如何标记焊接。Eachwelderisresponsibleformarkinghisworkwhetheritisapartialweldoracompleteweld.Markingshallbedoneimmediatelyuponcompletionoftheworkwiththeweldersassignedsymbol.Thefieldweldingengineerwilldirectwhereandhowtheweldsaremarked.7焊接消耗品控制weldingconsumablecontrol对于永久性工程所用之焊接消耗品,应根据程序要求进行采购、验收、贮存、烘干(焊条)、保存、发放、使用、未使用完材料的回收等控制手段。Theweldingconsumablecontrolusedforpermanentprojectshallusethecontrolmeansofprocuring,accepting,storing,drying(weldingrods),reserving,issuingandusingtogetherwithrecyclingasperprocedurerequirements.采购:/Procurement焊接消耗品的采购只可使用符合AWS/SFA标准,或WPS中说明的、经BSF批准的中国同类标准的焊接消耗品。ProcurementforWeldingconsumablesonlyweldingconsumablesconformingtotheAWS/SFAorBSFapprovedChineseequivalentclassificationshownontheWPSmaybeused.检查:/Inspection7.2.1焊接材料在烘干和/或使用之前的原始包装状况和标识Originalpackingandidentifiersforweldingmaterialsbeforedryingand/orusing7.2.2个人便携式保温筒符合规定的操作Satisfiedoperationforindividualpotableinsulationcanister7.2.3固定式烘干箱符合规定的操作和标定的有效期Satisfiedoperationforfixedoveranddeterminedeffectivedate7.2.4填充材料验收的有效期Effectivedateforacceptanceoffillingmaterials验收/Acceptance7.3.1焊接材料必须有产品质量证明书,并符合相应标准的规定,且满足图样的技术要求。Weldingmaterialsmustbeprovidedwithqualitycertificateofproductinaccordancewithrelativestandardandsatisfiedwithtechnicalrequirementsofdrawings.7.3.2焊材外部包装应完好,可见标签上要注明:制造商、批号、规格、牌号等。Theexteriorpackingofweldingmaterialsmustbeingoodconditionandgivenclearindicationofmanufacturer,batchnumber,specificationandtrademarkorlabels.7.3.3焊条的药皮应是紧密的,没有气孔、裂纹、肿胀和未调匀的药团,同时要牢固地贴在焊芯上,并且有一定的强度,药皮覆盖在焊芯上应同心。Coveredelectrodemustbetightwithoutporosity,crack,smell,andsmooth.Itmustbealsotightlyfixed.Onweldingcorewithintensityandkeepthesameconcentricwithweldingcore.贮存/storage7.4.1现场所有用于永久性工程的焊接消耗品应存放于受控制的、可上锁的库房(一焊材库)内。低氢、低合金及合金消耗品应存放于恒温室内。所有焊接消耗品在使用前,必须存储于制造商的原始包装内。At-siteallweldingconsumablesforpermanentworksaretobestoredinacontrolledlockablestore(rodstore).Lowhydrogen,lowalloy,andalloyconsumablesshallbestoredintemperaturecontrolledroom(s).Allweldconsumablesmustremainintheirmanufacturerspackaginguntilrequiredforthework.7.4.2所有焊料均应按照制造商的建议,储存。Asaminimumallweldingfillermetalsshallbestored,treated,inaccordancewiththemanufacturersrecommendations.7.4.3所有焊条使用之前,应按照制造商的说明打开包装并进行处理。Priortouse,allelectrodesshallbeunpackedandtreatedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer’sinstructions.7.4.4应始终将不同类别的焊料完全隔离存放,其中包括主仓库、现场带锁库房,以及烘箱和/或便携式可加热的焊条保温桶。Differentclassificationsoffillermetalsshallbetotallysegregatedatalltimes,thisincludesmainwarehouse,siterodstores,andbaking,holding,and/orportablewelderovens.7.4.5入库合格的焊接材料离墙300mm、离地面300mm、室内相对湿度不大于60%,室内温度应保持5°C以上。theacceptedtobestoredinwarehouseshouldawayfromthewallwith300mmandfromgroundwith300mm,therelativehumidityinsideoftheroomshouldbenotmorethan60%togetherwiththeminimumholdingtemperatureof5。7.4.6焊材上应贴有标签,标签上应注供应商、型号、牌号、规格、批号。Theweldingmaterialsmustbelabelledsupplier.TypeNo.,trademark,specificationandbatchNo.烘干和保存/Dryingandconservation7.5.1焊材在发给使用者之前,对焊材作如下处理:Priortoissueweldingmaterialstousers,itmustbetreatedasfollows:焊丝/Weldingwire对于钨极氩弧焊可按其原样使用,并去掉表面锈蚀和油污。ItcanbeusedasunvarnishedforGTAWandgotridofrustandsmeariness.药皮焊条/Coveredelectrode这类材料在使用前要进行烘干Suchkindofmateialmustbebearedheatcirculationpriortouse焊条的重复烘干次数不宜超过两次,宜采取用多少烘多少,随烘随用的原贝U。烘干后恒温时间不超过四小时,焊条在烘箱中叠起层数63.2mm不得超过五层,否则叠起太厚造成温度不均匀,局部过热而使药皮脱落。Dryingtimesforweldingrodsshouldnotexceedtwotimes,itshalltaketheprincipleofbakingwhileusing.Theconstanttemperaturefollowingdryingshouldnotexceedfourhours,theweldingrodsinsideovenshouldnotbepiledoverfivelayers,ortheuneventemperatureandpartiallyover-heatarisingfromover-thicknessmaycausecoveredelectrodetaken-off.在保存温度下保持直至发放使用。Keepundertheholdtemperatureuntilissueanduse.7.5.4现场用焊材烘干温度及保持时间Fieldweldingmaterialdryingtemporatureandholdtime一般焊条烘干温度均按焊条说明书规定,而常用焊材烘干温度及保持时间见表1。与焊条说明书有冲突,则参照焊条说明书。Generalrodsdryingtemperatureshallconformtostipulationofrodinstruction,andthecommonuseweldingmaterialdryingtemperaturetogetherwithholdtimerefertoattachment1.Conflictingwiththerodinstructions,refertorodinstructions.表1 现场用焊材烘干温度及保持时间fieldweldingmaterialdryingtemperatureandholdtime类别type牌号trademark温度,。c保温时间,hGBAWS碳钢焊条carbonsteelrodE5016ER7016350〜4001〜2不锈钢焊条stainlesssteelrodE316L—16E316L—16200〜2501合金钢焊条alloysteelrodE6015-B3E9015-B3350〜4001〜2合金钢焊条alloysteelrodE5518-B2E8018-B2350〜4001〜27.5.5现场所用气体的保存(氩气、氧气、乙快气)Keepingforfieldgas(argon,oxygen,ethyne)现场所用的气体应分开储存,距离6米以上,堆放在一起的气瓶应用链条锁上,上面要有遮盖,堆放现场备有灭火器等,并随时防止气瓶过晒。Thegasusedonsiteshallbeseparatelystored;thegasbottlestackedtogethershallbelockedbychainsandcoveredandbeprovidedwithfireextinguisherandfireprotectiondevice.Payattentiontogasbottleantisun.7.5.6气瓶在施工现场的运输,必用专用的手推车运输气瓶,且需链子固定,不能用人工扛行。Thegasbottlemustbetransportedbyspecialhandcartandbefixedbychains,butnotbeallowedtoliftwithhandswhiletransportingonconstructionsite.材料的发放与使用issueandusematerial原则principle发放和使用始终必须符合以下技术要求:Issuingandusingmustfullyconformtofollowingtechnicalrequirements:对于所有材料其标志必须保持完好直至材料不再使用。Themarksofallmaterialsmustbekeptinagoodconditionuntilnotuse.对于药皮焊条必须保持规定的保存温度,在工作结束时所有未使用完的材料必须退还发放室再次烘干。Thecoveredelectrodesmustbekeptinastipulatedtemperature.Allmaterialsthatnotbeusedup,iftheworkisfinished,shallbereturnedtoissuingroomfordryingagain.当天未使用完的气瓶,应推回气瓶贮存场所,第二天再领用。Thegasbottlethatisnotusedupshouldbereturnedtogasbottlestoringlocationforusingthenextday.未按标准用完的气瓶,不能再领用新的气瓶。Ifthegasbottleisnotusedupasperstandard,newgasbottleisnotallowed.发放issuing7.6.2.1对于所有材料,如果对于其直接或间接的鉴别存在很小的疑义,则不得发放使用。Ifthereisalittledoubtfulpointonmaterialofitsdirectorindirectdiscrimination,thematerialsshouldnotbeissued.对于药皮焊条,如果不能够确切证实这类材料是否已经过规定的烘干,则不得发放使用。Ifdon’tmakesurethecoveredelectrodeshavebeendriedaccordingtostipulationsshallnotbeissuedandused.7.6.2.3把焊材放入焊工专用的焊条保温筒或焊丝筒中分发给焊工,烘干员回收领料焊工交回的剩余焊条,然后发新焊条。Theweldingmaterialsasissuedtoweldersshallbeputintothespecialrodsholdingovenorweldingwireoven.Theovenmanshangettheremainingrodreturningbywelderback.7.6.2.4焊工只能领取与便携式可加热的焊条桶容积大小相当数量的低氢、低合金和/或合金消耗品,或领取任何班次中最多4小时的使用量。Weldingwillonlybeissuedenoughlowhydrogen,lowalloyand/oralloyconsumablesforthesizeofportablewelderrodoven,oramaximumfora4hourperiodinanyshift.7.6.2.5烘干员在保温筒和焊丝筒上贴上带有焊工姓名和代号、焊材供应商、牌号规格、批号等内容的标签,一个保温筒或焊丝筒中只允许放同种牌号焊条或焊丝。Theholdingovensandweldingwireovensshallbelabellednameandsymbolofwelders,supplier,trademark,specification,batchNo.andthelike.Onlythesamekindofweldingrodsorwirescanbeallowedinthesameholdingovenofwireoven.使用usage焊条weldingrodsa) 焊工必须把保温筒连接在适当的插头上进行焊条的加热保温,保温筒温度不低于60°C。Weldermustconnectholdingoventotheproperlyplugtoinitiateheatingandinsulationforodsandkeepthetemperatureofholdingovennotlowerthan60°C.b) 焊工从自己专用保温筒中用一根取一根焊条,并立即使用,焊工不得使用其它焊工保温筒中的焊条。Theweldermustuseitonebyoneandnotbeallowedtousetherodsofotherweldersc) 除了取用焊条,保温筒盖随时关上,保温筒的任何操作毛病都要报告,并及时校正。Exceptforgettingoutrods,thecoverofholdingovenmustbekeptcloseatanymoment.Anyoperatingdefectsaboutholdingovenmustbereportedandtimelycalibrated.d)
