Introduction

RentalAgreement
TheRenterwillrenttheautomobilefromtheOwnerunderthetermsandconditionsofthisagreement.

TheRenteracknowledgesreceiptoftheautomobileandagreestoreturnitinthesameconditionasreceived.
TheRenteragreestopayforanydamagetotheautomobileduringtherentalperiod,regardlessoffault.
TheRenteragreestousetheautomobileonlyforpersonaluseandnotforcommercialpurposes.
TheRenteracknowledgesthattheautomobileisnottobeusedforanyillegalpurposes.
TheRenteragreestocomplywithallfederal,state,andlocallawsandregulationsgoverningtheoperationoftheautomobile.
TheRenteracknowledgesthattheexpirationdateofhis/herdriver’slicenseisnotexpiredandthathe/shewillnotoperatetheautomobileifitis.
TheOwnershallnotbeheldliableforinjuriesordamagessufferedbytheRenterwhileoperatingtheautomobileduringtherentalperiod.
TheRenteragreestoreturntheautomobiletotheOwnerattheagreed-uponlocationattheendoftherentalperiod.
TheRentermustreturntheautomobileinthesameconditionasreceived,exceptforordinarywearandtear.
TheOwnerreservestherighttoterminatethisagreementuponthirtydays’notice.
TheRentermaynotsubleaseortransferanyrightsunderthisagreementwithouttheOwner’sconsent.
Thisagreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallotheragreementsorunderstandings,whetheroralorwritten.
ThisagreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof______.
AnydisputesarisingunderthisagreementshallbesettledbyarbitrationintheCountyof______,inaccordancewiththerulesoftheAmericanArbitrationAssoci
