system基地东西两侧各设一个车行入口,之间的规划道路作为基地内主要穿越车道。由于未来基地内车流量预计在3000辆以上,因此机动车一进入基地便可向南北两个方向疏导,以减轻规划道路的车流压力。One

(LRT)由于作为声源的轻轨在办公建筑建设前就已经存在,因此从声源处进行防噪难度比较大,也不太现实。因此,此项目将从噪声传播途径上采取措施以降低轻轨噪声对办公建筑的影响。Since

result,

secondsolutionisadoptable.由图1可知,轻轨噪声要传播到办公室内,先要通过空气传播至办公建筑的围护结构,在通过围护结构(主要是窗户)经空气传播至室内。因此,本项目将采取一下两种措施:其一,在轻轨线路两侧安装声屏障,这也是轻轨线路上常被采用的一种措施。其二,对建筑围护结构进行良好的隔声设计,尤其是提高窗户的隔声性能。We

barrier

sides
of
light
rail
track,

is
the
most
frequently
used
method.Another
is
to
provide
the
good
sound-insulated
design
for
the
enclosurestructure
of
buildings,
especially
to
improve
the
sound-insulated
performanceof
windows.2.2隔声通风窗Sounding-insulatedventilatingwindows窗户是办公建筑围护结构中隔声性能最薄弱的环节,通常外墙的隔声量都不低于45dB,但窗户的隔声性能就很差,在通风的情况下,噪声通过窗户传到接收者时,噪声级基本不衰减。在本项目中,为了降低轻轨噪声对办公区域的影响,又确保办公区域内的通风需求,将采用既能通风又能降噪的隔声通风窗。测试数据表明(见表-1),隔声通风窗在开窗通风换气状态下计权隔声量可以达到25dB以上,现场实测隔声量为20~25
dB(A),将其安装于办公建筑朝轻轨侧墙体上能够大大降低轻轨噪声对办公楼的噪声影响。规划中的办公建筑与轻轨的水平最短距离为30m,楼顶与轻轨轨道面高差为21m。考虑到轻轨运行时噪声比较高,而噪声随距离的衰减也比较有限,因此需要采取相应的噪声与振动控制措施以确保办公建筑尽量少地受到外界交通噪声的干扰。The

landscape规划中的办公建筑距离轻轨线的水平距离分别为30m和80m,因此轻轨噪声将成为影响办公建筑声环境的主要噪声源。噪声级与列车行驶速度直接相关,当轻轨列车以80km/h的速度在平直轨道上运行时,在距离列车30m处的噪声级预计将达到79dB(A)。轻轨列车运行时,噪声的传播基本上符合线声源的特性,因此轻轨噪声可认为是沿轻轨向建筑物传播,如图1所示。The

LRT

be
considered

buildings,

shownin
Figure
ꢂ.绿化能够改善地面的声反射条件,使更多的声音不直接反射至接受点。因此,在轻轨与办公楼之间的地面上进行绿化处理,一方面能够改善办公区域的景观,另一方面对降低轻轨噪声对办公楼的影响也是有益的补充。一般而言,绿化能够降低噪声1~3

reduction

soundbarriers影响声屏障插入损失的因素主要有声屏障的材质和高度。通常降噪效果良好的声屏障顶部
采用吸声材料,而下部则采用隔声性能优良的密实材料。屏障顶部的吸声性能越好,插入损失越大;下部材料的隔声性能越好,插入损失也越大。另外屏障的高度越高,接收侧声影区的范围越大,接受侧噪声得到改善的区域也越大,屏障的效益也越高。但是屏障的高度对非声影区噪声的改善作用不明显。Main
