Abstract:ObjectiveToevaluatetheabilitiesofresidenttraineesandinstructors

through360-degreee-

valuationsystem.

MethodsAretrospectivestudywasconductedon360residenttraineesandinstruc­

torsfromJanuary2019toJuly2019.Datawerecollectedforstatistical

analysis.

ResultsComparing

theclassificationofresidentstudents,wecanseethatclinicalpostgraduates

scoredhigherthanunder­

graduatesinmedicalhistorycollectionandauxiliaryexamination,

diagnosisanddifferentialdiagnosis,

choiceoftreatment

plan,clinicaloperation,

serviceconsciousness,resourceutilization,

professional

knowledge,autonomous

learningability,evidence-basedthinkingandteachingability.Therewassta­
