重庆科技有限公司生产过程管理程序ProductionManagementProcedure文件编号No:VW-SP-008版本号VersionNo:A/0Page第17页共17页科技机密文件,未经许可,不得转载及复印等扩散版本修订历史记录版本号修订内容修订者修订时间A/0第一次下发余洋2015.3.4文件涉及部门评审会签栏□生产部□品质部□工程部□研发部□采购部□销售部□客服部□人力行政□计划部□财务部□文控中心□仓储部□国际贸易文件签核栏拟制审核(ISO)审核批准姓名职务签名日期1.目的Objective规范生产运作程序,提高生产效率,使产品安全、合法以及质量随时随地得到有效控制,保证产品准时出货。Toregulatetheproductionoperationprocedureandimproveproductionefficiencytoensuretheproductssafety,legalityandqualitycanbecontrolledefficientlyandtoensuretheproductscanbedeliveredontime.2.适用范围ApplicableScope适用于本公司生产部来料投入至成品入库全过程。Beappliedtotheproductionprocessfrompreparingthematerialstowarehousingthefinishedproducts.职责Responsibilities3.1.计划部负责制定《生产计划》,下发《生产任务单》给生产部。PMCisresponsibleformakingthe<productionplan>anddistributing<productiontasknotice>toproductiondepartment.3.2.生产部每日实行自检、互检制度,负责制程生产的实施与控制。Productiondepartmentshallimplementself-inspectionandmutualinspectioneverydayandimplementandcontroltheproductionprocess.3.3.品质部负责产品合法性的确认、质量和安全等整个生产过程品质的监控与跟踪。Qualitydepartmentshallconfirmtheproductlegality,andmonitorandfollowtheproductqualityandsafetyintheproductionprocess.3.4.工程部负责全过程的相关工艺及工装治具的管理、相关仪器的设备校准等。Engineeringdepartmentshallmanagetherelatedproductionprocessandtoolsusedintheproduction,andcalibratetherelatedequipments.3.5.仓库负责全过程的材料(包括辅料、工具)发放及成品保管。Thewarehouseshallprovideallmaterialsusedintheproduction,includingauxiliarymaterialsandtoolsandkeepthefinishedproducts.3.6.文控中心负责及时发放及通知相关产品生产工艺文件。DCCshalldistributetherelatedproductproductionprocessdocumentstimely.3.7.人事行政部负责人员的招聘与培训安排。Personneladministrationdepartmentisresponsibleforpersonnelrecruitmentandtrainingarrangement.程序内容ProcedureContents4.1.生产前准备productionpreparation.4.1.1.计划部下《生产任务单》到生产部,生产主管或部长根据当时生产现状进行适当安排,生产拉长接到生产任务单时,及时进行相关资源计划,例如人员培训、人员安排调配等事项。ThePMCshallsendthe<productiontasknotice>toproductiondepartment,productiondirectororproductiondepartmentchiefshallarrangetheproductionbasedonthecurrentproductionconditions.Theproductionlineleadershallplantherelatedresources,suchastheemployeetraining,theemployeearrangement,etc.afterreceivedtheproductionorder.4.1.2.生产文员将文控中心所发放的相关产品工艺文件(包括:作业指导书、工艺流程图等)进行登记、保管,同时通知生产线拉长.Productionclerkshallregisterandkeeptherelatedproductionprocessdocuments(includingSOP,processflowchartandsoon)distributedbytheDCCandinformtheproductionlineleader.4.1.3.生产拉长根据计划开工日期安排领料员及时根据:整机系列:计划物控提供领料单,生产物料员根据《生产领料单》进行订单套料领取。由计划物控根据最新制单、计划主管或部长审核批准后方可生效。电源系列、板卡系列、所有执行ECN物料,均由计划物控进行系统处理后,生产物料员直接按生产任务单上提供的相关任务单号,由生产部条形码打印员直接进入K3系统打单领料。生产领料员凭《生产领料单》直接到相关仓管员处进行物料领取,物料领到产线后,按套料物料类型放到指定的区域(如包材放置区;LCD屏放置区;组装物料区等),并作好防护,防碰撞,防ESD和标示等处理具体按《搬运作业实施细则》。Wholemachineseries:Theproductionlineleadershallarrangethematerialhandlertogetthesetsofmaterialsaccordingtothe<materialsrequisitionnote>providedbyPMCbasedontheproductionplan.The<materialsrequisitionnote>canbetakenintoeffectafterapprovedbyPMCdirectorordepartmentchief.Forthepowersupply,PCBandallECNmaterial,aftersystemprocessedbyPMCcontrol,productionmaterialpersonnelshallusedtherelatedtasknumberprovidedinthe<productiontasknote>toaskthebarcodeprintertoprintthenoteinK3systemandgetthematerial.Productionmaterialhandlershallgetthematerialfromtherelatedwarehousekeeperbasedonthe<materialrequisitionnote>,thematerialsshallbeplacedinthedesignatedareaoftheproductionlinebyitstype(e.g.packingmaterialarea,LCDscreenarea,assemblymaterialarea)andbeprotectedwell,referto<handlingoperationsrules>4.1.4.生产线拉长向文员领取全套作业文件:作业指导书、BOM、相关检验标准或规范、委外加工工艺要求、工程变更通知(如果有)。Productionlineleadershallgainthetotalworkdocumentsfromtheclerk,includingtheworkinstruction,BOM,relatedinspectionstandardsorregulations,outsourcingprocesstechnologyrequirements,EngineeringChangeNotice(ifthereareany).4.1.5.老产品由生产线拉长依相应的作业指导书、相关检验标准或规范对作业人员进行讲解培训后,直接上线作业。其培训内容必需包含所生产产品的注意事项、品质、安全等方面。Fortheoldproduct,theproductionlineleaderwilltraintheoperatorswiththerelatedSOPandrelatedinspectionstandardsorregulations,andtheoperatorsshallstartworking.Thetrainingcontentsmustincludetheproducingproductprecautions,quality,safety,andsoon.4.1.6.新产品生产前由工程部IE给相关拉长、领班、物料员、作业员等培训作业方法与注意事项,同时生产部拉长需提前一小时通知相关部门主管及相关项目工程师到达生产现场协助指导作业Forthenewproduct,theIEoftheengineeringdepartmentshalltraintherelatedproductionlineleader,leader,thematerialmanagementpersonnelandtheoperatorsoftheworkmethodsandprecautions.Theproductionlineleadershallinformtherelateddepartmentchiefsandrelatedprojectengineersonehourinadvancetocometotheproductionsitetoassist.4.1.7.生产线主管部长根据计划员提供的日《生产计划》进行生产安排,拉长负责将排定的产线状况分配落实。Productionlinedirectorshallarrangetheproductionaccordingtothedaily<productionplan>providedbytheplanner,andtheproductionlineleadershallarrangetheproductionlinedistribution.4.1.8.工程部TE人员根据日《生产计划》及工程IE提供的相对应SOP对所生产的机型进行排线(工治具的摆放、调试、点检等),生产线根据生产情况安排相关人员协助。TheTEoftheengineeringdepartmentshallarrangetheproductionlineforthemachine(includingthetoolsplacing,debugging,pointinspection,etc.)accordingtothedaily<productionplan>andthecorrespondingSOPprovidedbytheIE,therelatedpersonnelshallbearrangedtoassistaccordingtotheproductionstatus.4.1.9.产品生产前1小时,拉长需安排生产物料员按生产线当天的需求量,将标示正确的套料备送到生产线相对应的工站(以BOM为核对依据),在储存运输途中必须采取物料安全防护措施,以避免生产材料受损或受污染。Onehourbeforetheproduction,thelineleadershallarrangetheproductionmaterialmanagementpersonneltosendthecorrectmaterialstothecorrespondingworkstationintheproductionline(refertotheBOM)accordingtotherequirementoftheproductionlineonthatday,thematerialsafetyprotectionactionsmustbetakeninthestoragetransportationavoiddamageorpollution.4.1.10.因物料紧缺、品质异常、设备故障、人员缺乏等原因影响计划进度时,拉长必须将停线时间、人数、原因、临时对策等填写在《异常工时单》上,上交部门主管判定责任归属,后交于品质IPQC确认情况是否属实,具体按异常工时处理,同时通知计划部,依据《应急准备及响应管理程序》进行。Iftheproductionscheduleisdelayedbythematerialshortage,qualitynonconformities,equipmentfailureoremployeeshortage,etc.,theproductionlineleadermustfillthedowntime,numberofpeoplereasonsandtemporarymeasureinthe<productionworktimewasterecords>andsubmitittothedepartmentdirectortojudgetheresponsibilityattributionofresponsibilityandthensubmitittoIPQCtoconfirmifthecircumstanceistrue,andinformPMC,referto<contingencyplanmanagementprocedure>.4.2.生产现场控制。ProductionSiteControl4.2.1.拉长和领班、物料员应提前10分钟到达生产现场,提前准备相关上班之前工作、做好员工早会内容。Theproductionlineleader,foreperson,materialmanagementpersonnelshallarriveattheproductionsitetenminutesaheadtopreparetheproductionandmorningmeeting4.2.2.员工上午需至少提前10分钟到达生产现场(参加日生产早例会)、下午至少提前5分钟到达生产现场,做好上班前的相关准备工作。Thepersonnelshallarriveattheproductionsiteaheadatleasttenminutesaheadinthemorningtojointhedailyproductionmorningmeeting,andarrivefiveminutesaheadintheafternoontopreparetheproduction.4.2.2.1.个人的清洁卫生及本工作岗位之6S工作。检查现场是否存在乱放的对产品有害之化学药品、有无污染生产环境的污水、泄漏的机油、洗板水、导致虫害存在的异、杂物、垃圾及RoHS区分等;产线生产垃圾必须及时清理。生产过程中产生的生产垃圾其清理工作由产线备料员负责,产线拉长、领班起监督管理职责。The6Sofpersonalsanitationandworkposition:checktheproductionfieldifhaveharmfulchemicalmaterial,thepollutedwater,leakedoil,waterforcleaningsheet,othergarbageandRoHSdiscriminate,etc.theproductiongarbagemustbecleaneduptimelybyproductionlinematerialpreparer,andproductionlineleader,forepersonisresponsibleformonitorandmanagement.4.2.2.2.提前检测防静电环和人体综合电阻测试,确保防静电环和人体综合电阻测试为正常。发现不良,及时向拉长或领班更换,直至OK为止,测试OK后在《人体综合电阻与静电环检测记录》上画“√”,具体方法参照《防静电环检测作业指导书》和《防静电工鞋检测作业指导书》,生产线拉长进行监督。TesttheESDdevicesinadvancetoensuretheESDdevicesareright.IftheESDdeviceisbad,reportittothelinerleaderorforepersontoexchangeuntilit’sok,Whenthetestisok,pleaserecord“√”inthe<ESDtestrecords>.Thetestmethodswillfollowtheregulationsinthe<antistaticringtestinstruction>and<antistaticshoestestinstruction>,andtheproductionlineleaderwillmonitorthetestprocess.4.2.2.3.员工到岗位后先检查当日生产机型所用仪器、工具、物料、SOP等是否到位,是否与所生产机型相符合,然后开始按领班指导或IESOP作业。Thepersonnelontheworkshallchecktheinstruments,tools,materialsandSOPfirstly,andmakesurethoseareavailableandcompliedwiththeproductiontype.ThentheworkcouldstartaccordingtotheforepersoninstructionandIESOP.4.2.3.工程TE负责每天检测车间流水生产线和仪器设备的接地状况,填写《接地检查记录表》,工程部定期检测车间的防静电情况,具体按《ESD测试规程》执行。TEshallinspectthegroundingconditionsoftheproductionlinesandinstrumentsandequipments,andfillthe<groundinginspectionrecords>.Theengineeringdepartmentshallinspecttheantistaticconditionsregularly,referto<ESDtestregulations>.4.2.4.生产线拉长或领班每天应监督员工做好6S工作及过程作业,IPQC及相关部门巡线人员进行监督Productionlineleaderorforepersonshallmonitortheemployeetoimplementthe6Sworkandprocess,theIPQCandrelateddepartmentlineinspectorshallmonitortheprocess.4.2.5.生产线拉长或领班监督指导员工对线上物料、半成品、成品、不良品等用《产品标示单》做好标示并摆放在相应的标示区域。其物料摆放严格配备适用放置盒,其在静电、大小、是否适用于此物料装置等;具体参照《产品标识与可追溯性管理程序》。Productionlineleaderorforepersonshallmonitoranddirectpersonneltoidentifythematerial,semi-finishedproduct,finishedproduct,defectiveproductontheproductionlinewiththe<ProductIdentificationSheet>andplacetheminthecorrespondingarea.Thematerialmustbeprovidedwiththesuitableplacingbox,itsstaticelectricityandsizearesuitableforthematerial,referto<productidentificationandtraceabilitymanagementprocedure>.生产拉长领班和主管依据《生产部员工绩效考核规范》进行公平、公正、公开的员工考核,不断激励员工,实施人性化管理。Productionlineleader,forepersonanddirectorshalltesttheemployeesfairly,justlyandopenlyaccordingtothe<productionoperatorperformanceevaluationregulations>tocontinuouslyencourageemployeesandimplementhumanizedmanagement.产线物料管理按照《生产物料管理规范》进行,需回收再利用的周转箱,物料员需及时清理到仓库指定位置摆放。themanagementformaterialontheproductionlineshallbeimplementedaccordingto<productionmaterialmanagementregulations>,,thematerialmanagementpersonnelshallcleanuptherecycleturnoverboxandplaceitinthedesignatedplaceinthewarehouse.净化车间防尘、防静电控制按照《净化车间管理规定》执行。Theantistaticanddustproofinthecleaningworkshopshallfollowtheregulationsinthe<cleaningworkshopmanagementregulations>.生产作业员每天上班作业之前应根据《设备日常保养记录》内容对设备进行清洁维护及保养。Productionoperatorshallcleanandmaintaintheequipmentaccordingtothe<equipmentdailymaintenancerecords>beforethebeginningofproductioneveryday.工程设备点检员每天上午上班前及产品型号转换时,根据相关SOP要求对烙铁温度、电批扭力等进行电压温度及扭力进行检测确认,并将检测结果记录于《烙铁温度校正表》、《电动镙丝批扭力校正表》上。TheengineeringequipmentinspectorshallcheckthevoltagetemperatureoftheironandtorqueoftheelectricscrewdriveraccordingtotherequirementsoftherelatedSOPbeforetheworkinthemorningorwhenconvertingtheproductmode,theinspectionresultshallberecordedin<Irontemperaturereport>and<electricscrewdrivertorquereport>.4.3.生产过程控制。Productionprocesscontrol4.3.1.生产过程中为了产品品质得到有效控制和数据的准确性以及防止产品丢失,过程中领班拉长需要作好各段数据交接记录(如PCBA调试转板转组装,组装转老化,老化转包装,维修等)需用《生产数据交接记录表》;生产中采用流程卡作业:笔记本类产品生产对每台机挂专用<产品流程卡>全过程工序管理;对于非笔记本类产品的生产,仅不良品使用红色《产品流程卡》记录生产不良信息。驱动板系列产品,生产前由工程部工程师先排线,然后校验VCOM参数等,校验OK后,由领班拉长挂上正确的作业指导书并跟踪指导生产作业;整机老产品,生产部根据相关生产产品型号,由领班拉长挂上正确的作业指导书,然后进行指导确认生产,对于首批新产品生产通知工程IE在线现场指导并跟踪作业,相关试产中发现的问题,由领班拉长进行记入《新产品试产跟踪表》并进行跟踪改善。Inordertocontroleffectivelytheproductquality,ensuretheveracityofthedata,andpreventtheproductfromlosing,theforepersonandtheproductionlineleadershallusethe<productiondatatransferringrecord>torecorddatatransferring,suchasfromthePCBAdebugboardtoassembly、fromassemblytoaging、agingtopackaging、maintain,etc.theproductionshallbeoperatedbytheflowchartcard:thelaptopkindofproductsproductionshallbemanagedaccordingtospecial<productflowchartcard>;fornon-laptopkindproducts,onlythedefectiveproductcouldusethered<productflowchartcard>torecordthenonconformityinformation.Forthedriveseriesproducts,theengineerinengineeringdepartmentshallarrangethelinefirst,andthenchecktheVCOMparametersbeforetheproduction,ifthecheckresultisok,theforepersonshallhangtherightworkinstructionandguidetheproductionoperation;Fortheoldproducts,theforepersonshallhangtherightworkinstructionandguidetheproductionoperationaccordingtotherelatedproductiontype.Forthenewproductfirstproduction,TheIEshouldonspotfortheinstruction.Problemsfoundintherelatedtrialproductionshallberecordedin<newproducttrialproductiontracetable>bytheforepersonandimproved.4.3.2.为保证制程品质,生产线在产品首批生产及每天首次及ECN变更生产时,必须准时(前5个产品产出时)将前生产5个产品连同《首件检验报告》送IPQC检验,IPQC将首件样品对照首件检验表和ECN变更要求进行检查确认,如果合格将首件样品放于生产线正常生产下线;如果检查中发现不合格,则说明制程、设计、物料等环节发生异常,需要进行纠正及预防措施,直到异常解决且制定出切实有效的方案对策,品质部门评估可接受时方可再投产,且生产线需重新做好《首件检验报告》,重新将改善后的前5台产品送检,待品质再次确认。Inordertoensuretheproductionprocessquality,whenthefirstbatchproductionandthefirstproductioneverydayandchangingECNproduction,theproductionlineshallsendthefirst5productswiththe<firstsampleinspectionreport>toIPQCtoinspectwhenthefirst5productscompleted.TheIPQCwillinspectandconfirmthefirstsamplecontrastwiththe<firstsampleinspectionreport>andtherequirementofthechangingECN,ifconforming,thefirstsampleshallbeputinproductionlineandproducednormally,ifnonconforming,specifytheabnormalityoftheproductionprocess,designandmaterial,therelatedcorrectiveandpreventiveactionsshallbeimplementeduntiltheabnormalitybesolvedandtheeffectivesolutionbeformulated.Theproductscanbeproducedagainafterevaluatedasconformingbythequalitydepartment,andtheproductionlineneedtore-make<firstsampleinspectionreport>andre-sendtheimprovedfirst5productstoinspect,andthequalitydepartmentshallcheckitagain.4.3.3.生产过程中,生产作业员认真依据作业指导书作业,过程中应实行自检、互检制度,其规范正确作业顺序内容为:检查上一道作业工序——作业本工位作业内容——检查本工位作业内容是否与SOP相符;且在工序传递过程中要遵循轻拿轻放的原则,做好安全、防污等防护措施,确保不让不良品流入下一工序。发现产品质量或安全性不符合允收标准时,作业员需认真填写《生产检测报表》,并将不良品挂上相对应的《产品流程卡》写明不良现象后将不良品放置在不良品盒内,进行隔离放置(对于笔记本发现的不良则直接在产品流程卡上填上不良内容,同前述要求作业)。不良品由拉长指定人员定期交至维修处。由工程部负责维修处理的,需做好交接登记记录。Intheproductionprocess,theproductionoperatorsshalloperateaccordingtotheworkinstructionandimplementselfinspectionandmutualinspection,thestandardsequence:inspectlastworkingprocedure—theworkcontentsofthestation—checkiftheworkcontentstallywithSOP,andhandletheproductcarefullyinthepassprocess,adoptpreventivemeasurestoensurethenonconformingproductcannotputintothenextprocess.Whentheproductqualityorthesafetyisnotconforming,the<productioninspectionreport>shallbefilled,theoperatorshallhangthecorresponding<productflowchartcard>onthenonconformingproductandwritetheundesirablephenomena,andputthenonconformingproductinthedesignatedboxtoisolateit(thelaptopnon-conformityshallbewrittenintheproductflowchartcarddirectlyandoperatedasaforementioned).Thenonconformingproductsshallbesenttorepairplaceregularlybythepersondesignatedbytheproductionlineleader.Thatneedtoberepairedbytheengineeringdepartmentshallcompletetheregisterrecord.4.3.4.生产线拉长、领班将作业员检查出的不良品及时标识、记录、隔离处理。不良品需2H/次送维修处理,特殊情况除外。维修后的产品需从维修品投入口下线,具体参照《不合格品管理程序》。Thenonconformitiesfoundbytheoperatorsshallbeidentified,recordedandisolatedbytheproductionlineleaderandforeperson.Thenonconformitiesshallbesenttoberepairedeverytwohours,exceptthespecialcases.Therepairedproductshalloffthelinefrominputportoftherepairproducts,referto<<nonconformingproductcontrolprocedure>.4.3.5.维修人员依照《维修作业规范》,当天维修状况维修人员必须认真的填写在当日的《维修报表》上,并在《产品流程卡》上填写维修结果,以便外观检验人员好针对维修过的位置做重点检查。在维修过程中,如发现此不良原因属人为作业不良、产品本身设计问题、存在品质隐患、物料原材料不良超标(贵重物料1‰(如:LCD屏、集成电路等),结构和包材料3%),应及时反馈到维修组长处,维修组长根据情况确认后,进一步反馈到生产主管或部长处,然后由相关管理人员知会到工程、品质、研发等相关部门。Therepairpersonnelshallworkbasedonrepairinstruction,andfillthe<repairreport>tosummarizethedailyrepairconditions.Therepairresultshallbefilledin<productflowchartcard>sothattheinspectorscanchecktherepairedpositionsspecially.Intherepairprocess,iftheproductfailurearecausedbyman-made,productdesignproblem,qualityhiddentrouble,rawmaterialbadnessoverproof(preciousmaterial1‰(suchasLCDscreen,integratedcircuit,etc.),structurematerialandpackingmaterial3%),thenitshallbereporttomaintenanceleadertoconfirmtimely,afterconfirmation,reporttotheproductionchief,thentherelatedmanagersshallinformtherelateddepartments.4.3.6.IPQC每2小时需巡检和查看作业员的质量记录一次。具体依据《IPQC作业规范》执行。如果因重大问题或者带有质量隐患造成生产无法进行时,品质部需立即召开品质会议请相关部门一起来解决。如需停线时由品质IPQC填写《停线通知单》,交部门主管或部长审核经主管副总经理批准后交生产部,生产部收到《停线通知单》应立即执行停线,计划部计划员视交货期限将生产计划做出相应调整,并将其结果记录在《停线通知单》中。其具体依据《IPQC作业规范》文件执行。IPQCshallmonitortheoperatorqualityrecordsanddotheinspectionevery2hours,referto<IPQCworkregulations>.Iftheproductionisstoppedbytheseriousproblemorqualitytrouble,,qualitydepartmentshallimmediatelyholdqualitymeetingtosolvetheproblemswithrelateddepartments.Iftheproductionlinewillbestopped,the<productionlinestopnotice>shallbefilledbyIPQCandsenttoproductiondepartmentafterreviewedbydepartmentdirectorandapprovedbythedeputygeneralmanager.Theproductiondepartmentshallstopproductionlinewhengetthe<productionlinestopnotice>.ThePMCshallre-arrangetheproductionplanaccordingtothedeliveryrequirements,andrecordtheresultsinthe<productionlinestopnotice>.Referto<IPQCworkregulations>.4.3.7.产品老化测试:根据生产进度和拉长安排,老化室作业人员接到生产线待老化产品时,应依照《老化室操作规程》和SOP作业要求进行产品老化测试,过程中每1小时检查一次并记入老化报表,如发现不良将不良机台作好不良标示并取下放入专门不良品放置盒,由领班拉长安排交接分析处理。产品老化结束后,老化室作业人员将产品转交给相关生产线,并与生产线拉长/领班/物料员做好交接手续。Productagingtest:theagingoperatorshalldotheproductagingtestaccordingtothe<agingoperationregulations>basedontheproductionprogressandtheproductionlinelleaderarrangement.Checkonceperhourandrecorditinagingreport,ifthedefectiveproductisfound,markthedefectivenessandputintothedefectiveproductbox,itshallbeanalyzedandhandledbytheforeperson.Whentheagingprocessisfinished,theoperatorshouldforwardtheproducttotherelatedproductline,anddothetransferringprocedurewithproductionlineleader/foreperson/materialpersonnel.4.3.8.生产过程中品质部DQA按照《年度信赖性实验计划》对所生产型号产品进行可靠性实验。DQAshallimplementreliabilitytesttotheproducedproductaccordingto<___yearreliabilitytestplan>duringtheproductionprocess.4.3.9.生产线拉长、领班、IPQC应随时监控和检查生产状况,保证生产符合标准要求,发现异常(材料、半成品、设备)时拉长应及时的给予纠正和预防,如拉长5分钟内不能解决的须交由工程部PE处理,同时知会部门主管,PE须在半小时内给予解决,如超过半小时未出处理结果,部门主管需将异常知会到相关责任部门,如1小时内异常仍没有有效的解决方案时,工程部主管或部长必须召集相关部门人员现场协商解决,生产主管/部长需不定时对生产现场巡视,并检查生产状况、纠正与预防措施的实施情况。Theproductionlineleader,forepersonandIPQCshallmonitorandchecktheproductionprocesstoensuretherelatedrequirementshavebeenmet.Thenonconformities(material,semi-finishedproducts,equipments)shallbecorrectedandpreventedtimelybytheproductionlineleader,ifthelineleadercannotsolvetheproblemwithinfiveminutes,thenitshallbehandledbyPEandthedepartmentdirectorshallbeinformed,iftheproblemisnotsolvedoverhalfhour,thedepartmentchiefshallinformtherelateddepartmentsresponsibleofthisnonconformity;iftherestillisnoeffectivesolutionwithinonehour,theengineeringdepartmentchiefshallorganizetherelateddepartmentresponsibletosolve,productiondirector/departmentchiefshallmonitortheproductionsiteandchecktheproductionandimplementationofthecorrectiveandpreventiveactionsirregularly.4.3.10.产品老化测试OK后流入下一工序测试包装段,拉长、领班根据SOP安排测试包装,IPQC及工程IE人员跟线确认,对于包装附件特殊物料(如数据线,遥控器等)需要全检或抽检的(会根据工程/品质工艺要求进行检查),并将检验信息记录在《整机包装(附件)物料检验记录表》,良品进行包装,不良品按<不合格品管理程序>要求执行。Iftheagingtestisok,theproductshallenternexttestpackingtest,theproductionlineleaderandforepersonshallarrangepackingtestaccordingtoSOPandIPQCandIEshallfollowandconfirm.Thepackingspecialmaterialsneedtobefullyinspectedorsamplinginspected(likedatawire,remotecontrollerandsoon)shallbeinspectedaccordingtotheengineering/qualitytechnicalrequirement,andthetestrecordshouldbefilledinthe<completedproductpacking(accessory)materialinspectionrecord>.Theconformityproductshallbepacked,andthenon-conformityproductshallbeimplementedaccordingto<nonconformingproductcontrolprocedure>.包装前5台产出送IPQC首件检查确认,取得IPQC检查合格后,开始正常测试包装,产出的产品按SOP要求摆放站板要求堆放指定的待检区,并安排指定人员填写《成品送检通知单》,经生产拉长审核,《成品送检通知单》送于FQC处。FQC进行检验,具体操作按照《FQC作业规范》和《成品检验管理程序》作业,由于产品质量出现问题需要返工时,参照《FQC作业规范》和工程产品返工流程作业。Thefirst5packagingproductsshouldbeconfirmedbytheIPQC,theIPQCinspectionisok,thenormaltestandpackingshallbestarted,theproducedproductsshallbeplacedinthedesignatedplaceaccordingtoSOPrequirements,anddesignatedpersonnelshallfillthe<finishedproductsinspectionsubmissionnotice>,anditshallshallbesenttoFQCafterreviewedbytheproductionlineleader.FQCshallinspectaccordingto<FQCworkinstruction>and<finished-productinspectioncontrolprocedure.Theproductsneedtobere-workedshallbeoperatedaccordingto<FQCworkinstructionandengineeringproductsre-workprocedure.4.3.11.产品检验合格后,由包装作业员将合格品由待转区移到成品合格区,生产物料员需FQC已检验合格的产品,及时进入系统打《K3产品入库单》交品质FQC签名确认,及时办理入库手续。入库过程中的搬运作业轻拿轻放,产品用拉绅膜作好保护防止运输中碰撞,掉落等问题发生。入库单据共分白、红、黄、绿4联,白联生产留底,仓库将红联上交财务,绿联留底,黄联交仓库统计员处。Iftheproductisqualified,thepackagingoperatorshalltransfertheproducttothefinishedproductarea.Thematerialmanagementpersonnelshalltimelymake<K3productwarehousingnotice>forthequalifiedproductsandprintittosubmittoFQCtosignandconfirm,dothewarehousingprocedure.Theproductsneedtobehandledcarefullyduringthetransferring.theproductshouldbeprotectbythewrappingfilm.Thestoragelisthasfourcopies,theircolorsarewhite,red,yellowandgreen,thewhiteoneisforproductiondepartment,theredoneisforfinancedepartment,thegreenoneisforPMC,andtheyellowoneisforwarehousestatistician.4.3.12.生产中和产品入库后,为了确保品质的可追溯性,由领班或拉长对生产的每批次产品填写《生产部()生产履历表》和<封箱记录表>,分别将该批次产品的生产SN及变更记录以及封箱次数等信息记录对应报表中。Inordertoensurequalitytraceability,fo
