ce.2.12我崇拜自己！我是多么奇妙，尽管我有肉身，我是『一』，我无去亦无来，同时我也无所不在。2.12Iadoremyself.HowwonderfulIam!Andhowgreatmypowers!Theuniverseappearswithinme,butIdonottouchit.2.13我崇拜自己！我是多么奇妙，我有多么强大的力量呀！宇宙就在我里面，但是我不碰触它！2.13Iadoremyself.HowwonderfulIam!Iameverythingthoughtorspoken,andhavenothing2.14我崇拜自己！我是多么奇妙，我拥有我能想到或说到的一切，而我也一无所有。2.14Knowledge,whatistobeknown,andtheknower—thesethreedonotexistinreality.TheyonlyappearwhenIamignorant,forIamflawless..2.15知识、所知者和知者—实际上这三者都不存在。当我的无明时，他们才会显现，而我是完美无瑕的。2.15Twofromone!Thisistherootofsuffering.TheOnlyremedyistorealizethatIamonewithouttwo,pureAwareness,purejoy,andalltheworldisfalse.2.16一分为二！这才是痛苦的根源。唯一的补救方法就是了悟到我是『一不是二』，是纯粹的『觉知』和喜悦，而且整个尘世都是虚假的。2.16ThroughignoranceIonceimaginedIwasbound.ButIampureAwareness.Ilivebeyondalldistinctions,inunbrokenmeditation.2.17由于无明，我曾想象自己被绑住了，但我现在是『纯粹觉知』。我超越任何的『分别心』，活着在如如不动的禅定冥想中。2.17Formehereisneitherbondagenorliberation.Itisallgroundless.Thoughthewholeofcreationrestsinme,itiswithoutfoundation.2.18对我来说，既无束缚，亦无解脱。那根本就是无稽之谈。虽然整个造化都在我之中，却找不到它的立足处。2.18Recognisingthatallthisandmybodytooarenothing,whilemytrueSelfisnothingbutpureconsciousness,whatisthereleftfortheimaginationtoworkonnow?2.19认得所有这一切和我的身体都是空，我的『真我』只是『纯粹的觉知』，还有什么可以想象的呢？2.19Thebody,heavenandhell,bondageandliberation,andfeartoo,allthisispureimagination.WhatistherelefttodoformewhoseverynatureisAwareness?2.20身体，天堂和地狱，束缚和解脱，还有恐惧，所有这一切都是『纯粹想象』。我的真正本质是『觉知』，我还有什么可做的呢？2.20Iseenodifferencesorseparation.Eventhemultitudesappearasasingleformlessdesert.TowhatshouldIcling?2.21我没有看到有什么不同和差别。甚至人山人海看起来也像一个无形的沙漠罢了。我还该执着什么？2.21Iamnotthebody,noristhebodymine.IamAwareness,notaperson.Itwasmythirstforlivingthatwasmybondage.2.22我不是这身体，这身体也不是我的。我是『觉知』，我不是一个人。以前我渴望活着那才是我的枷锁。2.22Iamtheinfiniteocean.Thewindsofthethoughtsroilthemyriadwavesoftheworld.2.23我是无限汪洋。杂念的狂风卷动了整个尘世无数的汹涌波涛。2.23Butwhenthewindsubsidesinthelimitlessocean,thetradersinkswithhisship,andalltheworldswithhim.2.24可是当这阵狂风在无限海洋中平息时，商人跟他的船只沉没了，所有的世界也跟着下沉了。2.24Howwonderfulitisthatintheinfiniteoceanofmyself,thewavesoflivingbeingsarise,collide,playforatime,thendisappear,inaccordancewiththeirnature.2.25多么美妙啊，在我自己的无限海洋中，如波涛汹涌般的众生诞生了、碰撞在一起、游戏一会儿，然后消失了。2.25Ashtavakrasaid:阿什塔夫说:HavingrealizedtheSelfasOne,beingsereneandindestructible,whydoyoudesirewealth?3.1已经了悟『真我』就是『一』，是安祥宁静，不会毁灭的，为何你还要欲求财富呢？3.1Justasfromignorance,youseesilverinmother-of-pearl,andgreedarises.SodoesignoranceoftheSelfcausedesireforillusion.3.2由于无知，你在珍珠母中看到了银矿，而产生贪婪。所以由于对『真我』的无知，造成你欲求虚幻的世界。3.2HavingrealizedyourselfasThat,inwhichthewavesoftheworldriseandfall,whydoyourunaroundwrethedly?3.3已经了悟你自己就是『那个』，是尘世波涛汹涌起伏的地方，为何你还是可怜地到处跑来跑去呢？3.3HavingrealizedyourselfaspureA-wareness,asbeautifulbeyonddescription,howcanyouremainaslavetolust?3.4已经了悟你自己就是纯粹『觉知』，美不胜言，为何你还甘愿当情欲的奴隶呢？3.4Strangethatwhenasagehasrealizedthathehimselfisinallbeings,andallbeingsareinhim,hestillsays,“Thisismine.“3.5令人奇怪的是：当一位圣者已了悟到他就在众生中，众生也在他里面时，他还会说：『这是我的』。3.5StrangethatoneabidingintheAbsolute,intentonliberation,shouldstillbesubjecttolustandheldbackbysexualactivity.3.6令人奇怪的是：一个安住『绝对究竟』，力求解脱的人，仍然为情色所困，逃不出肉欲的魔掌。3.6Strangethatknowinglustasanenemyofknowledge,onesoweakandnearingdeathshouldstillcravesensualpleasure.3.7令人奇怪的是：有人已经明知情色是知识的敌人，且年老力衰，濒临死亡，居然还渴望感官的享乐。3.7Strangethatonewhoisunattachedtothethingsofthisworldandthenext,whocandiscriminatebetweenthetransientandthetimeless,whoyearnsforfreedom,shouldyetfearthedissolutionofthebody.3.8令人奇怪的是：一个已经不再执着今世和来生，能够认清无常和永恒，非常渴望解脱的人，居然还会害怕肉身的毁坏。3.8Whetheracclaimedortormented,theserenesageabidesinhimself.Heisneitherpleasednorangered.3.9不论誉或毁，心如止水的智者总是安住在自身里，既不喜，也不怒。3.9Agreatsagewitnesseshisbody’sactionsasiftheywereanother’s.Howcanpraiseorblamedisturbhim?3.10伟大的智者会把自身的行为看成像是别人所为，毁或誉对他又何伤呢？3.10Realizingtheuniverseisillusion,havinglostallcuriosity,howcanoneofsteadymindfeardeath?3.11一个了悟宇宙只是幻相，不再好奇，已经平常心的人，怎么会害怕死亡呢？3.11Thegreatsagewho,contentknowinghimself,desiresnothing,evenindespair.Howcanwecomparewithhim?3.12伟大的智者自我了悟，无欲无求，即使在绝望中也毫无欲求，我们怎么跟他相比呢？3.12Whyshouldapersonofsteadymind,whoseestheobjectsasnothingness,preferonethingtoanother?3.13为何一个头脑冷静的人，他都看一切成空了，还会喜新厌旧，挑三拣四呢？Thegreatsageisuntouchedbyopposites.Freefromdesire,hehasdrivenfromhismindalllongingfortheworld.Comewhatmay,joyorsorrow,nothingmoveshim.3.14一个伟大的圣者不为互相对立的事物所动。无私无欲，毫无所求于尘世。不论发生什么，喜或悲，都不能撼动他。3.14Ashtavakrasaid:阿什塔夫说:Thesageknowshimself,andheplaysthegameoflife.Butthefoollivesintheworldlikeabeastofburden.4.1智者认识自己，游戏人生。但是愚者处世，却如一头驼兽。4.1Thetrueseekerfeelsnoelation,
