InligentwarehousemanagementsystembasedonRFIDWarehousemanagementintheenterprisethewholemanagementysaveryimportantroleintheprocess,ifcan'tguaranteeaccuratereplenishonr'sstock,inventorycontrol,anddeliveryintime,willbringhugelosses,whichnotonlyshowtheriseinthecostofthemanagementofenterprise,andcanleadtothecustomerservicequalityisdifficulttoguarantee,willultimayaffectthemarketcompetitivenessoftheenterprise.Traditionalwarehousemanagement,generallyreliesonanonautomated,onthebasisofthepaperfilesystemtorecordandtrackthegoodsinandout,compleybyartificialimplementationwithinthewarehousemanagement,warehousemanagementefficiencyislow,therefore,tomanagethewarehouseonasmallscale.Withthewideruseofcomputer,datawarehousemanagementofmostenterpriseshavebeguntoadoptcomputerdatamanagementsystem,butthedatastillusepaperrecords,andthenmanuallyenterthecomputerinawaythatthecollectionandstatistics.Thisnotonlycausedalotofwasteofhumanresources,andduetohumanfactors,dataentryslowspeedandlowaccuracy.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofenterprisescale,warehousemanagementofmaterialtypemachinenumberareontheincrease,frequencyofin-outwarehouse,warehousemanagementjobisverycomplicatedanddiverse,thetraditionalartificialwarehouseoperationpatternandthewayofdatacollectionhasbeendifficulttomeettherequirementsofwarehousemanagementofrapidandaccurate,andhasinfluencedseriouslytheoperationoftheenterpriseworkefficiencyand eabigobstacletothedevelopmentoftheenterprise.WarehousemanagementsystembasedonRFIDistheintroductionoftechnologyintheexistingwarehousemanagement,thearrivalofthegoodsfromawarehouseinspection,inbound,outbound,allocate,shiftofthelibrary,inventoryinventorydataineachoperationlink,suchasautomaticdataacquisition,ensurewarehousemanagementeachlinkdatainputspeedandaccuracy,ensurethetimelyandaccuraygrasptheinventoryoftheenterpriserealdata,reasonabletomaintainandcontrolthebusinessinventories.Throughscientificcoding,canalsobeeasilybatches,theshelflifeandsooncarriesonthemanagementofgoods.Withlocationmanagementfunctionofthesystem,morecanmasterallstocksthecurrentlocationintime,toimprovetheworkefficiencyofwarehousemanagement.AfterusingRFIDtechnology,forenterprisetobringthefollowingbenefits:(1)savetheartificialcostdata;(2)theautomationofwarehousemanagementoperation,improvetheworkefficiency;(3)reducethemanagementcostandhumanerror;(4)themorepreciseinto,salesandstockcontrol;(5)enhancepartnership;(6)rapidresponsetocustomerdemand,expandproductAccordingtoautomaticidentificationcentermemberAccentureysis,usingRFIDcan:*reduceinventory10~30%;*inventoryspaceutilizationincreasedby20%;*toreduceLabourcosts10~40%;*tospeedupthepicking,delivery10%;*toreducetheft,thelosscausedbyimpropersafekee50%;*2~10%increasesales;*2~13%lowershipcosts.ThesecondchapterRFIDtechnologyintroductionto2.1,theRFIDtechnologyRFIDisaRadioFrequencyIdentification,RFIDisanon-contactautomaticidentificationtechnology,itisthroughradiofrequencysignalautomaticallyidentifytargetandgettherelevantdata.Itcanwithinthescopeofcentimetrestodozensofmetersapart,whichcanidentifyobjectsandcanbereadinbulk,canidentifystationaryandmotionstateoftheobject,equipment,vehiclesandnel,soasto ethefieldofautomaticidentificationofadazzlingstar.Barcodeisakindofhaswideapplicationofautomaticidentificationtechnology,butRFIDcomparedadvantageisveryobvious:(1)rapidscanningEverytimecanonlyhaveabarcodeisscan;RFIDreadingdevicecanidentifyseveralRFIDtagreadsatthesametime.(2)smallsize,shape,diversificationRFIDdon'tneedtoreadaccuracyandcooperatewithfixedsizepaperandprintingquality,moresuitablefordeveloptowardminiaturizationanddiverseforms,facilitatetheembeddedorattachedondifferentshapes,typesofproducts;(3)pollutionanddurabilityIsthecarrierofthetraditionalbarcodepaper,sovulnerabletopollution,butRFIDformaterialssuchaswater,oilandchemicalshasastrong.Inaddition,becausethebarcodeisattachedonthesticbagsorouterpackingcarton,soareparticularlyvulnerabletowreck;RFIDchipsdatavolumelabelistoexistin,soyoucanfromfouling.(4)canbeusedCannotchangeaftertoday'sbarcodeprintingup,storedintheRFIDtagdatacanbedynamicallyupdated,canberecycledandusedmanytimes.(5)penetratingandnoscreeninreadingBarcodescannermuststopatcloserangeandnoobject,canreadtheRFIDcanthroughpaper,woodandsticandothernon-metallicandopaquematerial,penetratingcommunication,don'tneedalight,readfartheraway.Butnotthroughthemetalconductiveobjectidentification,etc.(6)datamemorycapacityisThecapacityofonedimensionbarcodeis50bytes,2dbarcodesumcapacitycanbestoredanywherefrom2to3000characters,RFID'slargestcapacityisseveralMegaBytes.Withthedevelopmentofthecarrierofmemory,datacapacitythereisalsoagrowingtrend.Futureitemsneededtocarrydatatywillbemoreandmorebig,thelabelcanexpandcapacitydemandalsoincreasesaccordingly.(7)DuetothebearingofRFIDiselectronicinformation,throughthedatacontentcanbepasswordprotected,makeitscontentisnoteasytobeforgedandfabricated,h
