Abstract:Withthegrowthofurbanpopulationandthechangeoftravelmode,thesubwayhasbecomeapopulartransportationtool.However,duringthepeakhoursofsubwaystation,theriskofevacuationbecomesarealandseriousproblem.Thisstudyaimstoexplorethemechanismandbehaviorcharacteristicsoftheriskofevacuationduringthepeakhoursofsubwaystationinordertoprovideeffectivesolutionsforthemunicipalgovernmentandthesubwaymanagementdepartment.

Thisarticlefirstintroducestheeconomicandsocialimpactcausedbytheriskofevacuationduringthepeakhoursofsubwaystationandthelimitationsofexistingresearch.Then,throughfieldinvestigationandliteratureanalysis,theformationmechanismoftheriskofevacuationduringthepeakhoursofsubwaystationisrevealed,includingbutnotlimitedtostationdesign,operationmanagement,anduserbehavior.Atthesametime,throughtheanalysisofbehaviorcharacteristics,theuserbehavioroftheriskofevacuationduringthepeakhoursofsubwaystationisdividedintofivetypes:queuingandwaiting,crowdingandgrabbing,rushingforward,wanderingbackward,andchaoticescape.Finally,basedonpracticalcases,thisarticleproposesaseriesofeffectiveevacuationmeasuresandmanagementsuggestions,includingstationdesignoptimization,operationmanagementimprovement,passengerguidanceandwarningmeasures,etc.
